"Pretty good size for how much we're paying (~$20 per plate depending on what you get. The boxes were heavy. At the time we went, they took cash only but not sure if they got the card reader fixed. Biggest takeaway is the garlic butter fried rice is BOMB. We were one of the first people there and watched them cook everything on the grill. You can smell the garlic butter and soy sauce immediately. Would probably try the garlic noodles next time around!"

"AMAZING!!!!!! Loved this food truck! I'm always looking for a torta ahogada .. there isn't a place yet where I'd go back for another. Still haven't found the perfect one. Even though there's is really really good, it is still not what I want. However the trompo tacos! O M G!!! Delicious! I'll definitely go back for those. The torta ahogada comes wet obviously, with your choice of mild sauce and spicy. I chose mild but it was still super spicy. Unless she heard wrong and gave me spicy. Cause my líps where burning! But still pretty delicious. Comes with onions and a couple of costillas on the side. Those are super yummy. The meat fell right off the bone, very tender. The trompo tacos where my favorite! It's a hard taco with requesón topped off with pastor meat, salsa, guacamole, crema, and avocado slices, garnished with some Rábanos n jalapeño asado. Omg the best hard shell tacos ever for me. I had 3 and wished I had room for more! They are located on a Baker cross street 17th st next to the car wash. Customer service is great! The lady that took my order was so sweet. Also if you post your food on your IG story and mention them you can show them and get 2 free tacos! Yay! Can't wait to be back for more trompo tacos.. drool face"
"¡Este camión de comida es muy bueno! I highly recommend coming here for some very tasty and high quality Mexican food! It's hidden behind the old movie theater (if you're a local) or for newbies the new church off Sycamore and Warner Ave. You can get a full belly for under $20 for two people, including drinks! We ordered an Asada supreme burrito, hold the cebollas, please! As well as an Asada Torta. Both were superb in flavor and serving size and didn't contain a bunch of greasy meat. It felt and tasted homemade. Their salsa choices were red and green and a mild pico de gallo o that came with the chips. The owner/gentleman running the trucks speaks both English and Spanish and was very friendly and welcoming. That's a big plus in this day and age with customer service. Seriously, already drooling over my next meal from here..."
"Stopped by as we were looking for street tacos, it is dark where they park and the truck may be hard to miss! I'm glad we gave it a shot, because the food is great and the staff are incredibly nice. They even made us a small version of the sumo just to try it. We went on taco Tuesday so the tacos were only $2 each. Please consider putting some chairs/tables and more lights for people to sit and eat so you get more visibility from the street!Coming back for the nachos and fries for sure :)"
"Glad I came again!! Best Mariscos & Ceviche in HUntington Beach & OC Located in front of Mr B Lawnmower Shop & Beach City Animal Hospital. 17031 Palmdale Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92647*Mon-Sat, all day*We had the yummy marlin tacos, al gobernador taco, tostada de pescado, dorado (shrimp) tacos, Mexican bottle coke, Agua con gas."
"This place doesn't have a yelp or Facebook following, so I thought I would create a yelp following for them.I come here at least once a week! Everything on the food truck is super yummy and super fresh. If you show up and they aren't there, that means they ran out of everything! That's how good they are! I bring different friends to this spot and everyone seems to love it!My personal recommendations: The pescada ceviche is to die for and when we've been partying all night long, this is the go-to spot to cure a hangover. The enmorada is good too, however, I wish they would put real crab in it or go easy on the imitation krab. The white sauce in the enmorada is what makes it yummy. The marlin tacos and empanadas are delisth! However, they run out quickly, so get there early if you want one!"
"Don Pacho's Taquiza catered a fundraiser I worked on this past weekend. The food was amazing and the staff was professional and a lot of fun. I would recommend them to everyone. They were on time, kept to the schedule and turned out food that everyone enjoyed. The asada was my favorite and their salsa and rice was to die for. Thanks Don Pancho's!"
"We were in the mood for real Mexican "street tacos" and this popped up on my Yelp! It's a food truck parked on the street so no place to sit unless you have a pick up truck to tailgate. We had the carne asada, Al Pastor tacos (amazing) I had a muleta with asada (yummy and in comparison to a crunch wrap from TB but better minus the sour cream) and they let us try an asada sope! In addition we had a real Coca-Cola with real sugar in those cool bottles from Mexico! Everything was very tasty. Only complaint, there is no bathroom, no place to sit or wash hands, so bring wipes and hand sanitizer! We will return. They also cater. Cash only and I found it more pricier than the average taco shop but worth it!"
"The food truck is outside of a buisness suits building. They have a perfect spot! Their parked on the main road and the tree gives their truck tons of shade. 2 signs are visible if your passing by. Love that they have a tv a table for a quick bite.I wish I can order everything on their menu. I ordered a torta (birra) & 2 birra tacos carne a safe with everything. 3 sauces available to easily take with you. Consome dip which was amazing. The tacos were so flavorful and my veggies were so yummy! Love their atmosphere from there genuine staff."
"Great place! Homemade corn tortillas! Yum! Al pastor is delicious and everything I've tried so far has been flavorful. Their salsa selection is plentiful and delicious! I discovered this place in November of 2021, and have come back plenty of times since then!"
"This taco truck gets it! Quick service, delicious flavor and great prices. If you are in the area and you're craving a taco, mulita, quesadilla or burrito, look no further! Their green and red sauce has a wonderful kick without being too spicy. The gentleman making the food was warm and very welcoming. Thank you!!"

Fantastic!Ordered our food and walked to get a drink and came back and the food was ready! Super fast! My wife was holding the order and told me to feel how heavy the two containers were. To my surprise they were FILLED with food. It was a very nice portion and the flavor was great! Sauces are extra but that is to be expected. The Yum Yum sauce is as described, yummy. We will be coming back

Came here hungry and eager to eat. Tacos are always extra good when the family is very hungry! We ordered several tacos: carnitas, lengua, al pastor, and asada. We also got an asada burrito.First and foremost, CASH ONLY. The lady accommodated us and accepted Venmo. Not sure if that's common or just this time since we were one of the first patrons of the day. This cash only thing won't count against them here, because they accommodated, but cash only places are inconvenient and definitely makes me think twice before going back. The tacos were pretty good. The lengua was tender and full of flavor. The al pastor was pretty good too. Surprising to me, the carnitas was my favorite here. That's Def a first. The asada was pretty salty. My husband pointed that out too and that's huge. I'm a lot more sensitive to salt and he noticed it here. The asada burrito was even more salty than the taco. Maybe the rice was also salty? ::shrug::Salsas. Red salsa was pretty good and came with a solid kick. I always appreciate flavorful salsas with a kick. The green one tasted ...old. Almost like it had sat there for a few days in the heat. Not very good at all. The cucumber and radish were also room temperature. Idk, but these things need to stay fresh and in ice at least, no?Overall, if you come, have their carnitas tacos, or lengua. Use the red salsa. You'll be pleased with that much.

Getting the food takes a while. I think they just opened so everything had to get ready first. Ambiance is casual the truck is parked E bishop at and main st. Service was great, the lady is a friendly woman who makes awesome tacos!Carne Asada, cabeza, Al pastor tacosThe meat has great flavor. Especially the Al pastor, the spice is just right. Not too hot. The carne asada hit the spot for the beef I was craving. You have to add the guacamole the lady offers. The taste evolves when you having everything on the tacos. Cilantro, onions, green pepper and guacamole! Cabeza was soft and chewy, just how I like it. My wife had a few bites too and loved them!!There's more than one food truck, but they're both the same. 3$ each for the tacos. Cash only. Enjoy yourselves!

Once again they were a huge hit at a party we threw in Beverly Hills. They never let us down, and everyone loved everything they prepared, fresh, simple and easy. This time i didn't get a chance to take pictures, I promise they'll never you let you down. The nicest people to work with as well.

"While at a dance class at a local brewery, I decided to try this food truck--and I'm so glad I did! The food was absolutely delicious. What I Ordered:I got the chicken burrito, and it did not disappoint. The ingredients were fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, but what really stood out were the sauces. They took the burrito to the next level. The Wait:There was a long line, and the wait was over 30 minutes. I think the larger crowd at the brewery contributed to the delay. While the wait was longer than I'd hoped, the quality of the food made it worth it.Overall:This food truck is doing something special, and I can see it continuing to grow. If you're at the brewery--or anywhere nearby--and have the time, it's definitely worth checking out."
"Who doesn't love a good food truck?Tacos El Chente is located on Brookhurst and Lampson in Garden Grove. The truck has a very pretty, colorful design. My friend told me about this place and invited me out. I ordered 1 carne asada and 1 tripe taco. Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong order and I got chorizo instead, which was fine. I didn't want to bother them to have to make it again. They have THE BEST TRIPE TACOS I've ever had!! The chorizo taco was average. I wouldn't get that in the future. I will definitely be back to get the tripe tacos again, and look forward to trying more items, like burritos.Happy eating!"
"They run out of meat during the week, but Friday and weekends is good. Long wait and parking can be difficult, but can be done for late night tacos. Dress warm and if you order tripas, tell them well done but not too much, they tend to really crisp these here.OH...you can call in your order almost forgot (626) 209-3414"
"I got two queso tacos, one of Al Pastor, and one of Birria de res. The Al pastor was tender and flavorful! The Birria was juicy, flavorful as well, and not excessively greasy which birria can tend to be. I also ordered an horchata agua fresca, which is huge by the way and also pretty sweet.Service was friendly, and very helpful! They had outside seating for about 8 to 12 people. I look forward to coming back again."
"Had the Jalapeño smash burger & brisket sandwich. Both were amazing! The smash burger bun had a great crispy texture, but soft inside bun, the meat was perfectly cooked. The brisket was juicy & tender, just how brisket should be, with great flavor! It had just the right amount of sauce & toasted sliced bread halves to deliver that delicious brisket."
"Ok so we live near like 15 taquerias and taco trucks (hello Santa Ana), and after being decently impressed with TCW and El Zamorano, we finally decided to try TLR one day. These are my favorite tacos so far - better than TCW and El Zamorano, and definitely cheaper at $1/taco. Not a huge fan of chicken in tacos, but this was good. My favorites are the suadero and carnitas, and my husband's favorite is the asada. They do have other items as well but we've only tried their tacos. There's a bit of a wait cuz they cook the meat and tortilla and it's always piping hot when I get my food. Definitely get some of the salsa to help with the flavor of the taco. Some of them have a good kick too - yum! This will be my regular spot if I'm in the mood for some reliably solid tacos. It also helps that it's like a few blocks from us, so that's just a bonus."
"Taco truck/trailer on Knott Blvd just north of Orangethorpe. High quality food and ingredients, we always get the mulitas, tacos de carne and chicken burrito. Can't go wrong with them."
"The smell will lure you in. Simply delicious with the Mexican flavors we all love. My only gripe is that they were so busy they ran out of cups for horchata. Other than that aces!"
"Order from Taqueria Azteca! Food is great and some taco trucks can be intimidating to order from, but not here! Clear signage to order from and their staff is super nice & helpful. We got tacos (tripas, carne asada, lengua, cabeza, al pastor) and a quesadilla. If you like tripas go here! It's crunchy and delicious! And from our experience, we say tacos all the way. The quesadilla was good for sure but nothing extraordinary. Don't forget to ask for the spicy red onions!"
"I'm in love. I already knew I loved tacos de buche, but now, having also eaten tacos de tripa from the famous Whittier taco truck, I may just have to find more excuses to travel south and camp out on the corner where it parks. Yes, I do know what parts of the animals I am eating. And yes, I still love it! Amazing. It was all delicious! It was a perfect late-night meal following a lovely trip to a local wine shop. I think I will be dreaming of these scrumptious treats until I get more. There should be some way to track this truck, should it ever go missing from it's corner...GPS? Or perhaps I should find a taco truck in my neighborhood, equally as wonderful?"
"Solid middle of the pack place. I personally like it more than other places because of the tj style taste. However the meat could use a little more flavor and the tortillas, although handmade, could use a pinch of flavor too. I always get the mulita and tacos de asada. I tried adobada but didn't like how sweet it was. Decent option and orange salsa is the better of the two."
"This is an absolute go to stop if you want great tacos at an amazing price! Tacos are usually $1.50 but they have happy hour from 4 to 7PM when tacos are just $1.00! Several to choose from, anything from asada, pollo, al pastor, birria, and more! They also have burritos and quesadillas and assorted drinks. Open everyday but Sunday. Do yourself a favor and stop by!"
"Common Grounds is a good truck, which happened to be at Everywhere brewery at the same time we were. My bro-lleagues and I were all pleased with our orders. Between the group of us, we tried their Wings (8 for $15, 12 for $20, 20 for $30), Loaded Tots ($13), Hatch Burger ($20), and Churros ($?). I had the hatch burger which was this glorious 1/2 pound patty, hatch chili puree, bacon, onion jam, white cheddar sauce, garlic aioli, arugula in a brioche bun. The burger also includes a side of tots so it was a lot of food. It was a little more than I can comfortably eat so you'd definitely get a meal out of this thing. I love seeing tots on the menu so I'm glad it was included or else I would have added it. Of the wings, I know the bros really liked the Hurts so Good, which has the habanero heat and the Chile Limon for those who prefer something milder. The churros were tasty and they came with nutella and condense milk dipping sauce on the side. I love everything with condense milk. I just had churros from another vendor the day before but these churros were definitely the better ones. The churros was a special of the day, so we got really lucky. So glad we came across them, and would definitely check it out again in the future."
"Finally got around to try this food truck tried the taco acorazado which was delicious meat was super soft and tasty green salsa was on the spicy side but food really didn't need it flavor was good I highly recommend trying this place out"
"I LOVEEEEEE this place. I have been loyal with this taco truck for 8 years now and they never let me down. The tacos are always fresh and seasoned really well. The chef and his staff ara số nice and helpful. Eating closeby each other on the street makes me feel like home, really cool!"
"It is like taking a transporter to Ensenada! His fish is so fresh and his preparations brilliant! The oysters are magnificent. So fresh, so big! and he serves them al fresco or "preparada" which is with carefully diced and prepared octopus. shrimp, fish, cucumber, lime, chile and I don't know what else. Sitting on the milk crate and using the other for a table is pure Mexico/California Street food experience. People come from many miles away to get his ceviche and take it all in. Order anything with a "xolo" in the name for a special treat and if he asks you if you want it "prepared" say "SI" with enthusiasm."
"I don't reviews much anymore. But feel the urge when a place deserves to be highlighted. And this taco truck is one of my favorite spots in OC. The food is so good. So tasty. It's reasonably priced. And the workers are friendly. Yes, it's parked on the street with some not-so-pleasant people roaming around, but come for the food. It's worth it. I've had tacos, burritos, quesadillas, huarache, and more. Make sure to get the orange salsa! Be careful. It's spicy as hell. Don't judge the place. Just go. It's so good. This place deserves my money. They accept credit card for .50c fee. Just a heads up."
"It was my first time coming to this taco place and it was very good. The staff was attentive and took my order quickly. I ordered 3 asada tacos and 1 fish taco. Everything was great but my favorite was the fish taco. They prepare it Baja style with a special sauce. Would recommend trying out their tacos!"
"Late review but they were kind enough to drive out to the Inland Empire for our baby shower catering of 150 people guests. It was such a hit! They offered so many different types of burgers and had FRESH fries. They also had refreshments which really helped, even though we had our own. This was our deal breaker when we learned In-N-Out only does chips instead of fries. I'm 100% going to use them again! My neighbors definitely got their card. Thank you to the Burning Buns team for having an upstanding food truck. We are eternally grateful for how easy setting up this catering was with your company and the quality of your food."
"This place is only a food truck located in a random parking lot, but it's much more than what it seems. The workers are nice and quick to serve your food, and the food is not cheap, but also very tasty!I had the birria quesadillas, and they were some of the best I've had. The portion sizes are good, with plenty of beef and cheese. Would highly recommend!"
"The BEST authentic, family owned, food truck street tacos! This is a family owned food truck and it's cash only. Don't be scared of curb appeal because I thought "heck no " The carne asada, chicken, chorizo & cheese, al pastor, is so good! Def ask for the side chili and onions and cilantro. My hubby is from San Diego and if you know..San Diego is known for the their amazing Mexican food. He actually really approves and thinks they are amazing 4/5. Lastly, no where to sit. Literally tailgate party. Bring your cervesas and sodas."
"Huge Quesadillas! Nice and shiny truck, super clean! Located right on a corner, in a parking lot of a auto body shop and a next to a tattoo parlor that looks closed down! Three salsas to choose from that are spicy and they give grilled onions! No Carnitas here though! That would have given them the fifth star! The only thing missing at this taco truck are some chairs and a table! I highly recommend that they get some, so we can enjoy our burritos right there!! Service is fast and the guys are super friendly! Four stars!"
"My new taco spot! I think I've driven by this truck numerous times, but never decided to stop by. Finally figured to get it for dinner one night and to my surprise, $1 tacos!!! It's not just the asada, pollo and carnitas too, you got lengua, tripa, cabeza, still for only $1! You can probably guess this, but I got the lengua, tripa, cabeza and al pastor. Their presentation isn't the best so no pics but the taste is amazing. These aren't small tacos either, they stuff it with a lot of meat, onions and cilantro. They got 2 types of salsa, the green one is mild and the orange one is pretty spicy. They also give you some chips in the bag which was a pleasant surprise. Can't say they are the best tacos I've ever had, but for $1/ea, not complaining! Also, huge win is that there wasn't a wait at all, hope it stays that way."
