This is the best place for chicken pho/ chào ga and gọi gà. Such a hidden gem inside the golden marketplace food court. I came here twice and gotten the chao ga/ gọi gà and miền gà. The chicken is so good and meaty not skinny and just bones like other chicken pho place. Fast and connivence i always taken it to go and when I get home to eat it the soup is still so hot! There plenty of table and seat inside the marketplace so you can always eat it there too. Ample parking in the area.

I low key judge a place by the freshness of its greens and herbs. I have to say the herbs today were immaculate. Definitely made with someone's mom's love . I had the half duck with congee and "salad". The ginger sauce is fire although not as sweet as other places like Chao dem (which is around the corner) which I personally prefer. The duck here tastes really fresh and is well cooked so not excessively chewy with a nice soft bite to it. The woman who helped me with my order seemed quite kind and happy to serve so I always appreciate that authentic level of service. The ambiance here is kinda crazy if you've never been here. Lots of the older less Americanized Vietnamese folks hanging about with their families and kids. It's an experience of chaos all in of itself. I personally liked the duck and salad here better than its near competitor Chao dem. Hope you come out to support this local mom and pop if you're having a craving for rice porridge.

For $20 they gave two porridges, a whole half chicken, and a huge side salad. It's a super great deal! And the food was delicious as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND This place is located inside the Golden Marketplace near Mochinut.

Danh Thai is located inside the Golden Market (food court) I got the chao ga and a side salad (aka goi) came out to $7. Wow the "side order" of the salad is HUGE! Definitely always plus. I've gone twice in one wk and I'm hooked! The 2nd time I came, I ordered #6 which is 1/2 chicken, 2 chaos and a salad. Enough to feed 3 ppl and we had leftovers. Will def be back. My Go-to porridge spot was closed so I went here instead... I wanted to order the 1/2 duck porridge with salad but for some reason, an elderly asked me to order the 1/2 chicken with porridge instead. The food is really not bad, in fact its really cheap. The 1/2 chicken with porridge serves 2 and is only $15 (there were leftovers too). The rice grains in the porridge were very big. The chicken was not tough but not exactly tender. The fried shallots sprinkled on too was a great way to elevate the plain dish. So overall, its an average 3/5 for me.Great to go when on a budget!

Their food is tasty, fresh & good price.Chicken & duck porridges are yummy. Duck Vermicelli noodles soup with Bamboo is delicious.Cháo gà cháo vịt & bún măng vịt are delicious.

This restaurant is located inside of a food court. Cash only.We ordered the chicken porridge. It came with a side salad, half a chicken, and seasoned porridge-(plain). For the chicken, they sale it by half or whole chicken.There's so much msg in the porridge that we just toss it out. The chicken was actually decent. Sauce is typical and so is the salad-nothing spectacular.There's so many other restaurants around the area that I am unsure if I will be coming back to this place-it's good to try but definitely would prefer no msg in my food.

The food is delicious and the service is great as well. We had came right when they opened and they were super friendly. The sitting area and the environment is very comforting as well. I would highly recommend coming here and getting the vịt tưới 1/2 con. It's comes out to $27 which is really cheap considering how much food you get.

If you havent try their special porridge duck soup. You are missing out. It very tender, juicy and steamy good. The owner always give you his best services and always, always nice and wonderful. This place is a hidden gem. Although , it s in this crappy place called QT . Just ignore the QT owner and his loonies then you would have a really good lunch. We came here specially for this duck porridge . The only other good place is the Two Hands Down hot dog place. That s also really good. While all others place seems like running and owning by very conceeded owner QT and his arrogant family.

Crazy cheap but crazy good Would totally come back In a food court Employees don't speech much English but whatever it's good !!!
