I order takeout from here regularly, and it has quickly become my go-to spot for Cantonese food! Their menu is massive--seriously, it's like the Cheesecake Factory of Asian restaurants, spanning 15 pages with a variety of dishes.Everything I've tried has been delicious, but my staples are the Beef Chow Fun, Seafood Congee, Chinese Broccoli, Chicken Curry, and Shumai. So glad they opened a location in Chino Hills--definitely a game-changer for the area!

Came here for the first time, had dinner for 4. Ordered the spaghetti, pepper udon, bbq noodle soup, and a spam egg sandwich. All the food came out in different times, but that's expected in most Chinese restaurants. No surprise. The food was average tasting when compared to other Cantonese cafes in Rowland heights area. Portion for the noodle soup was very small, it had duck and pork. Big issue with this was that the bowl was just too small for $16.99. Would much rather have pho next door to this place! And the broth had a strong flavor of seafood. Pricing I felt was too high. This area has many many options for Authentic Asian foods, I would pass on this place and try another. Service was okay, but I won't be back.

Food here is fine, but not particularly good either. There's an extensive menu with all your HK cafe classics, and because of the location, I'll probably be back to try some other things--but if you don't live that close, Tam's Noodle House or Alice's Kitchen are better (I'll edit this review if I have a better experience next time!). They're running a special on the steamed chicken, which was tasty and a good deal (about $25 for the whole chicken). Unfortunately, the other items left a bit to be desired. Their peanut butter french toast has very little peanut butter in the middle. It's the thinnest layer that you cannot even taste. I also ordered the seafood curry, and while Chinese curry is generally a little thinner than Indian or Japanese, this was WAY too thin and practically had the consistency of water. It came with some spaghetti, and the curry was so thin that none of it would stick.

Authentic, HK-style food. The menu is also huge - lots to try out. Overall, if you are looking for something tasty and authentic - no need to drive to the SGV valley because this is your spot.

Happy Lunar New Year! Year of the Snake! Celebrated it by getting some Cantonese/Hong Kong food.Food seemed pretty pricey. I used Uber Eats for pickup, though. But around $22 for the walnut shrimp, $10 for the curry fish balls, and $19 for the beef chow fun with black bean sauce seemed quite steep. My favorite was definitely the delicious honey walnut shrimp. That's understandable, since it was the most expensive. The noodles were still good, however, because of the online Chinese menu's translation, I ended up with yellow fried noodles instead of the beef chow fun with black bean sauce I expected. Oh well. Not quite the same as my fav jjajangmyeon. The least impressive of the three orders was the curry fish ball. I expected a deeper curry flavor; it was lacking and had too many vegetables. I wanted only curry and fish balls. At least it came with one rice. Or did it come with the shrimp? When picked up, the staff did not seem friendly and gave us a hard time. I would only potentially return for the honey walnut shrimp; it was amazing and good even the next day. Their online ordering for noodles is confusing. I wanted chow fun; they shouldn't ask what type of noodles. It's redundant.

This franchise has a few locations, most of which are located farther west towards LA. I'm really happy there's one in Chino Hills so I don't have to go as far to get my HK breakfast fix.Compared to other HK cafes I've been to, Delicious Food Corner has significantly more seafood and vegetarian options. Basically each dish (steamed rice roll, congee, curry, etc) has a pork/beef/chicken option, a seafood option, and a vegetarian option-- even if only the meat option is traditional. I really appreciate the inclusivity. This time, I tried the bolo bao, salt and pepper squid, and fish filet with corn cream sauce. Having a bao as an appetizer is great. Of course it comes with the usual thick slab of butter but I prefer to douse it in the tableside condensed milk (cursed, I know). The calamari is amazing too. I loved the light crispy batter and the sprinkle of spicy salt. The corn cream fish is nice and mild and tastes like egg drop soup with corn. However, because the sauce is poured all over the fried fish, the batter doesn't stay crispy for long. I might order the sauce on the side in the future. The only thing that I didn't love about my visit was that I didn't ever get my water refilled. It was empty for over 40 minutes. Not a huge deal, but some more attentiveness from my server would have been appreciated.

Compared to the Delicious Food Corner in Diamond Bar, this one is disappointing. The curry beef is watery and bland. For the first time in an Hk cafe, I had to resort to the chili oil to add flavor to curry. It also arrived lukewarm.I also tried a taste of the baked seafood pasta. The shrimp came straight out of the freezer without defrosting. The outside was overcooked while the inside was not hot. The tilapia pieces were mushy for the same reason.Skip this location; drive another 10 and head to the one on Golden Springs Dr.Edit: revising this from 2* to 1* because somehow, the airplane food I had after this dinner on a China Airlines flight from Ontario to Taipei was better than this meal

I don't know how people think this location is good or if the restaurant / chefs were having a bad day but EVERYTHING was bland & had no flavor. If I had to compare it to something.. it was basically food for a senior home. We had to go to another dim sum place after to get our fix. The only decent part is that the location is clean. Service was ok, had to flag them down a lot. Overall first time and last time coming here for dim sum.

Just for the record, I am a fan of the Delicious Food Corner chain, but this location has inefficient and understaffed service. My mom and I came by for breakfast and there were empty tables, but the hostess and cashier was also the one clearing and busing tables, so she waited to clear half the tables in the restaurant before she started seating people again. I feel like there would be a better flow for the kitchen staff if she sat 2-3 groups at a time instead of make everyone wait to be seated all at once. We waited for about 30 min. We waited as long as groups of 6 and 12. Even after we were seated, it took them a while to come and take our order... anddddd then even longer to prepare the food. The food also came out randomly. For instead my mom ate her whole order and a side order before my food even came out. Also our table didn't have the sauce wheel all of the other tables had. And they gave us plastic containers instead of bowls even though folks who came after us got the bowls. Discriminatory service. For my mom's primary dish, I ordered the J5 Grilled Chicken Steak with 2 Eggs and Toast ($14.95) which comes with a drink, and my mom opted for hot tea. She also likes wings so I got her the A11 Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings ($12.95) and a K7 Steamed Garlic Spare Ribs ($5.95). I went with the J8 Pork and Preserved Egg Congee ($13.95) and opted for the Fried Noodle as the side cause my mom wanted it. It came with a drink which I opted for the Iced Lemon Tea. I added a side of G9 Chinese Donut ($3.50) to go with my congee and a A3 Thick Toast w Condense Milk and Butter ($6.95). Great portions and affordable in this economy. Plenty of food for us to togo and take home for a subsequent meal. When the waitress grabbed us togo boxes, she gave us the box WITHOUT THE LID. Ugh the struggle is real with this location. Love when I wake up early enough on an off-day to get Delicious Food Corner breakfast between 9-11:30am but this location is smaller, slower, and inefficient compared to other locations.

I stumbled upon Delicious Food Corner recently, and I'm excited to have a Cantonese cafe-style restaurant in the neighborhood! While the food isn't mind-blowing, it's definitely tasty and hits the spot when I'm craving Cantonese dishes. I've tried a variety here, including the Beef Chow Fun, Baked Sole Filet with Spinach, Pork and Preserved Egg Porridge, Chicken Steak, and several dim sum items. Among them, the Baked Sole Filet stands out as my favorite. The option to pair it with either noodles or rice adds a nice touch. Both are good but lately, I've been leaning towards the noodles. Overall, DFC is a reliable spot for Cantonese food. In fact, they're popping up all over the place! If you're in the mood for some Cantonese comfort food, give this place a try. If you're looking for a drink, their lemon Iced Tea and Coffee and Tea mixture are both excellent options.
