Colima Mexican & Seafood Restaurant

The best juevos rancheros in town. We've been coming here to this humble family business for over 5 years now. My choice is 99.9% on this special simple plate. It fills me with joy. I ordered the two eggs medium well. The refried beans remind me of my dear mom's, and the Mexican rice is always fluffy. The salad on the side one Cucumber thick slice is good. The ranch dressing is the perfect amount. Now, the homemade tortillas are just that homemade. This lady is a happy camper. As you can see in the photo, my husband orders the same dish, but his eggs are made normal, a little runny. Anyways, the coffee can be ordered two ways, one with cinnamon or without. Again. I said this is a humbling, family owned restaurant. Owners have more than 30 years. Try this place out, you will like the food. Very traditional Mexican authentic plates. Enjoy.

Best Mexican and Sea Food, will not be disappointed Authentic just like if you were eating home and abuelita was cooking. I'm a creature of habit but trust me here you are safe with anything you order , everything is delicious seafood, chilaquiles Rice and Beans even pancakes, and the service is fantastic. Your stomach will be happy i promise.Love love this place. Next time I come I will post more pictures. I just get excited when my food comes then it's gone

One of my all time favorite restaurants Been coming here since it first opened Both food and service are top notch. I think they have the best menudo in all of santa and if not the OC.Highly recommended it

Mom used to live nearby this restaurant and I was in the area she asked me to stop by and order some to go food; chilaquiles, sopes and bean and cheese burrito.The restaurant is much bigger than it looks from the outside, clean and the menu quite vast and affordable.Customer service quick and friendly. Forgot to take pictures .

Working in the area and seen that smoker BBQ outside so had to try something went in got a burrito and taco was good , I had the burrito chicharon with rice and beans was very good only thing I can say is that there was a man who made my burrito and he packed on the meat , my friend ordered a Chile verde burrito and a young girl made it she didn't put anything in that burrito it was small like a taco size so be careful who makes your food that young girl made my taco and barely put any chicken on it if it didn't taste so good I'd be pissed off lol , but ya definitely coming back

One of the most authentic Mexican food spots in Santa Ana period. The owner Art is one of the nicest and down to earth people you will ever meet, He take pride in this establishment and has a passion for making high quality rich tasting Mexican cuisine! Seriously a hidden gem! Colima never disappoints they have the best menudo on the weekends but go early because they run out!! Their refried beans are amazing and addicting and homemade tortillas de miaz are a bonus!! Also they have cinnamon coffee so good I have about 4 cups because I can't stop drinking it lol! And surprisingly my fav is the vegetarian omelet and I'm no vegetarian but this plate is freakin' amazing they put a homemade verde sauce over the omelette that just melts in your mouth! This place has been a staple in my family my grandfather and father were also patrons of this restaurant and I am a 3rd generation customer and my children are 4th generation. I always recommend this place to friends and family and they love it!!!

Clean place and family owned. Owner and staff are so friendly. Food is outstanding and fresh. Can get crowded on Sunday mornings.

came here about two years ago and the food was absolutely delicious. i ordered the chilaquiles con palomilla and enjoyed it very much. my family also enjoyed their plates as well. service was friendly and the ambiance was very humbling.
