Went here for breakfast on my last day of staying in the Indigo hotel and I wish I discovered it sooner.I got Kate's Burrito and the presentation was beautiful. It was honestly everything! Packed with deliciousness & I mean, it's hard to mess up a burrito. Also, I had the choice of adding two meats, pork chorizo & sausage.SERVICE/AMBIANCE: LOVELY, SO CUTE INSIDE, APPROACHABLEFOOD: 10/10

Chambers Bar and Bistro is located in the lobby of Hotel Indigo and serves up a variety of breakfast, lunch, and happy hour dishes all packed full of flavor. They are a great place for Indigo guests and guests staying nearby to enjoy a fast full service or to-go breakfast meal. The servers are all friendly and attentive, and the location has quite a number of tables to choose from. The tables are all promptly cleaned and cleared-out as soon as patrons exit the dining area. Our favorites were the chicken and waffles (chipotle aioli was TO DIE FOR), chilaquiles, and the breakfast burrito was huge! All dishes allowed for sharing. Chambers is a great establishment if you are looking for a place to eat and rest your feet away from the crowded restaurants on Harbor.

Stopped in for breakfast after walking by and seeing the sign out front and was very happy with the decision. Located in the small lobby area the restaurant bar glows with neon colors and a bright accent wall so it's very easy to see. Welcomed in to take a seat anywhere we were settled with drinks in mere minutes. Needing a protein boost I went with the ribeye and eggs. A decent sized steak cooked to chef choice and two over easy eggs it was a calorie boost to start the day. The green chilaquiles was plated well with pickled onions atop. The salsa was a vibrant flavor with a lime punch with crema to cut the acid and the crispy tortilla chips were delicious! A good meal quickly in and out to keep the day rolling!

Karin was a great server. The food was great. The drinks were great. We sat on the little patio by the pool I would come back.

This place is perhaps one of the most overlooked gems in Anaheim. It is not big, it is not fancy, and it is not over the top like a lot of places around Disney. But it is also not crowded or dramatically overpriced! This place has a solid menu with enough variety to keep everyone happy for breakfast or dinner at prices that are not only reasonable but appropriate. After spending a week in Anaheim fighting for access to every restaurant in or near Disney, only to be outraged by the exorbitant prices, mediocre food and lackluster service, we found ourselves coming back to Chambers time and again. There was never a wait, service was AMAZING (Jose G is one of the nicest guys we have ever met and is amazingly thoughtful and attentive) and the prices and food were reasonable. Should we come back to Anaheim and Disney we will very likely stay at Hotel Indigo again, and we will eat here probably every day.

We were staying at a nearby hotel but wanted to have a nice, sit-down dinner without having to deal with a huge crowd. Chambers was perfect! The hotel staff were very welcoming, the waitstaff to the restaurant were lovely and kind, and the food was so good! You absolutely get your moneys worth here (honestly you could probably split a meal here with someone and still walk away full) and the quality of the food is top notch. I'm so glad to have read about Chambers bc it was a wonderful experience. We will be back.

I checked Yelp for a good place with steak and eggs and I found Chambers Bar and Bistro. I googled my way here and realized that its a hotel restaurant in the Indigo Hotel. I am not usually into eating at hotel restaurants, but thought I would give it a try.I ordered the Ribeye Steak and Eggs, medium rare. I was trying to eat healthier a bit so I asked for fruit instead of hash browns. The Ribeye steak later came out and was well done. The steak was a bit salty. I believe the steak was $18 and I would normally send it back. I had an upcoming meeting that I needed to attend and ate what I could. I probably would not come back here for steak and eggs during my next visit. I saw that they have drink specials and a happy hour menu. I do not think I would have any business being here unless I am staying at the hotel.I sat at the bar and service was good. That was a plus.

I stopped by to grab a bite in between the NAMM show and House if Blues and ordered off the happy hour menu. Guacamole for $3, shrimp tacos and a $6 glass of Pinot Grigio. It's kInd of bright and they could use dimmer switches. The ambiance is nil but the servers are nice. Hopefully the food is better than the vibe!
