Audrey C. "Amazing steak! We ordered the 23oz bone in Ribeye, garlic mashed potatoes, heirloom tomato and burrata salad, calamari and Brussel sprouts. Service was great! The tomato and burrata salad was fantastic as the tomatoes were incredibly sweet. The steak was perfectly cooked and they even offered us a complimentary birthday cake! The restaurant is pretty dark inside, however it provided a nice ambiance. I did also see a few people turn on their phone flashlights in order to see the menu and their checks. Bathrooms are located upstairs. Parking: Paid Valet"

Neil D. "We had a triple date here tonight. Jesus our waiter was phenomenal. He had that balance of being attentive but not too much. Checked in on us when we needed something. His recommendations on the empanadas and shrimp appetizer were spot on. We also had the dip. It was a little spicy but overall was pretty good (to be fair I can't take much heat/spice). We didn't eat much of the dip but that was bc we had drinks, the others apps including one person having soup which was meal size portion. The bread was really good as well.A couple people tried the rib eye, my wife got the pichana, I split the big platter with a friend and probably the best thing ordered was the asado one of our friends got. Honestly all the meats were good. The platter was really good. Didn't try the chicken bc we were so full from the other cuts of meat on there. We all had leftovers. But the asado was the best cut. The pichana and skirt steak was up there. One thing was we would've all tried the different sides. We all made the mistake of getting the same side dishes each. We wished we mixed it up so we could've tired them all. Too full for dessert. We were there about 3 hours. They didn't rush us out even though we paid after 2 hours. We just relaxed and talked and drank for another hour. Service, Ambience and Food were great. And a lot of parking and it's free."

Joe S. "It's been a hot minute since I've been to a Morton's, and I forgot how good it is. Sometimes a chain is popular for a good reason. This location near the Anaheim Convention Center was convenient and worth the trip. One salad option is a chopped wedge salad! What?!? That's an oxymoron people. But it takes all the work out of eating a delicious salad. Iceberg doesn't get its due but Hachi Machi, chopped up and tossed nicely with all the classic wedge ingredients and hot having a huge chunk land on your lap is worth ordering this salad.Steaks are steaks and nothing really stood out with Morton's vs the other chains. The Filet is never cut like the photo and looks like Picasso cut it. But that aside, it tasted great and was cooked correctly, but not the best part of the meal. The Sides are where it's at though. The lobster Mac n Cheese had some nice chunks of delicious lobster meat in it and was a nice complement to the meal. The mashed potatoes were also creamy and delicious (I wanted the loaded ones but some people at the table are heathens, apparently). But the Szechuan Green Beans stole the show. I will never call anyone string bean as a derogatory nickname anymore, only use it in high praise of someone based on how good this dish was. It was Legumazing and now a must order at any Mortons!I usually don't like when food touches each other on the plate, but that Szechuan sauce on the lobster Mac.... Oh man... Spicy and Cheesy together is new the PB and J! Like buffalo Mac n cheese elevated!Service was excellent with going through a few bottles of wine, glasses of water, anything else we needed. I though the waiter would have held me and burped me if I had asked him to.We were all too full for dessert so we skipped that, but what an excellent, indulgent meal at the expense of our companies! Gotta love it! But I'd gladly pay for this meal too, which says a lot!"

Inside is bright, spacious, and modern. Lots of TVs on the walls to watch a game. They also have a large patio area with nice views of the hills and golf course. It's a good place for groups. They easily accommodated our group of 14. The food is good. For appetizers we got the firecracker shrimp, calamari, and spicy ahi tuna tacos. Those were all a hit, even with the kids. For mains our group got a bit of everything and everybody liked it. I can definitely recommend the New York steak and the lamb rack. The little sauces they come with were great. The steak side dishes are just ok though. The rice pilaf was a bit dry. Minor complaint but yo where was my maraschino cherry in my old fashioned? lolService was good. Friendly staff. Doug B. "A friend and I came to BLK Earth Sea Spirits for dinner on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant is located upstairs on the south east corner of PCH and Main street right across the street from the beach. Note that Huntington Beach has a street fair every Tuesday night and Main Street is blocked off from PCH for several blocks north which may throw off your arrival time if you are not aware. We were seated immediately out on the patio which was fairly busy but inside was pretty empty. The restaurant definitely has a classy feel and would be great for a date. The patio wall is low with glass above so you get a great view of the beach and up and down PCH. The décor is nice and modern. The dinner rolls were real good and had some herb flavor. We both ordered the filet mignon and my friend added on a lobster tail. The cuts of meat were very thick but were cooked through as ordered and tasted great. I ordered some bearnaise sauce which was ok. We were both doing the carnivore thing and didn't order any sides. Prices were a little on the high side but on par with most of the fancy restaurants down here. Service was good and the host was very friendly also. The one thing that was weird was the plates our steaks were served on. They are just big rectangular completely flat plates. With nothing on my plate besides the big thick chunk of meat, it made the steak look kind of small and potentially could have been a big mess if a lot of juice came out of the steak."

Sat at the bar and was taken care of by the bartenders who also took my order for food. I enjoyed their spicy watermelon margarita and chicken piccata. The ladies that sat on each side of me were so cute and couldn't help but notice my food. They were asking what I had ordered and the lady to my left ended up ordering the same thing! Chicken piccata bursted with flavor, lemony, salty, moist, just perfection. It had 2 chicken fillets and I was only able to finish one so I took the rest to go.I loved the dim lighting and everyone seemed to be having a great time with each other. Hailey gave us recommendations when we couldn't decide between our sides and made sure she kept us updated on our drink orders when the bar got a little backed up. We were going to skip dessert and then we saw an Apple crumble that another table had ordered and Hailey highly recommended it...I'm so glad she did.We had such an amazing time that we left our table and went to the bar. I made a reservation for when they open at 5 PM to ensure a table with a breathtaking view overlooking the Queen Mary. The early timing was perfect as we got to enjoy the stunning scenery as the sun went down, which added to the celebratory atmosphere. The food we ordered was great. I had the bone-in rib-eye cooked medium rare, and it came out perfectly cooked and flavorful. My girlfriend ordered the lamb chops, which were equally delicious. The food at 608 Dahlia is delicious, and they rotate their menu seasonally, so the food uses high quality ingredients, some of them picked from the chef's garden. We first ate here after exploring Sherman Library and Gardens, as it's located just inside. Service is so friendly here, and they take time to explain the dishes to you. When it came time to plan our wedding, we had a tasting, and everything was amazing. It was so easy to work with Emily - she's always on top of it, responds quickly to our questions and requests, and is so personable and friendly to talk to. We really love the wildberry spritz (lavender drink) that we had before, and they were willing to add it to our cocktail menu for the wedding. They work with a rental company for renting all the furniture, silverware, etc. and Emily managed all of the logistics with rentals and taking into consideration our preferences for colors and styles. We had a small family medical emergency at the wedding, and Emily was the only person who checked in with us after the wedding, which was super sweet. We also met Chef Jessica Roy a couple times, and we have nothing but good things to say. On our wedding day, the food tasted even better than the tasting, and everyone was raving about the food. I was curious about the chef, since from my experience, it can be tough to maintain a high quality standard for food that is served to tons of people at the same time. This can't be an ordinary chef. It turns out Chef Jessica Roy has an impressive background - prior chef at 3-star Michelin-rated Alinea and she's been on Food Network competitions. You can definitely see the thought and care that she puts in her food and plating. So grateful that we had such a humble and talented chef for our wedding. Thank you, Emily and Chef Roy for a lovely and unforgettable wedding and a fantastic meal!"

Brian L. "For a location that seems cursed, Pepper Lunch feels like it can reverse the trend and become a mainstay for the Irvine Spectrum. While viewed as more of a sit-down fast casual place because of the nature of the dish as a sizzling plate, especially given the level of service and time at other locations, this place offers that level of quick service you would think of when it comes to Japanese standards for customer service, ensuring that customers get their food quickly and fresh and allowing for a healthy rate of customer turnover to facilitate business. They were definitely equipped to handle the level of business for opening weekend, but they seem like they have a clear handle of operations to keep a certain consistency. The beef pepper rice plate is an easy classic, and it's all the familiar flavors of the franchise. Be sure to add some sauce while it's cooking for that extra flavor, and you have a reliable meal at fairly affordable prices given the cost of everything going up these days. They seem to have a number of premium options and upgrades and toppings I'm looking to try in the coming days when the crowds die down a bit, but in the meantime I will celebrate their success. It's conveniently located next to the movie theater as well as the best gelato shop in the area, so they're in good company and a perfect place to get a substantial meal in the middle of a shopping trip or before a movie.TIP: Be sure to add their sauce to your dish while it comes out hot and piping."

We were seated in a back room that had a lot of personal wine collections and it was a nice vibe. Our server was attentive and funny, and the food was delicious. Where I take away one star is the bar. It wasn't that the bar was bad, but I just expected more for the price point. I ordered a fig old fashioned that was missing the rosemary garnishment. Not a big deal, but as a cocktail hobbyist, it immediately stood out. The presentation was off and I suspect it was missing some of the intended aroma, however the flavor was excellent. Very smooth. I let our server choose my bourbon and he chose well. After the fig old fashioned, I ordered the blood orange spritz and it just wasn't good. The flavor was bland. Chris D. "Truly the most epic dining experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Was trying to find a place worthy enough for our 25th anniversary and took a chance on here. I could not have picked a better place. The best food (and most expensive) I have ever had. The atmosphere, views, service, food, and drink were truly on another level compared to any restaurant I've dined at.The restaurant is in the Waldorf Astoria. Valet is validated and will cost you $10 + tip which is not bad given the location. You walk in the door and you have a truly breathtaking view. Go past the hotel check-in and the restaurant is to the left. I was expected to be seated at some crappy 2 seater table but instead we were given the best table in the house with a panoramic view of the resort and pacific ocean. Along with our menus we were given two glasses of champagne for our anniversary. After placing our orders we were brought out a complimentary red pepper gazpacho served in a tiny coffee or tea cup. This tiny soup packed so much flavor I knew instantly we were going to have a great experience. Next we were brought out a complimentary trio of duck fat fries. Three difference seasonings with three dips. One was furikake, another was truffle, and the 3rd I wasn't sure. All three were super crispy and a flavor explosion. Manners will be thrown out because you'll be double dipping for all you're worth. For the last complimentary item they brought out their brioche roll injected with truffle butter. It had the texture of a yeast donut. It was effing mind blowing. No truffle oil here, you got black specks of truffle oozing out of this masterpiece. Again, you'll abandon your manners as you suck the butter off your fingers.Next we had their "Instant Bacon" which was braised pork belly, brussels sprouts hash, tempura oyster, and bourbon-soy glaze. It was covered when it arrived and when they lifted the lid a wonderful wood smoke aroma wafted around us. Every bite was moan inducing and we both loved it.My wife ordered the filet mignon topped with blue cheese. It was a la carte so we ordered some sautéed mushrooms and their fingerling potatoes to share. The steak was cooked to perfection and she really enjoyed it. She said next time she would get the truffle butter as a topper instead. I was going to order the same thing until they read off the specials of the night. I got the smoked wagyu ribeye cap which came with smoked shitake mushrooms and purple mashed potatoes. Then he said the price...... I hesitated but then said inside my head "YOLO.... eff it". They brought out a glass dome filled with smoke. They removed the dome and my meal was unveiled in a taste bud watering smoky aroma. Every single bite was literally the best tasting steak I have ever had. And the smoke wasn't for gimmick, it was totally infused into the food. Every few seconds I kept saying "oh my god, this is soo good... how is this so good?" To keep with the YOLO theme we also added Hokkaido scallops to our entrees which were astronomically priced but also out of this world delicious. The only negative of the night was the fingerling potatoes covered in cheddar cheese and bacon. They did not live up to the standards of the other dishes. Tiny minuscule amount of bacon bit style bacon and some runny flavorless cheese. Neither of us cared for it. The mushrooms though were perfect. Both huge portions and honestly one side was enough for two people. We brought half of it home. They have a lot of entrees served tableside too such as a whole chicken and whole lobster pot pie. They also had some tableside cocktails. Several seafood options too.For drinks I had their "new world" Manhattan rye whiskey, cognac, carpano antica, cynar amaro, and chocolate bitters. Like a broken record I kept declaring "this is so good". By the end of the meal I had to try their old school New York sour using Metallica's Blackened Whiskey. The cocktails are expensive but I was so sh*t faced after my two drinks we sat around the hotel after and looked at the view for an hour. Donna had the "Bees Knees" and some odd yet delicious drink made with carrot juice.By now we felt like we were going to die but I saw pictures on yelp of their Basque cheesecake. This golden brown baked cheesecake with a brulee crust was in a league of its own. They also brought us out a free chocolate mouse like dessert that was the richest thing ever.Speaking of rich... man, that was some bill BUT it was worth every penny to give us the absolute perfect 25th anniversary. We will definitely be back. The portions are large and they have plenty of sharable items so you can eat here without going as crazy as we did."

But let me tell you--we were pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked in.The restaurant's aesthetic was beautiful, comfortable, and inviting, with perfect lighting that created an intimate but relaxed atmosphere. Eddie, the doorman, greeted us warmly, making us feel like VIPs. His old-school charm set the tone for the evening, and I knew we were in for a memorable experience. Our waiter, Ramon, was equally impressive. His knowledge of the menu and prompt, professional service made everything easy. We started with a Coke and a Sprite, and before we could even mention how hungry we were, the most amazing warm, garlic-buttery bread arrived at our table. It was soft, delicious, and plentiful--an ideal start. Then came the watermelon margaritas, which were perfectly balanced, not too sweet or overpowering. They were refreshing and absolutely delightful. Next up: stuffed mushrooms, which were massive and filled with a seafood dressing that was nothing short of addictive. At this point, I wondered how I could possibly eat more, but the meal was just beginning. We shared a crispy salad, followed by a small plate of pasta with homemade marinara sauce that was simply succulent. As each course came, Chris, the busboy, quickly cleared the table and neatly packed up our leftovers, ensuring we were never cluttered. We both ordered the sea bass for the main course and wow, it was perfection! The outside was crispy, while the inside was so tender it melted in our mouths. Paired with garlic-buttery mashed potatoes and asparagus, the dish had my taste buds dancing. To cap off the evening, we couldn't resist dessert. I chose the red velvet cake, while my BFF chose the chocolate cake. I enjoyed my cake later that night, and it was the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable dining experience. From the attentive service to the outstanding food, Stevens Steakhouse and Seafood exceeded all expectations. They have plenty of free private parking. Plus you can explore tons of other places after you eat here We went up and asked the girl behind the counter for some recommendations. We went with the ribeye cut and then you get one butter / sauce and two sides. (42 dollars) We also ordered a butcher burger, fries and two drinks. The total came to around 60 dollars. Which to be honest the steak was just as good as any steakhouse. And worth the price alone. When our food was ready we got a text and went back up to the counter to get it. One of the workers helped carry the food out to our table. I like how I can pick the meat and see it in the case, the service was great, i like that I can see the people cooking it as well, I think the price for steak is extremely reasonable especially when it comes with two sides, it literally took about 10 minutes for our food which was great and it's a great location for food lovers. I'll definitely be back again"

Sonia S. "Food was well-priced and flavorful! However, portions of the pilaf and green beans were a little small. I came to Laguna Beach and found this restaurant on Yelp, which was a short walk away from downtown. You walk around 5 minutes from the city center to arrive at this unassuming and cute restaurant situated overlooking the ocean. The ambience is very cute and perfect for date night or a cozy night with friends. The restaurant only has outdoor seating, but the patio was hearted so I wasn't cold during the meal. The food comes out quickly and has good flavor! Reasonable prices too. The only thing is that there could have been more pilaf and green beans for the size of the steak. Otherwise, I enjoyed listening to the ocean with my meal, which was unique!"

Dave L. "Great brunch place. Floor to ceiling windows bring in the ocean view. If its a bit chilly, this is a great indoor option but they have limited outdoor seats as well. Food is always good here (based on about 5 visits) service as well. You will pay a bit more for the view but it seems about right to me."
