Cute little restaurant on the lake! High quality and delicious meals! We loved both the chicken piccata & the braised short ribs!Service was as good as expected for a high end dinner (though we were part of a private event)! 100% coming back!

Came here a while back for a birthday dinner.Atmosphere is great, good ambiance inside, not overly packed in and not noisy. It was a cold night so nobody was really out in the patio, but it looked pleasant.Food was delicious. Chicken piccata was well prepared and flavorful. The wines on hand were also good, Chardonnay and rosé were tasty.Pasta dishes were flavorful and very well put together.Definitely recommend!

Went here for lunch today and the restaurant is in a beautiful location with easy parking. It was around 1:00 so the restaurant was pretty empty. We had reservations but didn't really need it. In my reservation notes, I had mentioned I needed a highchair and they did not have it ready. Overall our waiter did not seem to be focused. Items were forgotten and there was a delay in getting our food in a reasonable amount of time. He wasn't even sure which items were missing. He also didn't come check if we needed our waters refilled. As I mentioned earlier, the restaurant was not busy and he only had one other table so there was really no excuse for the neglect. Today was Saturday so they had the lunch and dinner menu available. We ordered from both menus. We ordered the following:1) Hawaiian pizza - large ***2) Kids Menu pepperoni pizza ****3) Lunch Gnocchi and Caesar Salad combo *****4) Lunch basil cream pasta with special salad. **5) Steak Salad ***6) Appetizer shrimp scampi (sub mashed potatoes for fries) ****7) lasagna *****8) cioppino *** = bad ***** = amazing I will only mention the parts worth highlighting. Hawaiian pizza was very mid. Crust was good but the toppings were a bit off. Not spoiled but just didn't taste like it should. The homemade gnocchi is incredible. Fluffy with great texture in the basil cream sauce. A must try. Basil cream pasta was cooked to death. The penne was mush. Lasagna was very good. A very healthy portion with a layer of cheese on top that was melted in the oven prior to serving. A must try. Cioppino was not good value for $36. The broth was extremely salty and the fish could've been more fresh. Would not order again. BONUS: the bread with the vinegrette dip is delicious. I am normally in the "don't fill up on bread" team but not for this place. TLDR: beautiful restaurant with gorgeous lakeside views from the patio. Very mediocre food with the exceptions of a few items. Go for the drinks and the view. [sorry for the plates of half eaten food. I forgot to take pictures before everyone started eating]

I liked this very friendly staffed Italian restaurant in Mission Viejo. We came here on a short notice Saturday night and we were lucky enough to be seated. We ordered their Calamari and it was fresh and marinara sauce. We also ordered their cheesy Mozzarella logs. Our main entree was their Potato Gnocchi, this was my favorite dish. I will definitely came here again.

Stopped in on a Sunday (4 people) around 12:30pm....no reservations had to wait for a table on the patio for about 10 minutes.(not bad at all). Love the patio for dining...always go on Friday night. Got seated and waited for quite a while for a waiter....then we got the bartender Nikki to wait on us....what a treat!!!! She was the BEST.....took our drink and food orders...best spicy Bloody Mary I have had!!!!! Great food and great service...will definitely be back!!!!

Came for an early dinner on the weekend, highly recommend making a reservation as it gets packed fairly quickly.Was able to get a seat out in a patio with a lake view and it was perfect for our date night.We ordered:Parmesan fries - 5/5, i think these were double fried? but great crispy exterior and soft interior. Also a great amount of parmesan.Lobster spaghetti - 4/5, would get again to treat myself. It was $48 and I felt it was worth it. A good amount of lobster and the flavor of the spaghetti was fantastic, very herby. I did feel though that the portion overall was a bit on the small side, left me wanting more. However, it wasn't so little that you'd go hungry.Gnocchi with basil cream sauce and chicken 3.5/5 this is biased as i'm not a fan on gnocchi in general, but the sauce was fantastic. I was dipping the focaccia bread in it all night!Their service was also very on point! We were check in on multiple times, but not so often that it became annoying, it was the perfect balance.Def recommend for a date night especially if you can catch the sunset out on the patio! (bring a jacket)

Had a great first experience here! The staff was so welcoming and nice. Nikki was our server, and she was amazing! The food was delicious. I had the pasta with sausage and tomato cream sauce. They gave a lot of sausage! They give focaccia bread with your meal with a side of creamy balsamic. Amazing!I look forward to coming back and trying other dishes :)

Went for Sunday Brunch this past Sunday. We were able to get a table by the lake so we could look out on the water. Our server, Emerson was so friendly and very professional Even though they were busy, Emerson made sure we were well taken care of! Tamara, the Manager was also as friendly and professional, helping the staff where she could. Neither of them rushed us and kept coming back to see if we needed anything.Both Emerson and Tamara were a great addition to our time spent at the restaurant! I highly recommend this restaurant, and promise you will have a great time, especially if you can get Emerson as your Server.Looking forward to returning soon!

I love this place! We eat here weekly. Some of my favorites are the shrimp appetizer, the hamburger, and chicken Parmesan. The owner is the sweetest and really trying to make this place a community destination. He tried 12 different recipes before he decided on the right one for the tiramisu. It's a must try. Emerson and Delaney are a delight as well as the manager Tamara. The lake view is perfect and the "salt and pepper" vodka drink is uh-mazing!

We really want to like this place. The atmosphere is great. The little bar area is fantastic. The patio dining area is elegant. Unfortunately they don't know how to make pizza here. There are many different styles of pizza. But one of the most important things about great pizza is a light crispy crust, which this pizza really lacks!! Very doughy crust. Seems like a crust I used to make as a kid with a store bought pizza dough maker/oven. Their sauces are very good. Meatballs don't have much flavor. Maybe add some Italian seasoning?! Not sure? We wish them the best but for the price, they need improve the main attraction! PIZZA!! Service was ok in the bar, but not inviting. Learn to love what you do instead of just going through the motions.
