yall demanded a raise but can't follow or let alone read simple directions . the whole point of drive thru is to get that order right and out 100%how do you confuse jalapeño poppers for chicken nuggets . they don't sound the same . please double check with the customer some of us are in a hurry and don't have time to check if we did we dine in .

Hello, I stopped by the Carls Jr drive thru today 11/30 approximately 6:40. The employees confirmed that my whole order should be in the bag and they made pull up out of the drive thru to wait for my order so it can be incomplete. I had to drive back to the location as their phone was not working. When I got to the location I had made a comment to myself & I apologize if any employees heard as they did everything on their behalf to make the situation right. They did apologize for the mistake and made it right and I appreciate them for that. Everyone will make mistakes and when you come here come with respect as no one in this world is perfect & it can be your own mother or grandma assisting you. 1:30 AM, Friday 4/14The lady taking orders over the speaker had the nastiest attitude I've encountered at a fast food spot. I pulled up to the window, and all that was said was do I want to try some kind of burger? I said no and that customer service voice disappeared. As I ordered she had a very monotone voice, bitchy attitude, and rushed me. I went on to order half of the menu and after she told me my total I drove thru the line and left to a different Carl's Jr. I've never been to that Carls before and after tonight, I definitely won't come again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE FOOD DO NOT EAT HERE. I am working on getting in contact with corporate and AREA MANAGERS for this poor excuse of an establishment. literally deny me a remake or a refund. YEAH RIGHT. They should all be fired because Obviously THIS IS CONSISTENT BEHAVIOR. Now I understand that people can be assholes so when I get my order wrong I nicely ask for them to remake it or refund, no big deal. But they obviously have this happen multiple times so now they're upset when anyone wants a remake and they refuse because it'll get them in trouble!!! So now I'm making it my life's mission to get my measly 30.00 back because I work hard for my money I don't eat out a lot but my boyfriend wanted too. So I decided to come here only to get my money stolen and my food in the trash!!!! Because it was so greasy not made right. My Husband went here today for food and purchased on a whim two cinnamon rolls. We got home and guess what no icing! He attempted to call the store to inform them and no one answered. He decided to go down especially since it was over priced. He brought them back to show the very uncaring workers. He clearly shows two dry @$$ Cinnamon rolls. They stated " It must have absorbed when microwaved." Then handed them back to him with a tough sh#t attitude. We do not appreciate spending are hard money on overpriced food with a side of attitude. Management please contact me in regards to your Employees lack of respect for the customers help pay the payroll.
