I haven't been to carl's jr in a long time I almost forgot how juicy their chicken tenders were! I ordered 6 piece chicken tenders, fries, and zucchini.My sort of only complaint was that the zucchini was far from crispy (still had great flavor just missed the crispness) but other than that the food was great!

Thanks for the old ice cream that was full of ice crystals in my milkshake. You ruined it. It was expensive too. You guys suck. I know you knew it was there but you served it to me anyway. Terrible Carl's Jr.

5 stars for A+++ service. I was blown away by the service Oscar and Viridiana provided around 630pm on a Thursday. We went through the drive through (I have not been to Carl's Jr in 10-15 years) so I was not familiar with the menu. I assumed they did not have kids meals but Oscar was patient enough to provide all my options and even confirmed if the condiments in the kids burgers were OK. He was also very patient in taking the rest of our order and asking about sizing for the Combos. He also confirmed if Mayo was OK on my Beyond burger! I feel he really went above and beyond for a drive through order. Lastly while we were getting our food at the window Viridiana offered us extra ranch which I thought was so nice since most places make you pay extra. She was also patient as we tried to complete the payment via Apple Pay which I fumbled a little a bit. Food was great when we got home everything was there, extra napkins, extra whipped cream on the shakes. Honestly I probably wouldn't care the food tasted like garbage because I left the drive through feeling so happy with the service. Thanks guys!!

This was the taco salad I got from Carl's Jr. today. The chicken was burnt, stuck together & inedible. Even my dog wouldn't eat the chicken! The rest of the salad was full of onions, so the whole thing went into the trash. We won't be going here ever again. Don't waste your time & money going here.

It's been awhile Carl's! And since I'm an elite now, time to update some reviews! Still about the same. Service and employees are polite and friendly. Food is still the same. This time though when I asked for my variety of condiments for my kids chicken stars, they really hooked it up! Ranch, bbq, honey mustard, hot sauces, and even some western bbq sauce I asked for! Really wish Carl's Jr. would make that available in packs again! I ordered the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger with criscut fries and a chicken soft taco. Kinda splurged a bit, but I was starving! Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger: bun was....older. Not stale but getting there. Light on the sauce which is why I always order extra on the side. "If it doesn't get all over the place, it doesn't belong in your face" use to be their motto, FYI. Chicken soft taco: Was surprisingly good, I've never ordered one from Green Burrito before but I think I will continue. Proportionally filled with good grilled chicken flavor. My kids got chicken stars and jr cheeseburgers which were all standard. I think I even got a bonus chicken star. My wife ordered a bbq chicken low carb, and it was just a piece of chicken dipped in bbq and wrapped in lettuce. No onion, no tomato? What the heck?! At least her zucchini were hot and fresh. Not too bad Carl's.

I saw the commercials on the TV and it looked good.So I had the coupon for the big Carl and got 2 for $5 i haven't eaten there in years.Come on guys 2 pieces of meat with one leaf of lettuce, one leaf of lettuce, one flat leaf.And not 1/2 hour later my stomach started turning and kept me up all night.

This location has great service - the cashier and servers are always very friendly and polite, which I appreciate! Food (I only get the beyond famous star with fries or hash rounds which are so delicious) is consistent; I've never had any issues with the food. Wait time can vary and parking is in a large lot shared with other restaurants.

Food is ok the taste is different from others but when I ordered my food on the drive thru the male employee that was taking my order was super fast and didn't let me ask my passenger what drink they wanted when he wanted me to tell him about which drink it was going to be for the next drink, like I can't ask my passenger and speak to him at the same time wtf is wrong with them there was no one behind me. Once I pay I am told to wait at the front whatever so I did and my food came out more than 10 min later and it was warm I like my food hot the fries were the only ones hot. Fast food restaurants need to improve their service.

Got a large order of both Carl's Jr. and Green Burrito items for my family. When I got home and tried the food items, everyone said the food tasted and smelled like bug spray! We called the restaurant to complain , and got the brush off from whoever was in charge. The entire crew was comprised of 19-year old kids who were horsing around behind the counter. They also forgot to include a large order of fries.... Which is irrelevant since the rest of the food was inedible. Absolutely the worst Carls Jr location I've ever been to.
