What happened to Carl's Jr. I went last night for a burger and I was so disappointed. It was so disgusting! First of all the menu board at drive- thru is broken and I couldn't see what new burgers they were selling. The person taking my order said it has been like that for a while now and proceeded to ask me what burger I wanted. Once I got to the window the cashier there was so rude and impatient as if they were paying for my food. I just don't understand people that hate working at restaurants and take it out at customers. You hate your job go work somewhere else. Once I got home I looked at the burger and it was a plain cheeseburger. I didn't order a plain cheeseburger. I like everything in my burgers just no onions. Which it's nice that they git that right. But the burger was disgusting. I will never go back again!! P.S. I wasted $15 on this shit!! They couldn't even put tomatoes and lettuce. Like, where are my condiments at??

I stopped here this afternoon. The drive thru took almost 15 minutes to get through with one car ahead of me.I ordered two 6-piece chicken stars and an order of waffle fries. The fries were were fresh and tasted fine, but the chicken stars all tasted old. They were surprisingly warm, and they must have been sitting under a heat lamp because they were hot but not fresh.The girl there that took the order was very nice, but the amount of time it took and the quality of the food is was not good.

I was craving one of the hand-breaded chicken sandwiches and just wanted something I could get quickly. I made a mistake going to Carl's for what my taste buds wanted.I was craving a moist, and "just right cooked" chicken sandwich as I was driving down 17th St. I was hoping Carl's would be at least decent. Well, not really. I think the chicken was cooked a bit too long and it was too crunchy and a bit dry. It was made just for me, so it hadn't sat in their "bins".Service was just okay. The main counter person/lead/manager? seemed a bit preoccupied with a clip board and checking things for a lunch rush so I didn't get the warm and fuzzy feeling I have before at this restaurant.What was worst was how expensive this was. $7.39 and tax. Okay, I know there are far better of these new chicken joints to try out and I will next time. (Or maybe just go to Popeyes.)But I had to share my foolishness.

Lexii helped me with my order through the drive thru got all my order correct and gave me all the sauce I asked for I will definitely come back just because of her. She is awesome and also I went inside to use restroom and it was so clean in the dining area.

After my mishap at Del taco, I wanted to try this fast food spot because it was open after midnight. I got the "Guacamole Bacon Angus Burger Combo". Little bit pricey, but it took care of the craving. The burger did not disappoint. Kudos to the one female employee making the meals during the midnight hour and including the after hours.

Ordered a monster biscuit got a one half sour dough one half burger bun sausage egg and cheese something Frankenstein cold in the center. There were only two us in the drive-thru when I ordered and I didn't have time to go back so I tried to eat it but the hamburger side was stale and the sausage was still cold in the center. I can't say I won't go back, this will be another one of those locations I'll need to dig through the order. I hope this was an absent minded mistake and not intentional.

I dont even know what to say other than it sucks to pay for something. Get home and not be able to eat it, this order is all wrong. Marked up on the screen wrong and then served wrong. Wont be going there again.

Really deserves no stars. Terrible service. Long line. Carlos ended up handing me the wrong meal in my drive-through. Paid $17.21 for a small waffle fry. Operating a Carl's Jr. like this should be illegal... it is after all theft. HATED my experience.

This Carls Jr is a joke. I've stopped by & ordered food from here twice within the last week on my LUNCH. Both times, they have messed up my order and given me a different burger than what I had ordered. Today was the second time, when I went in to have my order replaced they STILL made it wrong & the person I had spoke to on the phone had told me I was going to be getting a dessert and I never got it either. I told the person on the phone this was ridiculous and they needed to start double checking their orders. She told me she got confused on the burger. ??????Save your time & avoid this location. Go to Newport Ave instead.
