Absolutely terrible from the start to finish.1. It took almost 25 mins just to get us our waters and cocktails after we were seated. They were not even busy but made us wait too long2. The spinach and artichoke dip was for toddlers. The amount that was served was equivalent to 4 tablespoons. I had such an appalled look on my face that the server apologized when he realized how much dip he brought. He came back with the proper amount the second time. We were grateful for that. 3. My sister at first ordered the shaking beef pasta but immediately changed her mind to order the chicken tequila fettuccine. We never received the shaking beef pasta. Of course we wouldn't because we canceled the request immediately. However, the shaking beef showed up in our bill. Interesting. If we didn't catch it, we would have paid for an item we never received. 4. When the waitress brought us the bread and olive oil, she forgot to bring us butter. She brought us the butter after we had eaten the bread!5. We asked for waters no ice as soon as we were seated. 20 minutes later, the waitress brings us waters with ice. Sheesh!!!!Why the horrible service!!! They were not even busy!!! Never ever ever will we come backAlso, we will never go to another CPK ever againI see this place going bankrupt and shutting down within 2 years

Dined here for lunch on a Saturday, and it was a great experience. I hadn't been to a CPK in many moons, but I had a gift card, so I decided to stop by. This place is super nostalgic for me because I used to come here often with my relatives for dinner. Namely, I've always been a fan of their thick fudge sauce, but I digress. The menu appears to have gone through an overhaul, especially in the pizza department. There seems to be fewer pizzas than before, but I supposed it's easier on the kitchen to focus on a focused selection of pizzas rather than a whole bunch.Notably, the spicy Milano pizza is no longer available, which was sadical for me because it had all of my favorite things on one pizza (mushrooms, onions, salami, hot peppers, etc.). I still dream of that pizza. So I went with the next-closest option, which was the Sicilian, and my mom got the California club pizza. Surprisingly, I actually preferred her pizza to mine because it was more flavorful thanks to the smoky bacon. And the greens added balance by making the pizza seem healthy-ish.The Sicilian is great for fans of pepperoni/salami, which I am, but I had greater expectations of it. I'd probably order something else next time.As for dessert, we tried the butter cake flight. Thankfully, one of the cakes came with the fudge sauce that I love. The brownie crumble was super chocolatey, and it paired well with the ice cream and butter cake. My mom really enjoyed the apple and cherry topping. And the maple bacon is a classic combo.The restaurant was relatively busy during Saturday at lunchtime, but the lean staff was clearly hustling and aiming for efficiency. They could've had a few more hands on board, but they did well with the few staff members they had. For example, the host also swept the floor and checked on tables while the servers were busy. All in all, it was a nice experience, and I'll be sure to visit CPK more often.

Good overall! Surprised by all of the not so great reviews. My order came out pretty darn good though. I'll give a breakdown of each item below. MAC'N' CHEESE$18.40This was really good! The rue was perfect and it was super cheesy. Had good taste and I enjoyed the noodles. 10/10 would order this again, in a heartbeat. MUSHROOM PEPPERONISAUSAGE PIZZAHand-Tossed Crust, 2x Side of Ranch, Extra Mozzarella Cheese$26.45Really good. The dough was cooked well and the toppings were plentiful. My husband ate the rest of these. Even with ranch, these were way too spicy for me. I prefer BJ's spinach and artichoke dip. But this one is decent. I shouldn't have added the pineapple though. It made the pizza soggy. So, that sucked. It would have been good without that. Maybe for next time, just stick to margarita pizza and don't add anything to it? 7/10

I came to CPK at 8:30 p.m. for their Veterans Day special on Nov 11. When I arrived, the male host informed me and my group that they were no longer seating anyone. I then asked to speak with the manager, who told us they couldn't seat us because they had run out of food for the Veterans Day menu. This seemed odd, but he suggested we could order at the takeout area instead. He didn't seem very helpful and appeared quite agitated that we were even asking why we were being denied seating, especially since they weren't closing for another 30 minutes. I was excited to participate in the special event advertised by CPK for veterans, but I left feeling disappointed. It was the worst customer service I've experienced.Shortly after, I called another CPK, and they assured me they seat people as long as they arrive before closing. I should've gone to any other location instead of this one.

I haven't been to a California Pizza Kitchen in a long time and i wanted to see if the menu has changed at all since a few years ago i didn't care for the food. Im a real fan of the cauliflower bandwagon everybody's getting on because really the only thing unhealthy about eating pizza is the crust because it's loaded with carbs. I absolutely loved the taste and the flavor of my pizza and for me i honestly cannot tell the difference between bread crust or the cauliflower crust. My wife thought her chicken Asian dish was just ok cause it was very dry. The bread and olive oil were awesome. Service was great also.

Food isn't all that... Silverware is dirty. Their excuse is "sometimes it falls through the cracks".

We've come here approximately 3 times during weekday lunch hours and they've consistently been the same as far as low staff to customer ratio, extended wait times for drinks, food, and to pay. The staff are not to blame when they've got a few large parties and a few 4-tops. I see a lot of office workers come here so they must not be on the clock. I just come with hungry, homeschooled teenagers. We order a mix of kids' menu and regular pizzas. I have a lunchtime Margarita as an excuse for having to deal with this. Don't ever get the kids' tenders. There's obvious freezer burn because the tenders are rock hard and flavorless. I finally got my youngest to eat pizza (he hates red sauce) just because siblings and friends all can eat here. Parking is easy in the structure across the way. I'd suggest coming before 11:30 when the lunch rush comes.

ommmmggggg its the kung pao noodles for me! We got the Pepperoni pizza, the won tongs, the salmon dinner and a butter cake! Everything was really tasty and cooked sooooooo gooooooood!! The service was quick and our server was very attentive. The inside was nice and clean and they kept our drinks filled while we ate. My favorite was everything, so make sure you try it all because its totally worth it!! OMG i almost for the Guac and Chips, its a must get for your appetizer!! Trust me, you wont be disappointed!!

Came here on Veterans Day for Lunch w a group of 9 at noon.We were seated right when all of our parties arrive. It was quite a busy noon since it was a Holiday.What I ordered ~ Bbq Chicken w a Thai Crunch Salad. Lunch combo. My fav pizza here is this BBQ Chicken one. Definitely recommended & the thai crunch salad is good. Their peanut dressing is good. A bit sweet & tangy taste.~ Mac & Cheese from kids menu~ endless sunshine cocktail was on the sweet side. Can't taste the alcohol. It's a nice refreshing drink.There's a complimentary Birthday Sundae w a lit candle.Lots of seatings inside along with the patio.Nice American standard restaurant decor with plants around. Located on the 2nd level right next to Apple Bee's.There's plenty of parking right out front on the same level above the parking structure. I deducted 1 star since i believe was a bit short staffed. Our server took a while bringing our items. The complimentary bread & oil wasn't given to us. We had to ask and along with a few of our entrees. It was really busy during lunch time. Associate kept saying she'll be back with our items we've been waiting for and than forgot. We wanted to cancel a few items since we never got it. But by than, items was already made.
