I love Hainan chicken but have never had it fried before so out of all the places in the plaza, I decided to pick this to eat and I'm so glad I did! It was so tasty! It came with so much chicken, a big ole container of rice, a small thing of pickled vegetables, sweet sour sauce, and some chicken broth. Almost everything was a 10/10 to me. The rice was just okay, I thought it was a little harder than it should have been but I'm not a big rice eater anyway. The broth was amazing. For those of you complaining it's too bland, that's how it's supposed to be! It's not supposed to be like your mom's chicken stew, Hainan chicken doesn't usually have much seasonings besides the chicken and the ginger.Service was whatever, you just go up and order. 10/10 would come back!

I ordered the Hainan Chicken (with both dark and white meat). It comes with the chicken rice, pickled veg, two sauces and a cup of broth.Overall, the chicken was great! It was both juicy and flavorful. I really enjoyed their chicken rice, it had great flavor. I was meh on the pickled veg. The sauces were so ch a great addition, really made the whole meal pop.

They are located in the middle/back of the entrance of the Haven City Market. I had never tried Hainan chicken and decided to order the fried version, as the two in the front working recommended that one over the original.I thought the food was pretty good. It came with flavored rice, meat was cooked well, and the sauce to dip it in + pickled veggies made it THAT much better! We waited 15 minutes for our food and came inside when the buzzer rang. The service was great for it being so busy, and they were so helpful with our order.

Ordered on 1/24/25 for lunch. There was a decent line, but service was quick. I got my food after 10 minutes. I ordered the fried Hainan chicken. The chicken was delicious! Some pieces were a little dry, but the seasoning made it tasty. I just dipped it with the sweet chili sauce. The rice was just okay, nothing special. I liked the chicken broth that was served. It was a good to drink at the end.Overall, it was a 8.5/10.Overall, this place is located in a pretty cool food court area. You can read here or just do work. The atmosphere is pretty decent looking.

$14 for poached Hainese chicken, rice, delicious orange sauce, pickled veggies, garlic sauce and soup. So much value! This isn't a small portion, mind you. This is a significant amount of real, healthy food. Highly recommend!Available at Haven City Market at West Covina

Authentic hainanese chicken rice! I love the fragrance of the rice and the generous portions of chicken. Definitely don't miss out on the ginger and hot sauce. This chicken rice tastes like home

Cluck2Go has a new location in Haven City Market. This is my second time to stop by this place. The line was long as any other restaurant in the Market.I ordered Hainan Ck Rice. The order included Hainan Chicken with the choice of either dark, white or mixed chicken, served with side of chicken rice, red sauce, green sauce, small side of pickled and small soup.The chicken was juicy and the rice was flavorful. The quantity was generous.It's a great spot to try when you are visiting Haven City Market.

My daughters and I came to Haven City Market West Covina on Grand Opening Day. We wanted to try Cluck2Go. They are known for their famous Hainan chicken rice. OMG... chicken was so moist and delicious! It was boneless and there were lots of chicken. I can tell the rice was cooked in chicken broth. It was very flavorful. I would highly recommend for everyone to try their Hainan chicken rice. You may get their original steamed or fried version. I have tried both and they are both good. Price is so reasonable for the portions.I've also tried their Chinese sweet buns. It comes with condense milk. It was quite fluffy on the inside and slightly crunchy on the outside. When topped with the condense milk, it's heaven! Must try, too.Staff are super friendly. Restaurant front is adequate. Service is good and timely. I will be back for more delicious chicken rice and buns.From what I was informed, they do have other locations. Depending on which locations, they have more food options than what is offered at this location.

Tried the Chinese bun for the first time. Omg where have I been?! These are highly addicting. Comes with condensed milk for dipping. A crispy exterior with warm, fluffy, doughy inside. Located inside haven city market. From main entrance head straight back. It'll be along the back wall. Great service, good food will definitely return. Thanks Jag!

Came to the New Haven market for dinner with a friend and decided I wanted to get hainan chicken. I got the dark meat only hainan chicken. The chicken was juicy and came a good amount. I shared the plate with my friend along with other food and we still had left over chicken! It came with a side of soup as well. Their sauces pair well with the chicken! I would definitely visit cluck2go again. Parking was fairly easily since it's located in shopping center with lots of other food places
