If you're a foodie looking for variety, Collage Culinary Experience inside South Coast Plaza is a dream come true! This two-story food hall offers a wide selection of cuisines, from savory dumplings to creative desserts and refreshing drinks. Here's everything I tried and loved:First Stop: ChurrinoI kicked things off with gourmet churros filled with caramel and chocolate. Crispy, sweet, and perfectly gooey inside--an amazing start to my food adventure!Second Stop: Paradise DynastyBe prepared to wait in line, but trust me, it's worth it. I tried three different xiao long baos: the new pulled pork soup dumplings, their famous rainbow dumplings, and the truffle dumplings. Each one was packed with rich, flavorful soup, and they were all outstanding. Bonus points for the adorable panda dumpling!Third Stop: Blossoms and BrassThis beautiful bar is a must-visit for unique, handcrafted cocktails. I ordered the Thai Me Up, A New Leaf, and Coco Highball. My personal favorite was the Thai Me Up, which tasted like a grown-up version of Thai milk tea--so good! I also tried their pink rigatoni and a flavorful bok choy salad. Both dishes looked gorgeous and tasted great.Final Stop: MochinutFor dessert, I hit Mochinut for their Korean corn dogs and colorful mochi donuts. I tried the Cookie Monster, Red Velvet, and Melon Pan flavors, and they were all deliciously unique!

I always love a good food hall and was very pleased to see the options that they have in this one attached to the South Coast Plaza mall. Overall, there's many different foods to choose from ranging from American to Asian types of cuisines. I usually end up opting for paradise dynasty that's located in this food mall although other ones have definitely caught my eye and I would like to come back at another time to try different places.I also find it very convenient that it's attached to a mall so that you can get a good meal in with your shopping experience since it's attached. There's also ample parking and very easy to see off of the main street.

Collage Culinary Experience is a gem within South Coast Plaza, located in the Bloomingdale area. This food hall spans two floors, each offering a variety of dining options, and the signage throughout makes it easy to navigate. There's also plenty of parking available, which is a big plus. The first thing that strikes you upon entering is the impressive interior. The space is vibrant, colorful, and beautifully lit, with thoughtfully designed seating areas that make it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. While South Coast Plaza itself closes at 8 pm, many of the restaurants in Collage Culinary Experience stay open later, which is great if you're looking for a late dinner or snack.Dining Options:The top floor hosts restaurants like Paradise Dynasty, Bruxie, and Blossoms & Brass, while the bottom floor is home to popular spots like PhoHolic, Le Shrimp, Mah Jong, Egg LXIII, Currino, Mochinut, and Charedefine. The variety here caters to different tastes and preferences, whether you're in the mood for a full meal or just a quick snack. I tried PhoHolic and was impressed with the delicious food and efficient service.Accessibility:My only minor complaint was finding Le Shrimp. I initially entered through a regular mall entrance, not realizing that Collage Culinary Experience isn't directly accessible from the main part of the mall. It took a bit of time to figure out that I needed to go to the Bloomingdale area to find it.Overall:Despite the small navigation hiccup, I had a great experience at Collage Culinary Experience. The ambiance, variety of food options, and convenient hours make it a fantastic spot for anyone visiting South Coast Plaza.

Today I decided to try the new food court they recently opened at South coast plaza. Overall it had amazing food especially Paradise Dynasty outstanding very reasonable pricing. The food came out very fast service was great! Anyways we walked around the food court and all the other restaurants and boba places were fine. The only issue about the court is they should've put a variety of restaurants besides All Asian restaurants. They need to add like Mexican, italian greek, persian, and etc.. It should have a diversity of choices for all those who come from different countries and cultures that want eat at this new food court.

My 1st time visiting here was mainly for ale Shrimp Noodle Bar.Located on the other end of Bloomingdale's Department store. I really like this upscale sleek modern food hall design. So many different variety of food options for everyone.Upon Entering this Mini food court. You are welcome w AnQ Crustacean Sister Restuarant, Paradise Dynasty, Bruxie. Than walk downstairs to the lower bottom floor Is Le Shrimp Noodle, Mochinut, Churrino Gourmet, Mahjongs & another restaurant i didn't get the name of.I've been wanting to come here for about a year now.Saw a post on Le Shrimp Noodle Bar on IG.I love ramen and seeing this is a different type of ramen in shrimp broth made it much more intriguing to try.Located on the lower level of Bloomingdale's in the Collage Culinary Experience. A new concept of Bloomingdale's mini food hall.Came with a girlfriend for lunch on a Wednesday at noon. There wasn't a wait at all. What we ordered:~A1 Signature Trio NoodLe $ 18.95It's on the saltier side and we couldn't make it spicy. They provided chili oil for us to make it spicy. Which actually made the soup broth much better after we added that. Requested the body of the shrimp to be peeled with the head on still. The 2 Elbiko prawn paste balls were yummy along w the shrimp/chicken wontons.~B2 Prawn chicken wonton tossed vinaigrette $ 13.25 Was ok, it was a bit bland and wasn't even spicy. We asked for the chili vinaigrette. It had like a soap or an aroma floral taste. My friend also agreed after she asked what i thought of this dish.Regular noodles were good & chewy. It was mine and her 1st time here.I met Peilia, sweet lady. She was very informative. She told the customers next to us regarding ordering information. She was so welcoming. I believe she was part of PR & told us how this restaurant is part of the Paradise Group along w the Paradise Dynasty above. Our waiter was ok. When we asked if we can move our seats from a 2 seater table to a booth that can accommodate 4. For a little bit space on the table along w the seating. That way we don't feel a bit cramped. She mentioned that because we ordered already. It's hard to identify what orders belong to what tables.Which me and my girlfriend didn't understand especially it was herself that brought us our dishes. There wasn't a packed house in the restaurant. So we believe the dishes could've been easily identified to whom it belonged to.As far as checking in on us to see if we needed anything else. That was a great touch during our dining experience.Celebrating Lunar New Year. We received coupons in the red envelope given as a thank you. It was for Le Shrimp & Paradise Dynasty. It expires end of April 1.25.23Ambiance of the restaurant was really cute w shrimp decor & waves on the wall. The tables along w the ceiling lighting was modern. They have a Happy Hour promotion on weekdays, Monday-Friday 2:30-5:30 p.m. 30% off all main entrees.Located across from Mochinut donuts.

The food court next to Bloomindales has many options for shoppers at South Coast Plaza. Home to Paradise Dynasty, Le Shrimp Noodle, Mah Jong, Churrino, Cha Redefined, Phoholic, and more. It's a boon for Asian food lovers. I love that there are more options for diners in the area. Bruxie just opened recently so hopefully more palettes will be satisfied. Parking is easily found adjacent in the South Coast Plaza parking lot. Come hungry or thirsty and leave satisfied.
