Let me preface this by saying I have been to this location twice. The first time I was blown away, great atmosphere, service and food was delicious. second time, was also good. Today, they lost me as a costumer and lost my friends and family too. Went there to grab a late lunch with my two boys.My boys asked to share a ramen soup and I had asked for an extra bowl. Soup came and ten minutes later, no extra bowl. I rang for a server ( there's a button for that) and asked. Once my 11 year old started eating he pulled something from his mouth which I thought was a piece of plastic but upon further inspection it was a rolled up piece of a metal scrubbing pad. The workers even confirmed and apologized. I told my son not to continue eating and asked for the check. As they had shrimp tempura prior. When the waitress came back I was offered ice cream! Or a macaroon! I politely declined thinking well at least they will comp the soup. I get the check and nothing was comped! I paid and left and vowed never to come back. My kids were still hungry and disappointed. Thank God my boy didn't swallow it! I understand mistakes happen. However, when it happens to your child and the restaurant fails to do everything in their power to make up for their mistake they lose the costumer's trust.

This location is located in a pretty busy shopping center located on a main Street . It shares a parking lot with a Mexican market and a Ross so it's can get pretty busy with traffic. There is a lot of parking but you may have to park farther back. We came in on a Saturday evening pretty late around 9pm and the wait was about 5 mins. We were seated almost immediately. The dining area is quite big and very spacious. They started us off with water and miso soup. The food is great! I got the 3 item dinner bento box with teriyaki chicken, baked mussels and mixed tempura. This meal also came with a salad. The baked mussels here are SO GOOD! My sister got the crunch roll and ramen. Everything came out pretty quickly and it was amazing for the price point! So glad it's local.

The service here is excellent, and the staff are all incredibly friendly. However, the food was disappointing--not terrible, but definitely not worth a second visit, nor would I recommend it to friends.The ingredients didn't feel fresh, especially the vegetables, sashimi, and cooked fish. The salad dressing tasted very generic, like something straight from the supermarket shelf. If it was house-made, then I'd say the chef needs to refine their skills because it's no better than what an average home cook could whip up.The eel had a fishy smell, the grilled fish was overcooked and a bit dry, and the sashimi was overly cold and hard, which ruined the texture and flavor.While the friendly service might win some points, the lack of attention to the quality of ingredients and preparation made this an underwhelming experience overall.

Been going here since it first opened. Absolutely love this place. My go-to sushi spot. Whether it's to dine-in or takeout! It never disappoints Servers are always helpful and available when needed even when ordering over the phone. When dining in, I love to look at the red and black decore. Music threw me off at first but it's a great place!

Spacious Japanese restaurant with cool decor inside. Service was a bit slow but the value on the food was great. Take advantage of the value deals they had during happy hour. Came with 2 of my gymbro friends and we were full after ordering 4 of their rolls and their takoyaki appetizer.

I have been coming to Crazy Tock'n Sushi for several years now and I've never been disappointed by their selection or their service. They're always so friendly and the food is fresh and delicious. Today we celebrated my daughter's birthday and ordered her favorites: California rolls, the mango mango roll, unagi nigiri, octopus nigiri, dragon roll and of course their udon noodles. CRS is one of the best sushi spots in the SGV and they continue to keep that up by giving the best service and food they can offer. Their prices are competitive and with their offering of fresh fish, they continue to keep the locals like myself, very happy. If you're ever driving around with a hankering for some sushi, sashimi, or hot Japanese cuisine, make Crazy Rock'n Sushi your stop--you won't regret it!

One of best happy hour specials! Mon-Thurs All day buy 1 get 1 rolls 50%. I love the special and the rolls are actually very fulfilling. The rolls are what we come for and they have plenty to choose from. The restaurant is nice and clean as well. This is our 3rd time coming in and the rolls are always a hit.

Great and fast service! Food is delicious I had a good time here! Played these fun and easy games and won 3 prizes! definitely give it a try super fun!!!
