This place is the bomb! I love all their food, they never disappoints me.Me and my friend ordered the combo with 2 sides. What i have is pansit guisado with fried bangus and a side of adobong pusit. My friend got the rice with caldareta. And we even ordered a pancit malabon for to go.Service is great, the server is accommodating and friendly, we even went to their bakery in which we bought Tipas (bean bread) and ube suman (purple yam with glutinous rice wrapped in a banana leaves) for to go.This might be one of my favorite place and would definitely go back and try all their food.

Was always interested in trying this place and finally got to go here for lunch. They have a two item combo that comes with rice for $16.41. I tried the grilled milkfish (1 piece) and small cup of bitter melon with egg. Combos come with a side of tangy veggie soup which could have been sinigang. This is a cafeteria style eatery where the food is already made, so it's not piping hot when you eat it, and you point to which items you want. The sweet items are not part of the combo selection. They give a large amount of rice which I saved to eat later. The bakeshop had limited items on this day, MLK holiday. This place is a no frills place that will get you full at a good deal!

With buffet style food, timing is everything. Was around 2pm and thought was a little late, since they put most of their food out before lunch. I guess Filipinos eat late, cause it was pretty busy and steam trays looked full and fresh. All my faves were there. Lechon, spicy goat and lumpia. Last time they were out of lechon and lumpia was soggy like it was sitting a while. You have to order at least 10, but it's not bad for about $3.50 when they are not too soggy. It is cafeteria style with steam trays, so don't expect the the freshness of cooked to order, but if you want fast and good, this is the place. Their free soup with combos is pretty great too and service always very pleasant.

Visiting for the first time. What a perfect spot for breakfast, some good food and good company. Walking in it's a large space, fast paced and friendly service. Apart from the hot entrees there's a separate bakeshop area with ice cream, halo halo, hopia, and a variety packaged goodies. Along with a convenient private dining section. You'll feel right at home with the family favorites and crowd pleasers. I opted for something easy to pack so I could take it home to the hubby.Lumpia & chicken skewers! Lumpia is hard to eat just one. They're so tiny and perfectly wrapped, easy to munch on. Chicken skewers luv! They have a mix of those charred ends and juicy chicken with their special sauce! So good. I would definitely use this place for catering. A plaza treasure trove to soak up Asian cuisine. Centralized close to other eateries, bakeries and markets. Plenty of parking available and open early for breakfast!

I had breakfast at this restaurant in Rowland Heights. They have a large variety of "hot" dishes ready to serve you in a cafeteria-like setting. Simply walk up to the counter and choose from the items on display. It's really good to be able to see the food, it makes it easier to choose. The main dining room is to the left-hand side of the entrance. On the right-hand side is a walk way leading to a bakery. My friend, Net, arrived early and reserved a table for a group of friends. The service was very good, food fresh and tasty. I ordered two empanadas and a coconut water drink. The restaurant and bakery is located in a busy shopping center with plenty of free parking. Thanks, Net, for recommending this place, organizing, and setting up the table. It's a good place for family and friends to meet.

This is my first time at DJ Bibingkahan , here with some friends to have some Filipino breakfast. Breakfast is served from 8am-11am Dining room is spacious and filled in quickly by 10 am .No wait staff , food is ordered at the counter . I noticed the pre cooked food is replaced with new items once the tray is empty. I appreciated the Complimentary filtered water self service station. I had the 2 items breakfast combo $11.99-$16.99 price depending on item combo. I had one each of pork/ chicken sticks , pompano fish sinigang ( sour soup) and garlic rice . I didn't taste much of garlic aroma flavors considering the dish main staple is garlic. The chicken and pork sticks were okay, I had better else where . Sinigang were my favorite, with the buttery pompano fish and that extra kick of tartness. Service here was efficient , love the food rotation of different varieties through out the day . They have bakery room with halo halo and other sweet treats . Good for big groups Party trays

I've been to the West Covina Center to visit Tony's BBQ and Jollibee in the past, but I was not aware there was another Filipino restaurant until recently. One of my Y* friends recommended DJ Bibingkahan (B*). Thank you my friend! I said count me in. On a lovely Saturday morning, a group of us got together at DJ B* for a wonderful Filipino breakfast.Upon entry, I was amazed of the huge restaurant size. It was very bright and clean. The massive selection of different food items was overwhelming. Everything looks so good. I wanted to try all of it really LOL. I'll have to save that for another day though. The food items did not have labels to them so I didn't know what I was looking at. One kind ask, please add labels to help customers identify the food item. Thank you! Anyway, I was going by sight. You have the option of getting any food item in various sizes... small, medium, or large. I ended up getting a combo plate with 2 items for $11.99. I chose chicken on a stick (comes with 2) and fish curry with garlic rice (you have a choice of white or garlic rice). As I walked towards the cashier, I saw some desserts. I had to get the turon which is banana lumpia with caramel and the bibingka. They have other sweet and savory desserts. I'll try those next time. They offer various snacks and drinks, too.The chicken on a stick was decent, but I have had better. Fish curry was delicious... big chunks of fishes in a light and creamy curry with a hint of spice... just so tasty! I'm salivating right now. I want to go back to try all their other food items... you know I will LOL. Garlic rice was a tad tough IMHO... I should have gotten white rice instead. OMG, both turon and bibingka were so very yummy! They are definite keepers!Staff was pleasant and nice. Service was quick. Prices were very reasonable. Ambiance was very comfortable. Lots of booths, tables, and chairs. There is a back or side area of the restaurant where customers can reserve to have a private party... reservation required, but not 100% sure if they charge a fee... please ask them as needed. I highly recommend DJ B* to everyone! Come and taste the goodness of Filipino foods!! I will be back for more deliciousness. See you here!!!

Does this look descent to serve to ur customer for $.75 each? 12/29/24 AM. I bought an extra pieces for to go coz they looks very fresh and big on the display but when i got home i didn't noticed that this guy gave me these. Do they look presentable? You think it will be appropriate to sell this to the customer? I just throw all coz it looks very horrible, very old and falling apart. This man u who sold me these needs proper training. If the food is very old and not presentable, don't serve. Co'z we're putting that in our mouth. Very disrespectful. DJ Bibingkahan this Man needs to be reminded, be informed and be retrained.
