Dizzy Bird

Dizzy bird is one of my new favorite places. High quality fast food. Everything is delicious. The rotisserie chicken is cooked to perfection. The roasted potatoes with garlic and lemon are delicious. The chicken wraps are full of flavor and toasted to perfection. Even the salads are made with the best ingredients and are quite filling. And not to mention that the service is excellent.Please don't change anything about your menu!!!See you again soon.

I'm giving this place a 3 for the solely reason of one of their employees. His name is Henry, at the register. Not for the food, or the quality of their food. I paid $24 for the Cali salad. "Roasted corn" I asked if I could make my chicken little more spicy, and warm Henry, with THE best attitude helped me said yes. I got charged extra for the spicy chicken ! So now my salad was almost $25 for a salad at a food court. Little expensive, but sure. Whatever! Got my salad, corn is out of a can. Pale, nothing roasted about it. So I went and unfortunately told He Ty I was not happy with my order. He grabbed the "manager" seems like it. Did. Not say anything, and just almost whispered, just give him whatever he wants. No explanation, no apologies, just left Henry, to talk to me. I know it was not Henrys fault. So I acknowledge that with him. And said I know is not your fault. Several times. He suggested something else, and it was almost like a burrito. With the same Ingredients from my original order. All the "kitchen manager did" was warm up the same ingredients inside a tortilla. Same plain corn, same everything. Which was very disappointing. Keep in mind I was working, and wasted almost 40 min from my lunch time. I ate the food because I was really hungry. But at the end I told Henry he saved the bad review, because he was very nice and attentive. He even asked me how was everything. If it wasn't because of Henry. I would have given you a 0 but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest we can rate you on. So, thank you, Henry! For your great service. It was not your fault.

This place came highly recommended, so I had to give it a try and it was well worth it.While it's a little tough to access due to being in the middle of the mission viejo mall in the food court, it was worth the hike from the parking lot. I got the silly bird wrap and really enjoyed it. The sauce it comes with is a MUST try; it made it so much better! The pieces of potato in it were good but maybe too big since you'd get a few bites of pure potato and nothing else. Chicken tastes very good and is seasoned well. Would recommend.

I love this place. We will come to the mall just to eat here. The chicken is spun not fried. It is super moist and flavorful. All their veggie ingredients are super fresh. Can't go wrong with anything you order. I prefer the fizzy bird bowl or salad.

We have been wanting to try Dizzy bird for awhile. I'm so glad we did. Service was fast, love that we have this place in the mall. Love all the workers there. The food court is so spacious, parking is unlimited. We went to town and ordered the classic bird which has chicken, garlic sauce, pickled cucumber. Silly bird with chicken, roasted potato, garlic sauce, pickled cucumber. Hot bird with chicken tossed in hot spice marinade, garlic sauce, and house pickled jalapeños. Then also added the dizzy bird bowl with rice, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions, tzatziki, pita chips, and chicken. They all come with the dizzy bird sauce which is tangy and creamy but just the right amount. They pack the wraps with meat. The bowl was hefty and we couldn't even finish it because of how full we were. I wish the wraps had veggies in them but overall the taste and execution was spot on.

This one is located at the Shops of MV food court. One of the better food options that's open there, in my opinion. First came across this on an IG reel & was surprised to find out this was inside the mall. I love mediterranean food & anything chicken bowl. The Dizzy Bird bowl has rice, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions, tatziki, pita chips, & rotisserie chicken breast. Delish! Fresh & well balanced flavors. I could eat this all day. Their chicken is juicy & tender. Lemon garlic roasted potatoes on the side. Their garlic sauce is so good. Price point was reasonable - $13 for this bowl. Enjoyed this meal.

Didn't think I would be back after the first experience, but my friend wanted to try this place and we were at the mall already. I got the dizzy bird and corn on the cob this time and both were really good. The chicken was moist and the wrap was flavorful. I guess the bad experience last time was just a one off?Parking can be hard to find at the Spectrum depending on the time of day.

Located In the food court, ordered the spicy wrap. Exterior is warm crispy and had a great texture, the inside was cold which kinda threw me off. The inside was a lot of sauce, chicken and jalapeños. It was a little one note and needed some veggies inside. Overall the wrap was okay, would try some different next time.

Fantastic food. Amazing service! The only regret I have is not coming here sooner!!10/10 would recommend to ANYONE. Healthy, friendly, delicious!

I would like to first and foremost say that this place is one of my favorite places to eat at the mall! I came in and Ivan, the cashier, suggested a silly bird and may I say it was amazing! The chicken was very juicy and very flavorful. I was confused on which sauce to get so the gentleman suggested the "Toum" garlic sauce. Everyone worked very hard on my order so I give 2 thumbs up for the great service!
