My husband and I went inside to dine. Briana who helped us at the front was very kind and helpful. I feel like now a days, especially at a fast food joint, customer service has been getting worse. I hope Briana get recognized from other customers for her excellent customer service!

This site is never busy and it's not surprising given if you are in the restaurant too long or run over to exchange something and come back your car will be towed. Literally towed and your burger cost will then be $400! Good luck too waiting on a curb in the lot (across the street from a jail)waiting for someone to come pick you up to go to the towing place. Not safe at all!! Not only will I not patronize this store again, I will not frequent any other Carl's . Any company that allows a manager to do this doesn't understand anything about customer service and how to be competitive in a market filled with burger choices.

The food here is good pretty good I got the wester bacon burger and it was pretty good. Super kind staff gave us time to look at the menu without being rushed. The restaurant is very clean with a nice interior design.

RUDE employed especially at the drive thru lady did not even say hi or thank you kept handing us bags rudely asked for condiments and boy was she furious NEVER EVER coming here again and YES I did tell family and friends I visited here around 11/14 or the 11/15 in the afternoon WORST PLACE TO EAT UGH CANT SAY IT ENOUGH RUDE RUDE RUDE And when I called the restaurant the so called manager was rude like she was condoning the behavior of staff when I asked her, her name she refused and said she did not have to give her name she was arguing with a customer CARL KARCHER went to my church he and his wife would be horrified by the customer service given at his restaurants CARLS corporate please do better

I hope they go out of business! Got food - have receipt - went to pick up an order and ... it's towed. Awful .... Really happy to see that they literally had NO business the entire hour we had to wait for our ride. I hope that continues and they have to close.surely a better place to eat would be a better fit here!!

beware of this business. The manager of this Carl's Jr. has arranged for a tow truck to come and survey the lot every two hours and will tow your car if you are not a customer at Carl's. They do have signage posted about the possibility of a tow, but the manager appears to be mean spirited and I for one will no longer patronize Carl's Jr. and will tell everyone I know not to go in there as well.

Wish I would've read this before trying the drive thru on my break. I literally spent 15 min to be exact. I ended up calling to see if the drive thru was broke. They replied no. It's just busy. I watched what the 2 cars in front of me got -- which first was an average bag of and next was a shake only. Then after getting my bag. I see looks like they may be short staffed or the manager is doing something other than helping. I give benefit of the doubt. Drive by and there's no customers inside or at register. Maybe busy with online or Uber eats. Donno. But was not fast food service today. Hopefully the staff gets more support or they figure a better flow. It's too bad the receipt only give time of card transaction. Instead of order time like McDonalds does.
