We came here for National Cheeseburger Day!!! Drive through is fast, convenient and safe! Western Bacon Cheeseburger and Famous Star Cheeseburger offer $7 for two mix/match. We also ordered a side of onion rings and fried zucchini. Total $15 and some change.Easy to order via drive through. Employees wore mask and gloves. One tray is handed to you for payment and another tray with your food. Seriously, quick and safe.we have been coming here for over 10 years and have never had an error in our order. The burgers were made to order (we didn't want mayonnaise on the Famous Star. Both the onion rings and fried zucchini was fried perfectly and were still warm and crispy when we got home. It's fast food. But you get food service, it's safe and the food is good when you want fast food.

Wow! When everyone else are running specials this places pricing and quality is ridiculous!! I wanted to treat my hubby to a teriyaki single burger combo & I got a southwest Chicken Sandwich combo and it cost us $37!! We didn't even upgrade anything except one drink to a medium. When we got home the fries were half empty and my chicken barely fit the bun and was pounded to death so it was dry and hard and the chili pepper barely non-existent. To say were were disappointed and ripped off is an understatement. Stay away and go somewhere else... even Chick-fil-A grilled sandwich combo is cheaper & better made and that's saying a lot.

Prices have doubled in the last 2 years, quality has diminished significantly. The owners are cutting corners baaaaad. Sign on the menu "out of zucchini", ordered a milkshake and it wasn't even full, was handed it and it was runny. Hand scooped? Yea I don't think so. I wonder what restaurant will take over this location when they shudder from falling sales. Wake up Hardy's, you need to sanity check your prices and reevaluate your core demographic. Cashier named David at this location was extremely high at first when I ordered through the speaker I assumed the speaker was broken or his head set wasn't working since he sounded so low. I approached the window and his eyes were shut and asked "so what did you order ?" (Mumbling) I said my order and he responded back um let me double check with his eyes closed and he could barely walk correctly. I was expecting him to crash out on the floor. He gave me my order with his eyes shut and slurred speech. This is unacceptable I'm a HR manager and this shouldn't be tolerated at all.

Buyer beware. This Carls is not like the others. Ordered guacamole off the app and got a quarter sized thimble full. A superstar meal off main street is $8. This location doesn't have superstars, but the "equivalent" double famous star meal was quoted to me at $20. I don't know what is going on here but it seems very suspect. Would definitely stay away unless you are looking to get ripped off.

I am surprised the astrology crowd is not more into this burger mill. I mean, this star burgers place is totally on trend right now. Your horoscope for today--all zodiac signs--is that you will purchase the very stars from where they rest in the firmament. Does not that sound yum-yum for the wee intestine? It does indeed. Because I regularly read my horoscope, I drove to Starburgers. I ordered chicken nuggets that were shaped like stars. They did not taste as heavenly as I imagined. These stars tasted like chickens that had been fed with nothing but dirt and rock salt until they were slaughtered. Oh well, the Starburgers still taste all right here.

When you're a manager your supposed to do your job!Jessica the manager was not helpful at all! They forgot my fries and I called someone picked up and spoke to me and then hung up. I tried calling twice and they just decided it was easier to ignore the problem. That's so simple to fix! I had to drive back for my toddler because he wanted fries. Horrible service!

Worst carls ive gone to, the last three times Ives gone my food has been cold. This place charges 14 dollars for a cold meal when I could go to in n out across the street and spend 12 for a 10x better meal. Don't waste your money on this disgusting place. I swear my fries were made hours ago and served to me still this meal is completely cold
