Coupled with warm, friendly service and the convenience of having delicious food just steps from your home (because it's a food truck), this is a high recommendation for trying them out. THE FOOD ELABORATION. - Birria Quesadilla | Incredibly juicy and flavorful birria meat with cheese, diced onions, and cilantro, all stuffed into a warm flour tortilla. It comes with a side salad, a few wedges of lemon for zesty vibes, and birria consomé (sauce) which is so good, it's drinkable on its own. Order this with no regrets. - Birria Nachos | Similar to the Birria Quesadilla, but with warm tortilla chips, crema, and jalapeños added. Great meal on its own. - Chicken Enchiladas Plate | Shredded chicken with cheese and green sauce; crema is drizzled on top. It comes with a side salad, spanish rice, and refried beans (a few tortilla chips are planted in for kicks). I really enjoyed this meal; everything was made to my liking. - Fried Banana | Sweet, warm banana slices that fall apart in your mouth. A side of sweet cream and fruit jelly further enhance this sugary treat. THE DRINKS DRUNK. - Horchata | One of the best I've had. The horchata was a perfect blend of rice milk and cinnamon. Consistency was slightly thicker than water and honestly, this is a rarity because I usually encounter watered-down horchata from other places before. THE VIBE EVOCATION. - Homey vibes. Their bright green food truck is quite eye-catching and I love the picture menu splashed across the side. THE RETURN QUANDARY. - Come back!!! I've been low-key waiting for this food truck to return for a minute.

Yum!!! We tried this food truck when it was at Frisby Brewery over the weekend. The man who was working was very patient and came out to help me read the menu and suggest food items. We tried the asada nachos, chicken, and carne asada tacos. They were all delicious and covered with toppings, they did not skimp on anything. I highly recommend you give this food truck a try if you're lucky enough to catch it!

The food is really good. Restaurant quality from a truck. We had this truck in our neighborhood for a block party and I was pleasantly surprised with how the ingredients all tasted pretty fresh and how quickly orders were fired up and delivered to customer. We've had trucks here that would take way too long to get each order out but this truck was one of the quicker ones. Everyone was pretty satisfied in service and taste. One star knocked off for price though. There is no price listed anywhere so you have to ask pricing for each item which is very inefficient for a grab and go scenario. Not sure why they can't just post prices to make things quicker and reduce guesswork for customers. My guess why they don't do this is because it's really expensive. I would say the prices for the portions you get are more expensive than a sit down restaurant. They average around $15 per plate. So you end up just ordering this and that and get a big surprise bill after it feels a bit too late to back out of. We had the steak quesadilla - nice amount of gooey cheese and easy to chew steak (kid friendly), steak burrito was decent and asada fries which I really enjoyed- fresh toppings. The truck had utensils and all sorts of salsa and disposable sauce cups with lids ranging in heat intensity lined up outside for your convenience. The salsas were all delicious.

They don't have any comprehensive menu with prices and also don't put a sign up when they run out of things so you wait in line forever only to find out they're out of half their pictures on the truck and it's a big surprise for you what the bill will be!

Fantastic food! We visited this food truck yesterday at Last name brewery in Upland and we were not disappointed. We weren't very hungry but wanted to taste their food. My husband had their shrimp taco's and said it was one of the best he's ever had. Very fresh & flavorful. We also had the birria mulita which was very tasty. Oozing with chees sandwiched between two crispy corn tortillas. Finished off our meal with churros, they added the perfect touch to our meal. Filled with cream and drizzled with chocolate they were served nice & warm.We loved this truck so much trying to find where they are at today but don't see a schedule on their social media. We hope to visit them again. Great service as well!!!

Omg, this truck came to our apartment complex tonight. Absolutely delicious!!! We ordered a Steak Torta.It's huge!! The combination of toppings was outstanding . We also ordered Churros..Crunchy gooey goodness . Thank you for a lovely dinner. If you get the chance, I highly recommend this place.

This place slaps! Birria quesadilla was amazing. Torta de asada was very good. Their salsas we fresh and tasty. The orange one was my favorite along with the avocado salsa. Fresh, quality ingredients, they were out of horchata but its ok. The food really made up for that. They are a food truck, they came by Essex skyline for our Tuesday food trucks. They could probably open a restaurant and do very well

Food was great! Fair prices. They did an event for my kids' elementary school and we plan on having them back throughout the year. They are super friendly and provide great service! We had so many compliments on their food and service
