Da Vien Coffee

I can see why this place is always so packed-- their drinks are SO. GOOD.! Da Vien is located in a busy plaza, so parking can be a bit hit or miss.We visited close to lunchtime on the weekend, and there was a line out the door. Thankfully, it moved quickly, so we were able to place our order in no time. We went with the Ube Matcha Latte and the Ube Cream Coffee, and it took about 20 minutes for our drinks to be ready. The Ube Matcha Latte was really good! I instantly wished I had ordered a second one to take back to the hotel and keep in the fridge. The balance of sweetness and ice level was just perfect. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more of their drinks!

i came in on a weekday around 2 in the afternoon with no line. i had lots of errands to do so i just placed an order online in case it was busy. i got an email confirmation saying it was ready at 2:22pm and i arrived around 2:30 because of traffic. i went in and tried to look for it because they have a designated stand for mobile order and had no drinks so i thought they would've kept it in the fridge to maintain it's freshness of the drink. i asked an employee and turns out they didn't make a drink yet? i told the employee "EMILY" that my mobile order was ready 10 mins ago "showering her my pedi won't on the phone" she side eyed me and walked away. i waited for another employee and it was a guy with glasses and told him the same thing, but only said "we're short staffed let me make it". coming from a yelp elite reviewer customer service is EVERYTHING! i waited another 6-7 mins for just a simple drink with NO adjustments. mind you there were only 7 customers AT MOST inside!!! some things to point out is that i don't believe they were short staffed there were 5 employees in the FOH (front of house), and they also didn't wear any type of gloves or equipment when working with drinks such as getting ice with their hands.DRINKS ARE SPECTACULAR! AVOID THIS LOCATION! *GG&STANTON LOCATIONS : employees were proper equipment and greet customers. they also make service quick if there's no to long lines*

Finally got to try Da Vien and I'm so happy I did !! I ordered online for pickup and got the egg cream coffee and my friends got the matcha lattes. I loved the egg cream top and the sweetness of the cream balanced well with the coffee -- I adjusted to 30% since I don't like super sweet drinks. The drink was so smooth and creamy, and got me through my long day of studying :) I will definitely be back to try the other drinks too!

I've been a long-time fan of Da Vien and have been to both locations! They have always had great matcha and coffee drinks, and favorite is the black sesame latte! Service is always friendly and drinks come out fast. At this location, I was able to order using the self-serve kiosk and it was simple to use.

Went on a Friday afternoon and there was no line. Surprised after hearing that this place is always busy. My husband got the banana latte and I got the banana matcha latte. He said that his drink was way too sweet that it gave him a headache.My drink was good but barely tasted the banana. I didn't get much of the banana cream compared to the other drinks that I saw being made. I don't think there was enough matcha as well.Honestly, it was good but we were not impressed. Was pricey for what we got.

I got the banana matcha latte this timerather than coffee but tbh I like the coffee here more than the matcha. the banana matcha latte was still good tho and came in a large size!

Delicious, well-balanced drinks with unique flavor options! It was pretty busy but the drinks were prepared quickly once we ordered. They weren't too sweet which I always appreciate.

Lives up to the hype. Located in a busy shopping center but very efficient despite the crowd. Probably waited about 5 minutes for our drinks which felt reasonable. Cute indoor and outdoor seating available. The Vietnamese coffee was perfect strength with lots of customizable options (less strong, less sweet, etc). We loved the egg cream and classic cream toppings!

Da Vien is one my favorite coffee spots and a must go for me when I'm in the area. However, this location is very busy. The parking lot is also shared with other businesses, so I usually spend a lot of time trying to secure a spot. With that in mind, I placed a to-go order on their website. I ordered this on a Saturday morning and it advises it would take 10 - 15 minutes. I arrived at the shop within that time and it was ready at the counter. For my order, I got the egg cream coffee. I got this 50% sweetness. I think this was perfect because it balanced the strong coffee taste. This was the perfect way to get the day started and never disappoints!

I absolutely love Da Vien and use to go often. That's until I started gaining weight and had to watch my sugar intake. However, I am still in love with their friendly service. They always let me take my time asking my questions about drinks that I'm curious about. The atmosphere is super cute and gives calming vibes. My favorite drink has to be the matcha cold foam with Vietnamese iced coffee. If it wasn't for the weight gain, I would drink this every day! I modify this drink by asking for less ice and half sweet. I drink half of it the day of and savory the rest the next day. The last time that I was there, I thought I'd try something new. I got the matcha coconut. Which I didn't like as much and probably wouldn't order it again. It was good, but just not great. Needless to say. I will stick with what I know. My niece got their banana matcha. I had a sip of it and it was just okay. Both drink confirmed my love for their matcha cold foam with Vietnamese iced coffee.Da Vien. You are da bomb!
