Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrible service. The new worker gave me half a scoop ofrice and meat and ended up charging me double! I askedwhy they had significantly reduced my portion. He says it's always been like this. I've been coming to this Chipotle for a year now and never had issues with their portions until now that they hired a bunch of new workers. Please train all your employees the same. Why am I being charged $50 for an amount that a toddler would eat?!

Run!Run away from this location. It is terrible. My food looking like it was straight out of the movie called "waiting." If you've seen that movie with Ryan Reynolds, then you understand what I mean. My food looked like it had been slopped together and the ingredients were not fresh. It was disgusting. I ate a couple bites and then threw it away. About 30 minutes after that, I ran to the toilet with diarrhea. I wouldn't recommend this Chipotle at all. Stay away.

This location is super stingy with their portion. The bowl I ordered was only filled of the way and it's mostly rice and lettuce. They scooped such a small amount of al pastor chicken as if they were running out of it. Not worth $11 a bowl, They also need to plan better on the ingredients. They ran out of brown rice and didn't have a back up ready. I didn't want to hold up the line so I just accepted the white rice. The workers don't seem happy here and just give one word answers or seem inconvenienced if you ask them for something.

I've been disappointed by this location one too many times. The first time was when I used my points to redeem chips and queso. When I picked up my order and took it home, I noticed that they gave me chips, but no queso.The second time I was disappointed was when I came during one of their promotions. The promotion was if you come in wearing a hockey jersey you can order BOGO free. It was during this time that they were also promoting their new item the chicken al pastor. The first mistake was that they charged me for chicken al pastor when I only ordered the regular chicken. I didn't notice this until I got home and looked at my receipt. The second thing I noticed was that they forgot to give me lettuce in one of my bowls. I also asked for sour cream on the side and they never gave that to me either. Not sure if it was during their rush hour (I came at 4pm on a Monday), but I felt super rushed in ordering my items so I didn't really get a chance to check to make sure that everything was packed. But i also shouldn't have to worry about this. Lesson learned... no more for me.

This is the nastiest chipotle I have ever had! I literally spent $15 bucks and had to toss my entire bowl because it was cold and super salty! I'm super disappointed. I can't believe this location is in business. The guys working there super rude too & tried to rush me through (there was nobody in there). I was like broooo chilllll! Maybe he' was trying to distract me from the goofy location and food. Yuck yuck yuck! Totally pissed right now.

Quickest Chipotle experience ever...in and out within 5 mins. Fast and friendly service. 1 star deduction for the saddest looking, unappetizing brown guacamole.

Found a big piece of plastic in my food which cracked my tooth so disappointed. Do better chipotle this is so unacceptable

Great location. Walked in and everyone had a smile on their face and was so friendly which was great to see. Everything was also fresh, and cooked to perfection. I enjoyed my meal!

Food is whats expected from an average chipotle. My issue is with the tea. Three times in the last few month the tea is extremely weak. So light its notably not a tea color. I don't drink soda so this keeps me from coming or dinning in. I've mentioned it to the staff twice but no changes.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this location. To keep it short, I paid $11 for a soft chicken taco and two sides (which it is what it is, just double checking price since it's a small taco). When asked about the pricing staff was bothered and rude about it. Didn't get names, but it was a female. Facial expression and response was inappropriate.
