Mexican food at a theme park? YESSS! Beware sodium levels will skyrocket post dining here--stay hydrated & get a sweet treat from Aunt Cass Cafe !We tried the popular quesabirria: braised beef and cheese with consomé. It usually comes with salsa, but ours didn't --no big deal, as it was already packed with flavor (and salt!). The consomé helped balance the saltiness, but it could've used fresh onion and cilantro for contrast.My favorite was the Sanfransokyo-style street corn! A fellow guest advised us to get the seasoning on the side, and we're so glad we did. The corn was perfectly cooked, and the Togarashi mayo--creamy, peppery, garlicky, and rich--was the star. A light sprinkle of furikake added that umami kick (but trust us, get it on the side).

Ordered their QuesaBirria. Placed a mobile order, so I didn't have to wait in line. Aside from a line, there isn't much to the place though. There are a lot of tables out front, which you'll have to grab quickly, as the area is typically packed. The tacos were placed upside down, so not much attention to any detail.The tacos came with consume & line wedges, which paired nicely.Not my first time eating here & not my last.

Located in San Fansokyo. Seems like every time I'm at California Adventure, this place has the longest food line!! We didn't plan our day right this time and got stuck with regular line. Wifey had ordered Aunt Cass Cafe and finished eating while I was still waiting to get my food. It's a nice break from traditional Disneyland food. Only major complaint is they should serve it with some cilantro and onions inside the taco.

Cool spot, but it isn't a Disney must have. Customer service was cool. I had the corn on the cob which was pretty good. The carne asada tacos was cool. But we don't know.The Paloma was cool as well.

In my opinion, this is one of the best places to eat at in DCA for a quick-service as the food is always just consistently good. Their only downfall is that they get so crowded and impacted with orders, their service can be slow and it is hard to find seating due to sharing dining areas with other quick-services.I did a mobile order for around 3:30pm. I waited a while and my order wasn't ready until about 15 minutes past the window. Granted, they are the most busy quick-service in San Fransokyo Square.The QuesaBirria tacos are a hit. It has juicy and tender meat with a yummy savory flavor enhanced when dipped in the consommé. I also tried the Tacos Dorados de Papa and that was so delicious, I might like it better than the QuesaBirria if I am feeling in a plant-based mood. The lime cilantro rice was also very good as well for a side dish. Everything was 5/5 tastewise and really good for theme park food!The cons of eating here is the wait time and also not being able to find seating to eat. Although there looks like there should be plenty of seating, it's just packed all the time and difficult to find an empty table.

We were so excited to try their quesabirria tacos as we've seen on Tiktok. We used the Disneyland app to mobile order and had a frustrating experience. I checked in right at the start of my waiting period, but we didn't get our food until over half an hour AFTER the end of the waiting period, so we were standing there for 45 minutes and placed the order an hour before my check in period (total of 1 hr 45 minute wait). Several other customers were upset and waiting for about an hour. We should have ordered in person because those customers were getting their food way before the people who ordered theirs nearly 2 hours in advance. It was pretty clean with lots of seating in front. Unfortunately, the food looked better than it tasted. We ordered the horchata (7/10), quesabirria tacos (6/10) - the tortilla was dry and hard and the meat was also dry (the consome and salsa helped), chicken tacos (7/10) - tortilla was also hard. Nonetheless, this didn't take away from how amazing our day was at Disney.

In the happiest place on earth, and Cocina Cucamonga sure does make my tummy happy.Located in the heart of San Fransokyo, Cocina Cucamonga is one of the many restaurants on the pier. I would say they are one of, if not the best options in DCA. Starting off with the horchata, it is delicious every time! It's perfect. The quesabirria is sooooo yummy, and the consume is rich and warm. My sister and I share the street style elote, and love the San Fransokyo twist. The workers are kind, and it's usually pretty packed (cause everyone knows it's the best spot). There's plenty of seating in the area, and the music they play is so upbeat and cutesy you can't even be hangry!I miss disneyland, and I miss these quesabirria tacos. sighs longingly.... #DisneyAdult #MexicanPride #ILoveSanFransokyo

The service was good with our mobile order being ready in minutes. The ambiance is good as there is seating nearby in the San Fransokyo Square.Today, we tried their Tacos Dorados de Papa and we were pretty disappointed. Even compared to other vegan dishes, this was pretty poor. This was a pretty small portion given the price and quality of the food. The flavor was okay but fairly bland/weak compared to other Disney dishes. It is difficult to eat because the toppings are added sideways meaning you can't eat like a taco, and the shell is so crispy that you can't eat it with a fork.
