yummmm! I'm glad that there's a korean comfort foods inside Haven City / GW Supermarket. It was slightly rainy on Sunday so why not soup for dinner. We found out that Cr8zy Bao is newly opened in West Covina, so we don't have to go all way to Diamond Bar. They serve mostly Korean comfort soup , hot stone pot rice and differents types of mandu / bao. They also added the 10 Won Bread. They even offered us a sample of their popular pork / chive bao. it was steamy hot and delicious. We ordered the Galbi Tang, Pork & chives mandu and the 10 won bread with red bean mochi filling. The first thing I tried when we got our order. I've seen it all over my ig feed and super excited to try it. So much mochi and the red beans filling. If you like red bean. Should give it try!The Galbi Tang Soup served in very hot temperature. Portion is good for 2 people if sharing. comes with at lease 4 piece of the beef ribs with glass noodle, jujube and green onions. not too greasy. Pork & chives mandu is my favorite, I love chives. The mandu tasted very good and not too salty or blend. Very good with the dipping sauce. The meal comes with rice and 3 different banchan, kimchi, bean sprouts, fish cake. It is located on the GW Supermarket side next to BaoShuTang and Sisig LA.you will receive a beeper after placing your order. Love the simple and clean vibe.

Another new place opened in Haven City Marketplace inside GW. These are bao's with Korean/Chinese influence. Since it was new, I had to give it a try. I wanted to order the Cr8zy Spicy Dumplings but they said that was the one item on the menu they don't have yet. Ordered the Cheese Meat Bao (it was okay, just a bit of mozzarella cheese on top, with glass noodles mixed with meats inside). Since they didn't have their Cr8zy Spicy Dumplings, I tried their Spicy Shrimp Dumpling (it reminded me of the Chinese dimsum). As I was done ordering, I noticed the workers were cutting up pinwheel pastries. I didn't see them on the menu, but that's when I realized there was a separate menu for a bunch of different Korean soups. I got the red bean version of the won bread (they said there was also a mozzarella cheese version). It had a nice mochi texture with the red bean filling.Overall, the food was meh. The bun was fresh but the fillings of the dumplings/bao's were just okay. The only item I'd come back for is the pinwheel dessert, it brings back wonderful memories of ordering those outside a supermarket made by Chinese elderly ladies.

Located inside GW market. They had a soft opening and they were giving out a sample and we tried number 1 and their red bean bao. We ended up ordering the king steamed bao and red bean bao. My husband also tried their pizza bao it was okay, not a huge fan. The king steamed bao was filled with great flavors and i liked that i had noodles inside. The red bean bao had the perfect amount of filling and mid sweetness to it. I liked it very much. Service was fantastic very friendly.

First time ordered from this place to go and ordered pork & leek dumplings. I bit into one of the dumplings but it was harder than the other ones I ate, so I looked and it was also more white than the rest. I think one was randomly undercooked. I would check the box before taking your order home.

I ordered #1 vegetables and pork bao to go and found out this morning after reheated it in the rice cooker that Diamond Bar location's bao is better than West Covina. Hopefully they will improve it because my husband really likes their bao and Diamond Bar is kind of far away.
