Chipotle Mexican Grill

MehGone are the days where Chipotle had fresh toppings. Post 2020 COVID era, you are lucky if you don't get food poisoning. That's sad. The ingredients are just not as fresh as they should be. The guacamole and chips don't have that lemon flavor. The chips taste old and have zero flavor. My veggie bowl with sofritas and guacamole was disappointing. The veggie fajitas were not fresh. They tasted off. The sofritas tasted old. It was hard to eat any of this bowl. My husband ordered a veggie bowl with no sofritas and no veggie fajitas. He said his tastes better than mine. Service was fine. Just the food quality isn't there

Chipotle in general usually skimps on their portions but my order today had the smallest portion I've ever received. I ordered online and clicked to have extra corn, cheese, and lettuce, but it looks like I had less than a normal order. They did provide me with my salsas on the side like I asked and my order was correct. I'm never able to finish my burrito bowl and am able to eat it in 2 meals, but I was able to eat the entire bowl today since the portion was so small.

Came today and ordered a kids meal. I ordered a build your own and asked for a side of sour cream and cheese half and half in a little side cup. I never actually got charged for this, but not only that. They didn't even tell me they were charging me it. Do better chipotle. $1,60 for a side of sour cream! Sooooo petty

Of all the Chipotle spots, this location has been the most disappointing. We've been living around the area for about 2 years and finally stopped in to enjoy some patio eats. The most unfriendly service received, with very stingy portions. 1 scoop of chicken for a burrito, all while delivering mushy rice. What a disappointing meal showcasing the low standard of quality control at this location.

Now I understand why the ratings here are not good. Arrives at 440p before the dinner rush. 4-5 employees working, the dining area is empty and a mess. Tried to order hard tacos and they are out of them. Cashier didn't give us a cup for a drink even though we paid for it we had to ask. He said sure for water, we said we paid for a drink, he looks at receipt and hands us a cup, he had just rung us up. Ice machine out of order and forks are out of stock. Female employee came to restock forks and still all employees leave the dining area messy and trash cans full. Sad.

Lunch time on a Wednesday...Chicken Burrito Bowl with chicken, brown rice, black beans, roasted corn, tomato salsa, sour cream, lettuce and cheese. Medium Salsa. I like the build your own concept. It could have had more chicken. And, it would have been better if certain items were hot, like the rice and chicken. I felt like I was eating a cold chicken salad instead of a burrito bowl. Customer service was okay.

Came in on Sunday and had a pleasant experience! Very nice employees, the place was clean and all the food was fresh and tasted great. The guacamole was especially delicious :)

Yikes, was honestly a little worried to come here with the 2.8 star review, but I'm glad I threw caution to the wind and pushed forward anyways. I was on the way to Anaheim and absolutely starving. I needed something to eat so I googled Chipotle and found the nearest one in sight. There was barely a line. I got in and out in less than 5 minutes. And my bowl wasn't skimpy- as can sometimes be the challenge. This is all person dependent so maybe I had a good visit, but no complaints here.

I have gone to this one regularly but not anymore. Poorly managed. Hate to be picky, but don't put stuff on the menu that you don't have. Don't be so cheap that you won't fix the soda dispenser. Unfortunately it takes a review like this to get the franchise owner to care. If they do at all.

Came with my girlfriend and they put less meat and rice in her bowl than mine. She was really upset and feels finessed. Won't come back here again. Not worth $10 with the amount of food they serve.
