I came by on Monday, 11/25, for lunch, but they were closed even though their hours say open on Monday. Given the Yelp reviews, we tried again on Tuesday since this restaurant is within walking distance from the Inn Hotel. It's across the street from Trevor's on the Tracks in the Del Rios Historic District.On Tuesday, for lunch, we were seated right away. Our waiter was cold, and sort of acted like he did not want to serve us. I ordered elote for my starter however, it came out after my main dish was served. It was not good, bland, and overall messy. Slab of mayo. I made note to the server that my appetizer never came, his response was, it will come later. Because the service was so cold, he did not ask what type of beans I wanted and assumed I wanted black beans. The rice was inedible, pure mush, not even rice at that point. I ordered the surf & turf tacos that are prepared with handmade tortillas that were really good. The steak and shrimp were also seasoned well.
