Chase's Restaurant *Old Town La Verne*

Chases has a great happy hour and the apps are top notch! Laura the bartender pours a great drink! I had the watermelon margarita and my wife had a glass of wine. Laura is super friendly and she is a good "mixologist". We will definitely be back.....Thank you a nice evening.

We were on time for a 6:00 pm reservation. We ordered drinks . The lemonade came in good time but my cocktail took 50 minutes to reach my table . When I complainedThe Manager virtually called me a lier and said it was impossible !!We waited another 15 minutes for the food to arrive, my filet was undercooked and barely warm. My significant other's Lamb Berger was stuffed with a cheese similar to Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola which totally overpowered the delicate flavor of the lamb. When I asked for the check the Manager came to the table still insisting the we both were wrong and she was most unpleasant and again virtually calling my Significant Other a lier .I have been going to Chases for over 20 years, we shall never go there again !!

Such a disappointing experience. I waited to write this review because I've dined at chase's with my family a few times. The service is a little hit or miss, but I decided to take my team for a luncheon to celebrate our end of year. We had a group of ten and we all arrived for a noon reservation. Our waitress was polite. She took our order and we waited and waited. Once our food came out, it had different sauces than as described on the menu, the meat was not cooked appropriately and overall I was embarrassed that I took my team there for lunch. The food runner was rolling her eyes and making faces as she was taking food out, which seemed so unprofessional. Maybe during the holiday time they were too rushed or understaffed but we never got refills, I waited for my ice cubes to melt to get some more water. The only reason I didn't give 1 star was because the dessert was good. We had the cookie skillet. Overall, probably a better option for a couple dining experience but would not recommend for large parties.

Came here last week for a wine event and I had a good time at Chase's. I love the ambiance, it's spacious inside, and they have a band that plays here. It was a very nice time. They have happy hour as well during the week! The bar area is really nice with good vibes as well. I ordered the brisket plate, which I highly wanted to try since the waitress was hyping how good it is. I do not eat beef but it was good with good taste, I tried a bit of it and it was happy I did. The service was good Jessie the waitress was very amicable and with outstanding customer service.I recommend Chase good food and nice vibe! Parking on street and in the lot!

I went to this restaurant for a free wine-tasting event given by "Bottle Shop Plume Ridge." This event was stellar. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The service I received from our waitress, Jesse was outstanding. She was attentive, accommodating, pleasant, and very easygoing. The atmosphere was very nice and they had a very good live band. I ordered the chicken fried chicken dinner and chocolate chip cookie which was delicious. My sister ordered the brisket dinner and my mom ordered the beet salad with brisket. They said their food was amazing and the brisket was very tender and flavorful. The prices were reasonable and the menu had a nice variety of food options. They had a nice bar and plenty of Indoor and outdoor seating. The tasting of wine was fantastic. All seven tastings were excellent. The owner, Blake Leland of the bottle shop gave a great event. Note: This restaurant has a live band every Wednesday, Happy hour every day at various times, and brunch on the weekends. Parking can be a little difficult due to the parking lot being very small. Overall, this place is a great place to hang out if you're in the Old Town Laverne area. I will be returning to try their brunch and happy hour.

Came here for a birthday and were treated very nicely. There were lots of TVs to watch the games and they even provided live music at one point. For the appetizers we ordered the Wagyu Stuffed Mushrooms and the Artichoke Spinach Dip. Both were amazing and pretty filling. I ended up ordering a pasta for dinner which complimented my white wine. Overall, we had a great experience here and can't wait to come back.

So my hubby decided to take me out for our wedding anniversary diner, I was so excited when the waitress told me the special of the night was sear scallops. I'm used to high quality food they serve all the times... I was so disappointed when my scallops got to the table with the strong smell, fishy ugh my stomach sunk ... I have worked in the seafood industry and scallops don't suppose smell fishy but fresh and sweet. It was late and I didn't want to deal with returning the plate . At $44.00 a plate for 4 scallops I was expecting quality and flavor... none of those meet this plate. Needless to say my dinner was ruined...

Brunch Review: Stopped by Chase's on a Sunday right when they opened. Beautiful day and sat outside on the patio. We ordered the chicken & waffles and the carnitas Benedict. Both were delicious, but the chicken & waffles stole the show- definitely would order again. Hubby had the Bloody Mary and said it was good! Perfect start to a Sunday Funday, adding Chase's to our brunch rotation now!
