This is more like a solid 4.5/5 stars. My friends and I arrived on a Saturday around 12:30 PM and we waited about 15 minutes from lining up to receiving our order. Fried Chicken Tip-Yip: 4.5/5The fried chicken had a perfectly crispy skin, and the chicken thigh was juicy and flavorful. The mashed yams, country gravy, and charred broccolini complemented the chicken well. Not to gas up Disney like that but this was more than just "good for Disney food". I'd happily go out of my way to order this at a regular restaurant LOL my only gripe was that it leaned a bit too salty, but nothing a sip of Moof Juice or Cold Brew Caf couldn't balance out.Moof Juice: 5/5I only had a few sips from my friend's drink, but it was absolutely delicious. The balance of sweetness and tartness was spot on, and now I'm determined to figure out how to make this at home. A definite must-try.Cold Brew Caf: 5/5At first sip (even after stirring), it didn't quite hit but that changed once I thoroughly mixed the cocoa puffs into the drink. The cereal milk effect kicks in when the cocoa puffs fully infuse into the cold brew. I wish I had mixed it more thoroughly from the start because it got a bit too sweet toward the end, but that's on me. Next time, I'll make sure to stir it properly.Final Thoughts:Docking Bay 7 lives up to its reputation as one of the best food spots at Disneyland Anaheim. It's a great choice for both kids and adults, and I'm already looking forward to trying more from their menu on our next visit.

Endorian Fried Chicken Tip-Yip I expected the chicken to be all white chicken breast based on the image of the dish on the menu, but it was a strange looking chunk of chicken. If I wasn't so picky, I would have enjoyed this dish more because the mashed potatoes were pretty good. It had a little bit of a kick to it, but nothing too crazy.Fried Chicken BaosThe image of this dish on the menu gave the impression it would also be white meat, but it was not, the sauce on the chicken was nice and so was the coleslaw, but the chicken was not my cup of tea, so be careful if you are a picky eater.

The Baseline: For a theme park fast casual restaurant, the food has to be good and unique, the theming needs to match the environment, and environment must be fun.Food: All the food has a Star Wars theme and if you know your expanded universe lore it will be extra fun for the food. The combination of food items makes it a very uncommon food pairing. The Endorian Fried Tip Yip and the Surabat Greens with roasted Tip Yip makes me craaaaave more Tip Yip... or just crave chicken. My favorite is the Cold Brew Black Caf and I order this almost every trip to Galaxy's Edge.Service: The service is good and the staff is attentive. The food comes out fast and efficient, but you need to get your stuff. The staff is always pretty friendly.Atmosphere: It is Star Wars and it is Star Wars themed with a bit of Star Wars mixed in. I will wear my gear promoting my allegiance to the Empire (original trilogy) and geek out for my meal.

I always come here for the cold brew black caf this was my second time today and I had horrible customer service compared to the first time. I ordered the same cold brew black caf and this time they didn't fill it up the same. I went up to tell them and Shantel said no that's how we always do it and I showed her my picture of the prior one she got upset and grabbed the drink and threw it away then this guy name Joseph puts another drink there which looked worse than the one I took back and he said there I just made it. He clearly made it like that on purpose I witness him make other ones properly right after I took my drink.

This is hands down my favorite food spot in Disneyland. The food is always consistently good, even though they change the menu fairly often. Most recently, I tried Kublag Curry with rice, and it was really good--though it was a bit salty for my taste. The shrimp, however, was fantastic. The curry sauce itself is flavorful, with a bit of a cheesy twist that pairs perfectly with the rice. My boyfriend got the fried chicken bao and loved it as well. He said the chicken was super crispy and the bread was fresh. Definitely worth a try if you're ever in the park!

A Taste of the Galaxy at Galaxy's EdgeAfter nearly a decade away from Disneyland, I finally returned--and what an adventure it was to explore Galaxy's Edge for the first time! The Star Wars area is every bit as immersive as I hoped, with incredible attention to detail that truly makes you feel like you've stepped into a galaxy far, far away. Naturally, I had to refuel during my interstellar journey, so I stopped at one of the local eateries for dinner. The menu didn't blow me away at first glance. I was hoping for more creative options, but I decided to go with the Kublag Curry and a large Coca-Cola. When my dish was handed over, I'll admit, my initial reaction was that it looked a bit... petite. But hey, it's Disneyland--where everything is a little overpriced and portion sizes can lean toward the "tiny Tatooine rations" side.Back at the table, I took my first bite, and wow--I was happily proven wrong. The Kublag Curry turned out to be much more flavorful and satisfying than I expected. The rich spices and hearty ingredients made it more filling than it looked, and by the time I finished, I was glad I'd ordered it. In fact, I'd absolutely get it again. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pretty good, though I was hoping for a bit more of that lively, Star Wars hustle and bustle. It wasn't quite the Cantina scene I had envisioned, but the theming was excellent, and the waitstaff stayed in character, which added to the experience. Kudos to Disney for nailing the Star Wars vibe throughout the park.Overall, my first dining experience in Galaxy's Edge was solid. The food exceeded my expectations, the theme made me feel like I was truly in the Star Wars universe, and it was a nice way to take a break from the action. If you're visiting Galaxy's Edge, the Kublag Curry is worth a try--you might just find it's the meal you're looking for. (Pun intended)

Docking Bay 7 is such a solid spot at Disneyland for lunch. I definitely preferred the chicken baos over the curry, but both were delicious. If you plan to eat here, I highly recommend using mobile order ahead of time because the restaurant is very popular and has long lines. I would definitely return to eat here again!

This is an indoor quick serve restaurant in Galaxy's edge, the Star wars Land at Disneyland. The fun ambiance makes you feel like you are in an outpost in Star wars. The food is actually really good bordering on gourmet, and even reasonably priced. We tried the Endorian fried chicken tip yip, which was basically chicken fried steak with really tasty mashed potatoes, country style gravy, and broccolini. We also tried the Endorian roasted chicken salad, which was a high quality salad. My only complaint is that the portions are on the smaller side.

This is probably the best value and best quality food in the Star Wars area at Disneyland. Both the Endorian Fried Chicken & Tip-Yip, and the Felucian Kefta Garden Spread were really good! I couldn't tell those meatballs were vegan. The Batuuan Beef Pot Roast and Fried Chicken Baos were really good too! The Black Cald Cold Brew - It's just water-downed ice coffee with Cocoa-Puffs: not worth the money. The interior is cool and makes you feel like you're part of the Star Wars theme. TIP: Know the menu prior to coming so you're prepared on what to order. If you don't know what exactly to order, you might feel pressured because people behind you have been waiting long. When you arrive, have someone save a table while you wait in line.

I didn't order any food here, BUT I did try their Cold Brew Black Caf and I am now committed to getting it every time I go to Disneyland. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. They already had some premade and ready to go. If you like your coffee on the sweeter side, your first sip will be okay, but be patient. As the Cocoa Puffs sit and release the flavor it will get better and better. The best flavor comparison I can make is coffee flavored ice cream, delicious! 10/10, I need nothing else. Also, the place is Star Wars themed, cute and well thought out. That's a bonus!
