So Carls Jr recently stopped selling the beyond burger. Super sad about this. The beyond burger was clutch for all the plant based people out there. But they have a different option for veggie people. You can get a no meat burger with fried zucchini. The fried zucchini is basically the "meat" in the burger. It's not bad. If I'm craving the Carl's Jr flavor, I can get it with this option. Is it as good as a beyond burger? Nope, not even close. Does it work as an option? Yes. It wasn't bad at all. I'm glad there's something for vegetarians.

It deserves ZERO star, I ordered last night 1 SANTA FE CKN NO Lettuce and I got piece of bread with a raw chicken...! Pics attached! I Called the store, someone answer, I requested to speak to the store manager or whoever is in charge, he replied ' not available' I asked for the person name to whom I'm talking and he replied ' I can't give you my name' then he hang up on me! I drove to the restaurant, Nancy was cleaning, she wasn't very happy to help, she took the raw chicken, tossed it in the trash and issued me a refund! By the way the staff has their names on their shirt! So why can't they give it on the phone? The answer is because they aren't well trained, rude and don't want to help! The Store manager name is Carlos.What a disgusting food and rude staff!Pictures shows what I got vs what you advertised!

The lady at the drive-thru was patient and nice. I ordered a single famous star without onion, meat well done, and an order of waffle fries. After paying for my food I was asked to park my car in the front and they would bring the food out for me. I waited in my car for about 10 minutes or so.Once I made it home my cheeseburger didn't have lettuce or tomatoes and it was slathered in ketchup and mustard. My cheeseburger was practically swimming in ketchup and mustard, it was too much. I used a napkin to take the majority of it off. It was an okay cheeseburger 2/5The waffle fries were hard and tasted stale. It was upsetting because I was craving some fresh waffle fries, especially since they had me wait which I wouldn't mind if the food was fresh. My food experience was sad and disappointing.

This is are go to place for my son on the way to school. Service is always consistent and I love how it's always the same lady. By the way her name is Claudia.She's so kind and literally a hard worker.We always do drive thru, we already know is Claudia because she starts of with genuine welcome, gets order, repeats is but also suggests other menu items.If there's something new she brings it up before we order.The other morning Claudia was scrubbing and cleaning drive thru pavement. Was shock because you would think they would have a third party for this, but they don't.Barbara who was on drive thru, which by the way Barbara is pleasant as well.I asked if this is what they do and she said yes everyday.Barbara said "it's one of our daily duties."I did say for company like Carls Jr whether it's franchise or corporate, you'd think the heavy duty would be for a third party instead of the team.We're use to seeing Claudia and Barbara in the morning, though Claudia is the one we see.I'm always raving how Claudia is just upbeat and we enjoy seeing her in the mornings, to Barbara, when its her at the window.She thanked for the kind words.My son go to is the breakfast burger combo with orange juice or the chicken tenders meal with orange juice which he loves.Yes I know you're probably saying tender for breakfast but he's in middle school and growing.Though for tender it takes 6 minutes which we know we're to park and wait.The one thing he didn't like was the cinnamon roll. He was just not a fan. Anyhow I was impressed with Claudia's words when we had to roll our windows and say hi to her.We thanked her for doing the heavy detail cleaning, her response was simple, genuine and no complaints.She said "it's part of my job."She had a smile on her face and that's says a lot.As someone that's into management, it really great to have an individual like Claudia on your team. She's a great asset and know she shines every time.Thank you Claudia for everything you do.Barbara you and Claudia are such good team players!Keep it up!

It was lunch time. I walked into Carl's Jr. on Knott & Lincoln In Buena Park, CA. The employee who took my order cussed at me when I asked her why there was no lettuce or tomato on my $12.00 double cheese burger, when the picture on the menu showed my burger was supposed to have lettuce & tomato. The burger was super small like a kid's burger at McDonalds. "She said it doesn't come with lettuce & tomato". I asked if she could put lettuce & tomato on it. She said "That will cost you 90 cents more". I said, "no thank you. $12 is a lot, especially for a tiny burger like this. I want my money back. I want to return the food". She aid "Lady I ain't taking your shit, now get the fuck outta here". I said "you're not gonna give me my money back?" She said "No. And I told you I don't wanna take shit from YOU". I left the restaurant, because I wasn't gonna argue with her because I know I'd get nowhere but in trouble. As I left, she called after me... "have a nice day!" She was being a smart-ass bitch. That woman needs to be fired for talking to a customer like that. I'll never spend my my money at Carl's Jr again. I was just asking her normal questions about the food. I wasn't rude. And she could see $12 was clearly too much for that tiny burger with no lettuce or tomato. A burger is SUPPOSED to come with lettuce & tomato, and it's a cheese burger if ya wanna put cheese on it!

Went on 7-5 around 1:15 pm or 1:45 pm don't know exactly what time it was I order a kids meal chicken stars and added coupons forgot to order another and I ask cashier Erika if she could've add more items she said yes I can , after my order the manager started to yell at her it's so rude of the manager treated like this to one of the employees Erika was controlling her behavior towards the manager it seems that she even wanted to cry I don't understand why the manager has to behave with all of her employees like that if I was her I would've told my supervisor or go straight to HR I work with customers services to and I like for my customers go happy with what they want and if would be like this manager I've would've been terminated.... Thank you Erika for having so much patience with that dawn manager

I wish I didn't have to give a star in order to write my review. A star is already overrating this place. Ordered my food through the drive thru, they asked me to park and wait a few minutes and they would bring it out for me. Waited over 10 minutes and no one came out with my food so I decided to walk in to claim it. Went in, place was practically empty, drive thru were not busy either, employees talking and when I asked for my food basically no one had an idea except Matthew who had taken my order and pointed at it in the screen as he directs to me telling me it will be a few minutes. When I responded saying it has already been over 10 minutes, he intended to argue with me so I showed him my watch and the time stamped on my receipt (13 minutes to be exact). With an attitude he responded "I can cancel it and give you your money back". I requested to speak with the manager on duty but he refused ro call the manager and also refused to provide if the restaurant was corporate or franchisee owned until I told him I could find out on my own.
