The food is good and for being seemingly understaffed most of the time, they have good service still. My favorite items are always one of the big sandwiches and the poppers.My main reason for lowering the rating ANY stars is because they have really bad milkshakes lately. I used to like getting a milkshake here every now and then, but the past two or three I've gotten have been watery. Not like the ice cream is melted, but more like they put in too much milk. But it shouldn't be 100% liquid right when it is freshly handed to me.

No matter what time or what day it is, my food is always HOT, fries are crispy, and soda is well carbonated. Quality service. Staff is friendly and I hope they know I appreciate their work in providing me a great meal.

I tried to buy $75 worth of gift cards and they told me they only accept cash for gift cards!?!? Who carries paper anymore? Their loss- I found a better deal online afterwards.

I just finished my meal and got up to get a drink (I was filling it up with water to go, though that's not really relevant)Pedro, the general manager, who was taking orders, shouted out where everyone in the restaurant could here "you have to pay for refills".I felt embarrassed, as though I was being accused of stealing. I inquired as to why I needed to pay for refills as I'd gotten up to get several already. When I looked around, all of the restaurant patrons, who were now looking at me, quickly darted away their gazes.I told him I'd ordered a burger, and had just finished it, pointing out the worker who'd rang me up. His response was "Oh, I didn't know" but at this point, I already felt humiliated, so I threw the cup away and left,.I returned, shortly, to get his name, and rather than apologize for making me feel weird and ashamed, he just said "I was just doing my job".Needless to say, I won't be back, so I'll never need to refill my drink again.

Went to this Carl's Jr 6/17 at 8:10 PM and notice the man at The drive-through window that took my payment was taking long with my debit card. I'm looking at him and notice he has his phone in his hand. I heard a Camera click and looked at him and right away, saw him put his phone in his pocket and he handed me my receipt with my debit card. I checked my bank account to see if there was any transactions, but didn't see any unauthorized transactions. At 5 AM this morning there was a AAA renewal transaction of $221 on my debit card I right away called my banking and canceled my card. I'm 95% sure this man took a picture of my debit. I'm calling Carl's Jr. the second it opens and asking who runs this place and would like corporate to run back the camera footage. I'm posting this review to see if it has happened to anyone else at this particular place

This burger is supposed to have two patties, yet I was given one regular patty and two small ones. This is ridiculous because there is always something with this location. I have heard my dad complain about missing items but this is a first. Were these old patties? Do NOT get lazy. Next time park the car and go out to deliver the meal if you don't have the proper meat cooked and ready!
