The bento series all look delicious. The skin of the chicken thighs is fried very crispy and the meat is very tender. The sesame oil chicken is a must-order‼ There are at least five or six large pieces of chicken in the soupIt's so nice to have a bowl of hot chicken soup with noodles in winterThe portions are large and the CP value is high ($20+ per person)According to online reviews, other dishes are almost unsatisfactoryI will definitely visit again next time I miss Taiwanese food!

This restaurant is one of the earliest non-American Chinese (or Taiwanese) restaurants in Chino Hills. I've eaten here quite a few times. The menu is fairly diverse, and the portion sizes are decent (especially for rice dishes). However, some items have a relatively low cost-performance ratio, such as the misua (which comes with very few ingredients) and the braised dishes, which I personally wouldn't recommend. As for the bento meals, I'm not a fan of the side dishes--they're repetitive and quite bland. Some Taiwanese snacks here are great, like the crispy fried pork intestines, which are juicy and flavorful. Others, however, fall short compared to most other places, like the popcorn chicken, which I've received dry and tough multiple times.Overall, it's not a must-visit restaurant. We usually come here when we can't think of anything else to eat and just want a quick meal. It's worth mentioning that their service is quite good--the staff is always polite. The overall environment is also fairly clean.

Some suggestions: Guabao: the stewed pork needs a bit more fried shallot during stewing, and the meat is a bit dry.Fried tripe: definitely needs more chive or green onion perhaps one should be stuck in and fried with the meat. The frying time can be slightly longer or the temperature raised to get more of a crispy finish. The chives provided were dry and flavorless (green)Stewed Combination ( seaweed, egg, tofu): the tofu was too dry and flavorless, like chewing on... Something dry and flavorless. I suggest changing a brand.Oyster and egg: very good actually, nothing to add.Oyster thin noodle: way too salty, broken up noodle.

Stopped by on Saturday, 06/08/24 for the first time (lunch time). Dined in and ordered the following:- 1 B22 Noodle with beef stew soup = $15- 1 B21 Assorted fried noodle soup (seafood) = $16- 1 D9 Assorted fried rice = $17SUBTOTAL = $48TAX = $3.72TIP (cash) = $10OVERALL TOTAL = $61.72Very small inside and we had to sit on the island counter due to no space. Wait time for our food was a bit long. My dish was mediocre (B21), wish my dish had more seafood.

I am not so much a fan of Taiwanese food since I don't like a lot of pork and sour things but they have plenty of options here for vegan lovers and noodle lovers. Ordered the simple noodle with shallots and oh my goodness it's so good with the chili oil. I love how the condiments are all self-serving and free. You can take as much as you want for you to go order. The quantity is huge for the price, $10-$11 for a huge portion! This can really serve two people! If you're craving some noodles, this is a place for you. And I suppose if you really love pork and Taiwanese condiments definitely give this place a try.

I recently tried this Taiwanese restaurant, and it was a decent experience overall, especially considering the location. The highlight of my meal was definitely the intestine noodle soup--it was incredibly flavorful and delicious. However, I was a bit disappointed that they don't serve stinky tofu, which I was really looking forward to. The pork chop rice was okay, but I've had better elsewhere. The pork block rice cake tasted like the popcorn chicken seasoning. On the bright side, the service was good, and the staff were attentive. The restaurant has a few tables, more of a cozy feeling.

We usually order to-go, but decided to dine in for the first time today. The restaurant was full during lunch time, but the wait wasn't too long. Service was fast, and our waitress was nice. Prices were good for the portions. Dry noodle with minced beef and cucumber: Not the typical dry noodle I was expecting. It was really saucy, so it didn't feel like a dry noodle to me. Reminds me a little bit of jajangmyeong. Despite all sauce, it wasn't salty. The flavor was pretty light. The dish was only okay for me because it felt soggy with all the sauce, and the cucumbers and carrots didn't add any "crunch" or additional texture to the dish, like I was expecting. Pork in Red Grain Sauce Rice: I liked that the pork chop was still crispy. The dish also came with broccoli, tomatoes and eggs, and a little minced beef. However, the tomatoes were really sour. Portions were filling, and everything was seasoned well. I always enjoyed Dago, and their food is pretty consistent. I'll skip the dry noodles next time though and stick with rice dishes in the future.

My Taiwanese husband said the vermicelli intestine is pretty authentic. Pork sausage was 7.5/10. Minced pork rice was 7/10. We'll come back to try other things like pork chop rice. Service was good - pretty busy during lunch time but we got there at around 5 pm so there was no line at all!
