Delicious food with generous portions! Service is fast and friendly. For breakfast I get the soy milk and fried dough stick. For bigger meals I get the sweet and sour fish, as well as the "fried mixed vegetables" where you choose 6 or more ingredients and they'll stir fry it with spicy seasoning.

Never had Xian food before but really glad we gave this place a try and now we're hooked for good. The spicy beef noodle soup is phenomenal. The brisket is so tender and the broth is so addictingly spicy.Mapo tofu is out of this world and probably one of the best ones around.Biang Biang noodle is uniquely delicious with a hint of smokiness.Shrimp fried rice is so good and goes really well with the Mapo tofu.Service is prompt and friendly.Place is clean, modern and nicely decorated. Highly recommended.

The restaurant got beautifully flavored food! The food came out fast, which is always a plus. The lamb skewers were fantastic. Well seasoned with cumin that wasn't too overpowering, without feeling like I got slapped by a spice rack, allowing the flavor of the lamb to shine without any gamey smell. The noodles were another highlight. The texture was spot on, with just the right amount of bite. The beef brisket was tender and paired beautifully with the rich, flavorful broth.Overall, a solid spot for a delicious and satisfying Chinese meal. Will definitely be back!

Ate in for breakfast on a weekday. Had like two other tables occupied. Service was fast. Self serve water station. Love the meta utensils. Cute interior decor. Around the outside, the windows show images of the food. Got the hot stone soup bone broth, Stir fried cumin beef noodles, and fried dough. The fried dough was delicious. Very crispy and fresh. Got stone soup bone broth is a little spicy, so for those who are not good with spicy, it'll probably be very spicy. The cumin flavor in the beef noodles is very strong and fragrant. The food is delicious. TLDR- good food, cute comfy interior

I visited here a few times for takeout. The spicy beef noodle with hand-cut noodles was my favorite so far - packed with flavor and just the right amount of heat. I'm excited to try the non-spicy version next time.I also had the cumin beef and Biang Biang noodles. The Biang Biang noodles tasted good, but for $14, I found it a bit pricey for a dish without protein and only a couple of vegetables.Overall, I recommend Changan and look forward to exploring more dishes on their menu!

Tried out this place recently and it was pretty good. The interior is nice and modern. It was relatively busy when we came but we got seated immediately. It was kinda hot in there but they offered self serve water which I liked since I always finish my water quickly. I ordered the Biang Biang Hand-Ripped Noodles. It was my first time trying hand ripped noodles and they were good but I couldn't help but feel I should've gotten a soup with them. They felt a little dry with the dish I got. Overall, the meal was nice and I look forward to getting a soup next time.

Dined in for the first time on Saturday, 04/20/24. According to other Yelp Reviews and their website, this particular location recently opened up on 03/18/24; there are a total of 3 locations throughout SoCal and I've only been to the one in Ontario. We ordered the following for lunch:- N12: 1 Shaanxi Hand-Pulled Round Noodles wit Red Chili Oil = $13.99- N6: 1 Sweet Potato Vermicelli Soup with Seafood = $15.99SUBTOTAL = $29.98TAX = $2.32TOTAL = $32.30Wait Time = minimal (less than 5 minutes until our food arrived). It wasn't as crowded when we initially arrived however customers started to trickle in later on. Very new, glossy and clean interiors; this location is smaller than the Ontario one.I've tried the Sweet Potato Vermicelli Soup with Seafood in Ontario and I feel like the bowl was bigger. I also noticed the subtle differences between the two locations for this soup; the Ontario one had squid and fish balls, while this location didn't have squid and fish balls - instead there were only 2 quail eggs.Overall 5/5.
