Crumbl - Anaheim Plaza

Visited crumble in Anaheim for the first time on 1/13 The atmosphere felt tense as soon as I walked in, there were about 4-5 women working none of them looked up greeted or even said hello. only one of them looked up at me and then continued her conversation with another employee Im not sure if this is normal for crumble employees to not acknowledge someone standing by the counter ? As a first time customer it would've been nice to maybe have someone ask if I had any questions or simply "order at the kiosk when you're ready". I didn't feel comfortable asking questions when I already felt like an inconvenience the moment I walked in.It took me a second to realize I have to order myself, there's just a sign that says "no cash". I always like to tip but in this case I felt customer service was lacking so I opted out for the tip. The inside of the store looked a bit dirty. The cookies were okay, the chocolate peanut butter one had a weird after taste. I probably wouldn't come back to this location based on customer service

Great quality cookies!The flavors change every week yet the quality remains the same at each location. The ordering process was super easy with their ordering tablets. The weekly flavors that they have for the week are always displayed at the front counter which makes it really convenient. * Double Chocolate Chip: 10/10 - not too sweet and nice sizeThe interior of the shop was quite small, but they're all like that. We didn't have to wait too long for our order and the worker was super sweet. They're located in the Anaheim Plaza so there should be plenty of parking. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

We came excited to try this week's flavors at the new store. Overall, the service was friendly, and the wait time was reasonable. I did notice that the butter cake cookie wasn't as soft as last time--it was firmer and less moist, which was a bit disappointing. The other cookies were fine, not my favorite week, but the free chocolate chip cookie from the promo ended up being my favorite.

The cookies are hard yes, but that aside, Crumbl count your mf days. What did you all do to my Cinnamon Roll cookies

I was really hurt when I got home and 2/4 of my cookies were as hard as my head! I mean they hurt my teeth so hard.

This location cookies are not good. I ordered Lemon crinkle, mable glaze and chocolate chip all mini version and it was hard like rock. Unsure how long they kept it out but it was very hard and stale. Does not recommend.

Driest Tres Leches. Got the eggnog and the cookies and cream tres leches cakes and both times were soooo dry. Plus the staff here is so slow and look lost every time I go for a pick up.

Kinda disappointed because my husband and I are regulars and last night Saturday 2/16 we tried coming in around 11 pm to get cookies and they were closed an hour early. Other than that whenever we come in everyone's always friendly and even gave my son a free cookie :)

Cookies are great and the rotation keeps my kids looking for the next best cookie. But customer service is horrible, no greet as you walk in they look at you and keep talking to each other is in not welcoming at all.
