"If you're looking for somewhere cozy for brunch with good mimosas and an amazing benedict, Cafe Mimosa is the place for you! You can't go wrong with any of the mimosa options but my favorite was the peach because it was pretty refreshing. If you're looking for a sweet and fruity option, I highly suggest the mango. I would go with the elderberry for a lighter option. As for food, I had the pork belly Benedict and it was by far one of the best benedicts I've ever had. I'm always weary of ordering pork belly because I never know if it'll be crisp enough BUT the pork belly here was everything I was hoping for it to be. Also, the hollandaise was unique compared to others and I'm so glad that I gave this a try."
"We were there for my friends 40th birthday. We had the whole restaurant booked for our private party except outside. Cute littel place in Huntington Beach. Parking wasn't too bad located inside the Old World Village. We started with french onion soup which was superb. All the ones from other restaurants were on the salty side but this one from here was super flavorful and not salty at all. They paired all the appetizers with rose to start. The group had three options to pick from but my husband and I both decided to get soup. For our main course we opted in for Chicken Dijon and Beef Bourguignon and our main course was paired with cabernet sauvignon. Last but least for our dessert we got creme brulee and nutella banana and they were both delicious. Creme brulee was another level of creaminess and full of flavor. Glad we were able to try authentic French food and we all walked out happy. They definitely have lot of wine options vs beer options but Spaten beer we got were pretty good (almost tasted like better tasting New Castle beer). Definitely will go back for their breakfast. Cute place and two owners were super friendly and loved the european accent."
Served with fresh fruit and whipped cream. Add Nutella or peanut butter and jelly for an additional charge.

"Dinner starts at 7pm but you can come at 6pm to go to the wine cellar area and drink before the meal. $150/per person for dinnerPrivate parking lotDress code: Men wear dress slacks and a collared shirt that buttons down the front. Most men will wear a jacket and/or a tie. Ladies, dress up, like a fancy Holiday Cocktail party. Not allowed for anyone: Denim jeans, polo shirts, shorts, tennis shoes or flip flops. We came around 6:40pm. We don't drink but wanted to see the cellar. There was no small h'odorves like before. I saw people pictures of small h'odorves being served when you go before 7pm. I guess new management changed and wanted to cut cost. The wine cellar has a lot of different wines. ***FYI: when they serve champagne, it's free ***The seating area is depending on how much is in your group. I liked ours since it was the brightest. We had 4 people in our table and our room is the brightest. The 2 people seats is in another room and is the darkest. There is also seating upstairs and in the wine cellar for bigger groups. We asked why it's called The Hobbit but is loosely translated to The Hobbit from Lord of the Rings. She said it's because hobbits eat 6 times a day and that's why there are 6 servings for dinner. And the closest Easter egg of The Hobbit is the tea box that has the design of Lord of the Rings. There is intermission before the main course. You can get up and see the building and rooms. You can talk to the chef/cook, you can take pictures, walk around, etc. You can go upstairs and see the small upstairs patio. They'll let you know when the main course is about to start.I liked everything they served. Between the main course--beef or halibut.... My boyfriend and I got 1 of each to try it out. I liked both, but the halibut is very unique. It's super buttery. I suggest to try the halibut. The beef is super tender too. So you can't go wrong with either or. The dessert, for me, is way to sweet. The hazelnut praline was too sweet for me. I couldn't even finish it. I got it to go. Service was superb, they would describe all the dishes when it's served to you. They kept refilling our water drinks."
"It was my birthday and I wanted French onion soup, and Mimi's was the only place in OC I could think of that had it. So yes the soup still hits! Service was great and the rest of brunch was simple good ole brunch. My husband didn't like the pancake camper too much but I thought it was decent and fun to try. Parking available in front and right next tot he Marriott right across Disneyland!"
"Hidden away on a quiet street, The Dock captures your attention right away as it is the only restaurant that is bright enough to be noticed. Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted by the host and a wall full of wine. The host takes you to the back where the salty air and smell of wine permeates the room. For those of you who like to be surrounded by the wading boats and laughter in the room, this is the place where you can forget your arguments and be truly present. Come and order a drink for the occasion. I got Endless Summer and truly, it was the last drink before the season changes again. As an appetizer, I got the octopus, a small dish where you'll still have room for more food. As the main entrees, I got the fish of the day and of course, the lamb. If you ever had lamb anywhere else, well, those restaurants cannot compare to this one at The Dock. The lamb was cooked nicely and without the gamey taste, which is my preference. I would go back here again for the location, good, and ambiance."

Cafe Mimosa is a cozy spot down at the end of Del Mar Ave in San Clemente. They offer a small indoor section as well as a covered patio. They have a delicious brunch and great lunch items as well. The staff are all very friendly! I went the other day during the week around 1pm and there was only 1 other customer there. However, I know on weekends it gets really busy. There's also tons of parking on the street, as well as across the street at the library. There's no reason to not go and give em a try!

This place is great! The owners are friendly and serve you themselves with kindness. The food is tasty and serving sizes are on par with the prices. Not the most outstanding meal ever but definitely at least a 8/10. We had the waffle plate breakfast, strawberry banana crepe, and some speciality coffee drinks -- all great! They have some novel dishes that you likely haven't tried before, especially for breakfast/brunch. There is indoor and outdoor seating, both comfortable and quaint. The noise level inside is pretty low.

We have come to the Hobbit for special events a number of times over the years. This time was the first under the new owners so we were curious how things would be. I'm happy to report that the best aspects remain and some freshening up has happened. They have converted the old upstairs bar area into private dining rooms and moved the pre-dinner cocktails to the wine cellar. Appetizers and Hobbit champagne are plated and served at your table now. I was worried about missing the old appetizers but fortunately they still serve the French sandwich during cocktail hour. The six course meal is very similar to before. They just change the menu less often. The dining room has been subtly updated with a little more contemporary look.Quality is still excellent and some of the kitchen staff are from before.Happy to report that the Hobbit is poised to continue another long run.

We had a great experience at Mimi's right across from where we were staying for our Disneyland trip, the Courtyard Marriott in Anaheim! Delicious food and great service. Very family friendly. We even got muffins to eat for breakfast tomorrow before heading to the park. Highly recommend! Would definitely come back. PS the Apple crisp crumble was our fave dessert!

We've been going here since 2017. They been there longer. But we love it. It's Newport's not so best kept secret. The staff is experienced-5 star fine dining level. The wine is great. I love going and asking for a wine pairing with the meal. It's on the water. There is a dock and it's a small and intimate. There are two dinner seating 5/5:30 and 7:30/8. I like the earlier to see the sunset. The summer I like the later seating.

This was my first time visiting Pandor and upon entering I liked the clean, cozy ambiance. I used a coupon for a free 12 oz drip coffee with a purchase of any pastry. The guy who rang me up on Friday 745am was super friendly and accommodating for my order! I enjoyed this light breakfast right before my work day.

What a neat little place. It's like a local restaurant feel. The owner and staff are all tremendously friendly. The food is lovely. So homey and good tasting. As for gluten free, we didn't even notice the gluten missing. Thank you my friends Melissa and Brian for taking me there for my birthday!!!

To stumble upon places with a vibe, food is yummy and drinks are the best is very rare. But this gem, inside the Hilton, is all I need during my six week stay. I don't want to distract you from the main course menu but let me tell you something!? The salmon appetizer baked in a light dough is all I needed. I was full and ate every single bite. I forgot the name but ask the waitress or waiter. They will know. Top it off with the espresso martini's. As always: thank me later.

"The site: One of three restaurants this building. Cha Cha's on one end, and a barbecue restaurant on the other. Building next door is B J 's Brew house. The parking lot is crowded as heck during peak times. Overall a nice but busy area. The vibe: Warm and busy. I've only had lunch here once but lots of times for their pastries when they open. It can quickly fill up - at peak times the seating can be impossible. The pastries are beautifully displayed. The big printed wall menu is a nice touch.Service: You pay first and they either bring it out to you or you pick up. You may have to wait in line awhile, but the employees have always been helpful explaining the items. The food: French cafe sty;e food with a wide variety of beautifully made pastries, coffee, sandwiches, soup, salads (including salmon), and cake. The lunch item I ordered was the chicken pesto sandwich which I liked. But what I like most are their pastries. My favorites include the cinnamon twist which is dough twisted with a butter-cinnamon-sugar filling and dusted with powdered sugar. Hint: If you take it home, put it in warm over for 5-10 minutes and let is cool slightly. It'll be warm and crispy, tender and sweet with a great aroma. Also like the the tarts - cookie crust with different fillings - raspberry, multi fruit, pear, pecan. They're small but rich in taste. There is a wide variety of buttery croissants, like chocolate and apple which are yummy. However my favorite item is their almond croissant. It's generously filled with almond paste in a butter croissant and almond slices on top. If you get there at opening, you might get lucky and it will still be warm. It's the only thing I've ever eaten in my car before going home to bring the rest of my haul home. If the place was bigger, I'd probably come here more often for lunch or even dinner. Also the pastries I've bought are $6 so it ain't cheap/"
"Incredible dedicated gluten free breakfast/lunch place. Blown away by the made to order cinnamon rolls hot out of the oven on a cast iron skillet, and their out of this world sourdough bread. I've been a gf baker for 20 years and my daughter works in a gf bakery. I am very impressed with the taste and texture of their bread, and my son, the gluten eater agrees! The staff is lovely, and it's a beautiful location inside and out. Lots of little touches of love throughout. Everything is fresh and from scratch, and it shows. The tartines and the American breakfast are fab! Also, the thickly sliced smoked bacon, hello, maybe the best we've ever had.I had the pleasure of eating there twice before heading back to the Bay and I miss it already. Fortunately for me, I was able to make room for their giant sourdough loaf in my carry on!"
"The atmosphere is very nice and contemporary. The service provided by Justin and Erica is World class customer service. My server recommended the Chashu Hash Skillet - crispy potatoes, maple soy glazed Long Beach mushrooms, pickled Fresno chiles, and two sunny side eggs. The food tasted amazing you definitely will not be disappointed! The coffee was pretty good too, they have espresso and variety of flavor syrups."
"I'm shocked with the negative reviews. I got the bacon Bri sandwich and my sister got the chicken pesto. Both were delicious and hot. It comes with potato chips. The pomegranate sparkling refresher was delicious. I also got the raspberry gelato and it was delicious as well!!! Service was fast and she was so kind! They just opened so I am hoping that they add more decor to this location. I will most definitely come back. One of my fave spots for sure"
"Had lunch at C' est La Vie today. Beautiful ocean view from our table on the outside patio. A great view of the Laguna Beach Light House and coastline. Great food. Excellent service. Delicious pastries to go."
"The rooftop is a great place to hangout and people-watch if you're sitting at the ledge. Service was great, food was tasty and we enjoyed being outside. The noise level wasn't bad. I guess it may have been if we had a larger party, but the hubby and I were huddled close together so it was perfect!"
