I can always count on this location to burn my quesadillas.It never fails. I order a quesadilla, and it's overcooked. You'd think I ordered it well-done. I'm tired of the crappy quesadillas.Everything else is alright, as far as burritos and tacos. It's not the freshest. The food is just mediocre. We only order here if everything else is closed. Ambiance is fast food.

I've been to this location a few times and have always gotten great tasting food with accuracy. In fact, I've eaten here twice this week because you really can not beat the deals on the app. I love to get the taco salad or create my own salad using food from the deals on the app. Service is always done with a smile here. The crowd can be a bit iffy. I once had a transient ask me for money, and when I did, he then asked if I could buy him something with my "card." Luckily, an employee heard him and made him leave. Just be aware of your surroundings or use drive-through.

This morning I walked in to get some breakfast. I saw a man that seemed down on his luck sitting down in the booth near the door, so I always offer to buy a meal for people in need. He asked for two tacos no lettuce. Well I messed up and ordered two tacos, and when I remembered the no lettuce, I offered to buy 2 more. Melissa at the counter said she would handle it and she had her colleague, Andrea, remake his tacos without lettuce. Melissa's service was excellent. She let everyone know they were seen and she would be with them. She was very detailed in getting the orders correct, and for that she needs to be at least acknowledged. In a world where no one seems to care about their Jobs, Melissa is a shining star and a breath of fresh air. Great job and I will make a point to stop here whenever the deal taco craving hits.

This has been my go-to "DT" for years. Always clean, always prompt, always good food, always good counter service. Today things have changed...still clean, still prompt, still good food, but there are now two automated POS kiosks. I would be fine with that if the counter help was still available. I was told that they would take my order today but from now on I would need to use the kiosk. Two men ordered after me and were told to use the kiosk...it took the employee longer to explain the process then if she were to just take their orders. I witness another person use the kiosk and while her order went through without extra help, she paid with cash so the counter staff still needed to be there to make change...um, I thought the emphasis of fast food was on the fast, don't think this will help with that.Hey, I get it, fast food has gone automated and I'm not opposed, but if Del Taco's new parent (Jack-in-the-Box) thinks this will be a labor reducing and thus a time & employee cutting effort I think they've missed the point. Let's keep the option of ordering from a real person and please keep the "fast" in your food!
