-has a habit of overcharging-I have been over charged twice here on two different occasions at this location -poor customer service -employees don't wear name tags -old lady with glasses has horrible attitude and isn't train well on using the cash register and applying coupons through chipotle app (did not wear name tag because I was checking specifically for her name and didn't get it) When I checked my receipt for the name it said Jose-she had a horrible attitude and tried gaslighting me into thinking that $13 for a chicken bowl and free guacamole was my total when I repeated scanned and told her I had a coupon for free guacamole -also blamed me for not telling her prior that I had the coupon and blamed me for not ordering guacamole on the side when the only thing on the coupon said "free guacamole" and didn't specify if I should order it with the bowl or on the side -she made a fuss all because she doesn't know how to apply coupons to a transaction

The, I'm assuming he's a manager or shift lead, short Hispanic guy, super rude Walked in with my friend and he just looks at us and says with the most "I don't want to be here and hate my job" look on his face and says "what do you want" Asked for double steak, gave me the worlds smallest portionsRestaurant was clean so there's that $24 for a double steak bowl, large chips, and reg drink, overpriced for terrible service and portions

Without a doubt the worst chipotle in existence. I have tried over and over to make it easy on them to make a burrito that can be eaten normally as a burrito. I've tried scaling down the ingredients. I've tried ordering a double wrap. And as a person that has worked in several restaurants, I know they all have bad days. But the last 4 times I've been to this specific location, they have made a burrito that is inedible as a burrito. And that was what they started with as a corner of the market. They have gotten away from their primary purpose. And even if the bowl was their focus, don't offer a dish you cannot follow through with. I ended up throwing out all 4 burritos. I will not return to this location, and possibly just not chipotle in general. The concept is great, but the execution is horrible. I've finally had enough to the point where I'm leaving this review. Take away, if you must eat at a chipotle, choose a different one. And it's not like their customer service makes up for it. The least enthusiastic employees I've seen overall. There is one girl, I'm assuming a shift leader/manger who's pretty good, but it doesn't make up for the lack of service and overall lack of quality I get. This location is a permanent never return for me.

This chipotle is horrible , I had a free guac on my order and Lorenzo the "manager" said he couldn't give it to me because it wasn't on there system and he was telling me to go back like if I have all this time in the world to waist ,when it was clearly on my order , horrible chipotle never coming back again , makes sense why you guys have such a poor rating ,

I'm strictly basing my one star review on the customer service. I'm not sure if the workers are mad that they have to work or because it was really busy - whatever the situation was. It's not the consumer's fault that you have to work during lunch hours and it shouldn't be taken out on the consumer.The food is always good because it's chipotle, but the workers were down right awful - to the point where I wanted to walk out and not give them my business. We order two kids meals - both build your own kids tacos - the first person in the line explained that you only get two sides plus your meat which is fine! When I ordered another side, she looked at me like she was annoyed (I was good with the extra charge) and I asked for a large queso. I told the cashier that I already ordered the queso yet he called out for another one resulting in the charge of two queso's - and then THREW the additional queso down on the counter - I'm sorry, are we 12?They checked us out - forgot our drinks and didn't give us our kids chips. Which apparently was another annoyance. Moral of the story: don't take out your frustrations on the consumer - regardless of the situation. I will definitely never come back to this location.

IDK WHAT IS UP WITH THE BAD REVIEWS but this is straight up THE BEST CHIPOTLE LOCATION i've ever been to in california!!! It straight up always hits and it's so fresh, meat is so tender, and they don't skimp on anything!!!!!! I'm obsessed!!! Thank you for existing and being amazing!!!

I came in at 10:20 and the girl mopping greeted me and was so nice! the guy that made my bowls omg the worst!!!!!!! so rude like he hates it there and took it out on me. they close at 11 made me feel like I showed up at 11!!!! Don't know his name but he was on the shorter side, he said ' what do you want' I work at a restaurant and I've never spoken to someone like that!!!! He made me so anxious I almost forgot to add beans on my bowl, he didn't put mild on 1/2 of my bowls, almost forgot to give me a tortilla.. He didn't want to ring me up & was so rough with the bowl. I know it's just food & it shouldn't be that serious but I'm shocked at his unprofessionalism

didn't want to upcharge for something so tiny like an extra soft taco tortilla, but upcharged me for lettuce... it was covered in cheese and I'm extremely allergic to milk. My receipt was in the bag and I wanted it handed to me but the employee did not care, that too was covered in guac and cheese. It felt ridiculous I didn't feel comfortable at all. I wanted to walk in and walk out, couldn't really do that. Horrible customer service I hope to never come back.

I just walked out very disappointed and a little frustrated. When it was my turn the lady serving me the food gave me small portions of meat. I asked for 50/50 chicken and carnitas, she barely got any chicken and 50% carnitas. I kindly pointed it out to her and her excuses was that she gave more carnitas. THE WORSE PART is when she got a cup and tried to take out some of the carnitas while there's already stuff in the bowl so she can give me even amount of chicken!!! I told her just leave it, I'm already paying a lot are you kidding me.
