- NEGATIVE BIG NEGATIVE !! The food was gross. The service was even more HORRIBLE. I saw a roach walking under the tables after I was sitting down and some what eating. I didn't even eat the menudo of how nasty is was. The waters didn't even have ice and they were super water down. The menudo had way to much green stuff the meat look so old and no flavor at all. We didn't get all our order full and she told me it was because they were out like why have me order and not tell me and than when I'm about to pay you tell me you didn't bring it out was because you was OUT OF IT! Her son tried to charge me and he didn't know what he was doing!! GROSSSSS

I stopped buying 4 months ago at the fort for the same reason that they don't serve well and the food is terrible, today 03/10 I bought 2 Tortas and a clayuda WITH OAXAQUEÑO CHEESE, and it turns out that it looks like a muddy tortilla with Mosarella cheese, no joke The bean paste has no flavor, I pay for good service and good food, I don't understand how people continue to go there or they continue to say that it is a good meal, my wife and family and I know that it is good Oaxacan food

Fui por un servicio al restaurante "El Fortin 2" y las empleadas de adentro se portaron de lo mas groseras y mal educadas, que lastima que no sepan comportarse como adultas. Fui a querer pagar mi comida, ellas se comenzaron burlarar y a arremedaron a mi y a mi mamá enfrente de nosotras. Las empleadas se llaman Chely y Leti. Quisimos hablar con un encargado y no habia nadie que pudiera atendernos. Que lastima, nosotros eramos clientes frecuentas y las personas que atienden afuera siempre nos atendian con mucha amabilidad que nos daba gusto ir. Con esto ya no volvemos. Espero que el manager o el dueño sepa que tipo de gente contrata porque ponen en mal y le dan mala imagen a su negocio. Tambien me gustaria decirle que el servicio de las personas de afuera fue diferente, ellos se portaron muy amables con nosotras antes del incidente. We used to be frequent clients here, but we had a very bad experience today. These two employees who can't act like grown-ups were very rude when I went to pay my bill. First of all, they charged me a ridiculous amount that wasn't mine. After that incident, they started mocking me and my mom. After that, they acted like little children and were mimicking us as well. We were polite, and I don't understand why such behavior. Their names are Chely and Leti, we tried to contact a manager, but apparently, there was no one in charge. The people in the front in the taco area were very nice and great customer service, such a shame that because of these two we would never go back again. They treated us terribly, I hope management or the owner sees this and has a knowledge of what type of employees he has because they affect his business image.
