1,000 OUT OF 5!!!!My family is SO GRATEFUL to have Caesar and his brother Alex host our 85 person party and their food was the PINNACLE of the entire event. Everyone LOVED the quality and overwhelming flavor of El Brewjo's burgers. MAN!! My mouth is watering as I'm writing this review. Don't think twice about having these guys handle the food at your next event. They brought chips, all of the fixens, and even covered the ground so the grease wouldn't get anywhere on the property. These guys thought of everything and I had to mute my family and friends because they keep raving about the food (not joking) #NotAnAdd #BookThemAlready

Wow... is this what a "smash burger" is supposed to taste like? I'm a fan! I've only had "smash burger" one other time and wasn't a fan. I didn't get the hype because it tasted so average and it made me want a regular burger more. El Brewjo came highly recommended by a friend and I was going to pass on them because of my prior experience with smash burger, but I'm glad I didn't. I'm not sure what a smash burger is really supposed to be, but the ones from El Brewjo is so darn good! The meat patty is what makes a smash burger a smash burger. They are thin and juicy with crispy edges. I think what really took it over the top is the type of meat blend they use - it tastes like I'm eating a steak! I honestly don't think you can go wrong with any of their smash burgers. There is only three to choose from on their menu and they occasionally have specials. Their burgers range from $14-$16. It's a simple menu, but that's all you need.Cesar is the owner and he was nice and cool. I really like that they keep it in the family (the cook, the prep, the cashier). This is a pop-up place that goes to different beer establishments so you have to find their schedule on Instagram to see where they're at. Also, it seems like they are only open Fridays-Sundays. They also offer their services for private events.

I've had El Brewjo twice and I have to admit this is by far the best smash burgers I've had in Orange County! So flavorful! Great mix of ingredients! Patties are crispy! Tots aren't plain, they are actually seasoned! A must addition to your burger. Although La Hot Mess is spicy, I love it! It's like an addictive spicy kick to it lol By the way, you can ask for grilled onions, I did. And I can't end this review without mentioning how sweet the staff is even in the kaos of how busy they get. Great, great burgers and staff! *so much flavor and crisp in every bite!

We had them cater for our son's one year birthday and it was a hit! Literally everyone couldn't stop talking about how amazing the burgers were. Also, the set up was very nice. The guys were respectful of our beautiful backyard and overall just the best experience. For sure we will be using them again for future parties!

I was so glad to finally catch these guys at Green Beer. The burgers were so neat to eat while just being so delicious and packed with flavor. I loved the jalapeño one I got and I got to try my girlfriend's western bacon style burger and oof, those onion rings were amazing on the burger. So much delicious. I desperately want to have these burgers again.

Literally the best friggin smash burger you'll ever have! From the buns, to the meant, the perfectly spiced sauce, to the fresh toppings El Brewjo will have you coming back again and again and again! And if the food wasn't perfect enough the El Brewjo Team are outstanding and so friendly and welcoming. If you haven't tried these guys before on the look out at the next pop up, you won't regret it!

Experienced the pop-up venue while at Green Cheek Brewery this past weekend. Husband and I ordered El Biter, La Hot Mess, along with an obligatory side of 'tots. Everything tasted fresh and stupendous, from the crunchy edges of the smashburger to the super soft, yet durable buns. Not as messy as I anticipated, but I also didn't attempt a gooey egg either. I preferred La Hot Mess, it was a nice kick in the mouth, but nothing a crisp brew couldn't soothe. The tater tots were so perfectly crisp and fluffy inside, we could have eaten our weight in those. The accompanying sauce was like a loose thousand island/in n out spread sub chili powder for the relish. I was a fan.

While I haven't tried El Brewjo yet, my husband tried it while with the guys at a brewery and he talked about this burger for 3 days straight. And he's not even a burger guy. We now follow El Brewjo on Instagram to keep updated for where he is, because of course, the owner (I think!) was super cool as well and my husband enjoyed talking to him. So we'll definitely be enjoying some smash burgers again soon.

Definitely one of the best smashburgers I've ever had. We've followed El Brewjo to 4 different breweries so far.
