"Hands down some of the best matcha I have had in OC, and I haven't had many that I truly enjoy as much as this one. I really liked the fact that the matcha was ceremonial grade. I got a raspberry matcha latte which had condensed milk in it as well. I haven't really seen a raspberry flavored matcha around so this was something unique and different. The tartness of the berry went really well with the sweetness of the condensed milk, and you could taste the quality of the matcha. The color was also a really vibrant green which is always a good way to tell if the matcha is high quality. My sister got a classic strawberry matcha latte with oat milk and she loved it. The inside is really cute, they have some merch and a few specialty food items that are cool to browse at. Plenty of seating also. They had a food menu as well but since we were getting lunch after we didn't try anything. Extra points for having vegan dessert options though! We will be back to try out some food next time."
"This is a hidden gem. So so good. Their coffee is top notch and we also had a strawberry and banana crepe. The best crepe I've had. So delicious. The fruit was fresh and it was topped with delicious whipped cream and ice cream The owners are so sweet and very personable. We will definitely be back to try more of their menu items"

"This spot is a one-stop shop with a diverse menu, located in Downey Landing near the cinema. I came across it while searching for coffee options and was drawn in by its menu. One of its standout features is a robotic arm that makes espresso shots, though it was unfortunately out of service due to a software update, so I didn't get to see it in action. The interior is stylish and inviting, with both indoor and outdoor seating available.Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Brian, the manager, who was in the middle of training a new employee. As he took my order, he carefully explained each step to the trainee, which I appreciated. I ordered a hot Biscoff Cookie Latte in a large size. If you want to upgrade any drink from regular to large, it's just an additional $1.While waiting, I browsed their selection of pastries and other menu items. As I was exploring, the trainee personally delivered my drink, but it was a regular size instead of a large. When I pointed it out, they quickly realized the mistake, apologized, and promptly corrected my order.Since it was raining, I was really looking forward to a comforting cup of coffee, and overall, it delivered. The best part was that the latte wasn't overly sweet, despite the Biscoff cookie flavor. I expected a stronger Biscoff cookie flavor, but it was quite subtle, mostly tasting of vanilla. I also wished the drink had been hotter. Maybe next time, I'll ask if they offer an "extra hot" option. Will be definitely going back with kids to try their other menu options."
"Gorgeous coffee shop hidden by green leaves in Costa Mesa. Even though it's sweater weather right now, the chic decor and its urban aesthetics makes it feel like it's spring time. It's a peaceful vibe. The soul music playing is chill too and not too loud. Everyone there was focus in their zone doing work. Grind don't stop. We ordered the vanilla latte, matcha drink, and hot chocolate. The drinks were a 5/5. The coffee wasn't too strong like I wanted, but the creaminess and flavor is all there. The hot chocolate wasn't that sweet; just right. The croissant was also delicious. The cheese added a nice touch.I wished I found this place sooner. It's pretty low key and I would be down to come back and study here. Don't wanna gatekeep this spot because this deserves the spotlight ay!"
"#33 in my SOCAL COFFEE SHOP SERIESI've been to almost all the famous Viet coffee shops in OC and this one has to have the STRONGEST coffee by far (in a good way). This place is good! If my Viet grandparents ask to go here a second time... that is how you know it is good. The first time I got the pandan latte w/ coffee jelly & it was okay. But the second time I went and I got the almond coffee and it was amazing! So so delicious, I definitely recommend that one! My family also loved the classic hot coffee w/ condensed milk. Unfortunately, they do not have a lot of lactose free options for folks but definitely ask them which ones they are when you go. The inside is a good size with ample seating. I am sure I will be back!"
"The best coffee shop!!! People who work there and there coffee are the best. Sleek modern design inside. Simplicity at its best. The coffee, food and service are top notch. Great neighborhood addition."
"WHITE SPARROW COFFEE is found in this really charming area of Tustin where, I'm sure, you'll be able to find the perfect brunch spot with your girlfriends, grab coffee from here at WHITE SPARROW, and walk through one of the flea markets on a Saturday morning. On our visit, there was a line to get in and order. There are several tables inside and outside if you wanted to enjoy your coffee sitting down. But there is also a courtyard/parking lot behind the shop and a flea market is going on.This is not the flea market that I grew up with, FYI. There was a DJ blasting awesome music, a mid-century living room set up (for esthetics?) and several vendors. One of which was making custom hoodies. Their CORTADO is strong, creamy and delicious.Their LAVENDER MATCHA was surprisingly awesome. The lavender and the matcha were well balanced and didn't overpower each other, as I feared. The HOT LATTE is not milky.LEMONADE is delicious. The cashier was patient, the barista worked very fast -- and was still accurate."
"#dEATs ( IG: @foodwithdeni) Madagascar Vanilla Cream Top & Banana Cream Top Latte from @caffeincoffeeco ! Happy New Year! Ive been seeing this coffee shop all over my feed and I finally visited their Anaheim Hills location. We loved our drinks and I would definitely order the Banana Cream Top Latte again. Seating inside & outside and parking lot available"
"Food/Drink: 9/10Service: 9/10Ambiance: 9/10I used to only know stereoscope for their americanos. And I always knew they were solid, just never thought they were special. BUT recently I tried their food and ceremonial matcha latte, and I have fallen in love. Adding their housemade vanilla syrup into their matcha latte... wow. I think it's the best matcha I've ever had. I tried their BLTA and famous breakfast burrito and it was just all good. I love a good breakfast. Coming back."
"Very nice, casual restaurant very close to where we are staying on the island. I had a chicken burrito which was very different a typical burrito supreme. But it was very good and also large enough for a second meal! The wife had the layered enchiladas. Same - different, tasty, and plenty of food!"
"Say hello to Huntington Beach's most hidden coffee shop. You'll find Blue Flame nestled between a variety of warehouse buildings. The decor gives off authentic coffee roaster. You'll find roasting materials, large bags of coffee beans, and machinery scattered across the cozy space. I gave this business four stars because the strawberry matcha was a bit too sweet. It ended up taking a lot like Captain Crunch cereal and very little like matcha. I did love their variety of baked goods: muffins, scones, croissants, etc. They even offered samples of several flavors. The biz also sells pre-batched teas and coffees. The Thai Tea instantly caught my eye, but I ended up passing due to the $16 price tag. They have a limited number of seats available, mainly large community picnic tables. Parking is easy, so it's a great spot for a grab and go.Thankful to Yelp for introducing me to local gems like this one."

How did I not know about this place sooner??Coffee was good, but in all honesty their food is SO delicious! Walking in this morning, I was greeted by two SWEETEST and Friendliest ladies! It was my first time here, so I was kind of overwhelmed with all the choices they have.I decided to get the strawberry Matcha and last minute i saw they had the pistachio matcha and so i changed my order. They were so nice they gave me both. The LABNEH was phenomenal! I literally went to all the Mediterranean restaurant and nothing compares to this place! So good. They have really cool items to purchase throughout the shop. I got their spicy fried shallots n garlic, so good too!! Definitely will be returning !

I've visited 112 Café three times this month and it's only mid-month! I truly appreciate the offering of macadamia milk on the menu. I enjoyed the turmeric chai latte twice and decided to try the blue Matcha today. Brian's service is impeccable and his energy is very positive.I also dined in yesterday for brunch. I liked the ratatouille crêpe. My plus one ordered the stuffed French toast, and we shared turkey bacon, Coffee cake, cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was a birthday compliment mostly because my birthday is 1-12. So far everything tastes good, if not great. This café is upscale, and I foresee them needing to expand to another suite. The beautiful white (quartz or marble) Stone on tables and counters is the highlight of the decor. This business touts the first robotic barista in California. It's kind of cool to see it in action. The option to order ahead is available online, but not the last 30 minutes or so before closing.

I happened to see Freelance Coffee Project Cafe on Instagram and visited here out of curiosity. The exterior of the building is covered with plants, which contrasts well with the surrounding buildings.I tried Hot Long Black and Butter Croissant.Long Black had a good balance of richness and acidity, which was delicious.Butter Croissant looked really delicious, but when I tasted it, the texture wasn't crisp on the outside and the inside was a bit dry, so to be honest, it wasn't as good as l expected.I'll have to try other pastries next time I visit. The staff were all friendly, and the atmosphere inside the store was clean, neat, and nice... overall the vibe was good! So, l'd like to visit again soon.

Finally tried this coffee shop! I saw they were offering BOGO free on their new drinks on their IG.Parking: They're located in a busy plaza. There's compact parking spots.Ambiance/Environment: Fun fact I learned from the cashier - they're separate from Trung Nguyen E-Coffee, but they use the same beans! It's a small yet cozy space. It definitely has that Vietnamese cafe vibe. They have a decent amount of indoor seating, but it can get tight. Limited outdoor seating.Service: I didn't catch anyone's names, but the cashier and baristas are quick & efficient. Throughput took about 8 min.Drinks:1) Hojicha Banana Latte - The hojicha taste is smoky and sweetened from the banana. The banana foam is thick. I really enjoyed this drink.2) Hojicha Maple Oat Latte - The hojicha taste is definitely stronger. It is sweetened by the maple taste, but not too sweet. I really liked this drink too!Pricing: Oof, prices are a bit more than average for a cup of coffee. Since I really liked their new hojicha drinks, I'd come back to try their popular drinks.

Came here to Lamill for the first time a few weeks ago. I met up with a friend before we had brunch a few doors down at Lola's. Since the line to get in there is usually a long wait, we passed time by chatting over his iced coffee. The place is very modern inside, with clean lines, and very well lit with all the natural sunlight coming through the windows. It's a great spot to people watch while sipping on coffee or tea. The place isn't huge, but there's some seating inside as well as outside. The pricing is average, and the service is fast and friendly. The parking lot is somewhat limited, and on weekends, those Tesla super chargers may cause a line to even get in the lot. I ended up just going around all the Tesla drivers, lol. I'd come again!

4++ Small coffee shop located in the downtown area of Tustin. A menu carries a lot of classic coffee drinks as well as some of their creative stuff as well. I was in the area wanted my caffeine fix so I found this place and decided to stop by.The service was friendly and efficient. It almost is like a coffee stand because the room is so tiny, but there are a few seats that you can sit at. Most people just grab their coffee and walk around the downtown area. I ended up getting a Horchata latte because it looked really fun. It even came with a tiny Santa hat because it was around the holidays. I thought the latte was very tasty.Because it is the downtown area and I wasn't too familiar. I did have to park about a block away. Not a big deal it's just that this area could get busy with all the different businesses and people on an early weekend morning.

What a cute small coffee shop, with great barista service. I tried their Ube Lava with a shot of espresso. It has a strong ube flavor and not too sweet, just how I like my drinks! The ppl working there were really nice and explained the menu to me. They're also open to feedback and made sure I loved the drink before leaving.Come here for your coffee fix! "Had an incredible first coffee date, and the star of the show was the warm Cuban Latte. It was everything I hoped for--smooth, balanced, and just the right touch of cortadito without being too sweet. That first sip? Pure magic. It brought a sense of peace so profound, I momentarily forgot I was even on a date!Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a coffee experience that goes beyond the cup."
"If I could give them more stars, I would! I was looking for a coffee early in the morning and nearby my son's school and I found this spot on Yelp. Their parking lot is behind the main entrance through an alleyway. The employees are genuine and warm. They all interacted with us in a kind and thoughtful manner. The place is so cute and clean. Their merchandise is neatly organized. Their decor is very fresh and relaxing. Plenty of seats indoor and outdoor seating as well. I tried the dalgona and the croffle. The coffee was so rich in flavor with a perfect amount of sweetness. I wish I would've gotten two coffees! The croffle was something I had never had before. On the outside it looked like a plain waffle but once you bit into the flaky crunchy layers of the croissant; it was definitely something special. It comes with a 2oz crean to compliment it. Overall it was a great experience and I hope their business booms because they truly are unique and amazing. Can't wait to go back and try more things!"
"Pastries and coffee are delicious! Great atmosphere too! Love the patio with the trees. One of the few coffee shops I visit these days."
"Delicious burrito!!! Really hit the spot. Coffee was so good too. Saved it in my favorites so I can come back next time I am in town."
"what a hidden gem! i really thought maps was taking me to a dead endive had lion and lamb coffee on my list for awhile..i decided to take a detour before heading homethe space is really efficient. it so amazing that this coffee shop is actually in a church! a large spacious cafe and then there more seating towards the backthis is a great space to study, work or just to hang outi will def be back to get more drinks they also sell their branded merch, which their shirts look super cuteservice was friendlythey def work quickly to push out drinksi couldnt decide what to orderi ended up getting:s'mores lattesnickerdoodle lattecookie butter latteiced vanilla latte(these are all off their winter menu which is rotating out soon)ALL were soooooo delicious! perfect sweetness on each latte! parking: plenty of spaces. more parking towards the back just watch for signs on where not to park"
"What a great coffee place in Tustin! My friend and I drove here on a windy Sunday afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. I ordered the matcha cream top latte with almond milk and my friend ordered the strawberry matcha with oat milk. The total was around 14 dollars. Took around 5 minutes or so for the wait.We thought our drinks were super yummy! My friend really liked that they use actual strawberry puree for the strawberry matcha. I was warned my drink would be sweet (and I appreciate that) and it definitely was but it was a perfect treat! Staff was nice and efficient, too."
"This bakery is one of the best OC bakeries ATM and that says a lot since it seems like there's a trendy bakery popping up at every corner nowadays. There was no wait, but I got there around 12pm on a Thursday and there were still several items available. I'm assuming they have a more options available the earlier you get there. Service was awesome, the gentleman at the counter was very nice and knew a lot about the pastries. The store had an industrial and modern vibe to it. What I ordered:1. Rosemary Foccacia 10/10: this focaccia was DELICIOUS. Soft and pillowy on the inside. I would absolutely recommend this. My family and I had it with pasta that evening and it was so perfect. 2. Ube cruffin 10/10: amazing! I've had many so called "Ube" pastries and the Ube in this cruffin tastes like true Filipino ube. Too many bakeries like to put "Ube" in their pastries, but tastes nothing like the real thing. It looks like it would be too sweet, but it's not. I would get this again. 3. Butter croissant 9/10: Flaky and buttery. A simple, but amazing croissant. 4. Chocolate chip cookie 8.5/10: a really great cookie and I feel like I'm a cookie connoisseur lol. Perfectly baked, golden brown and chewy on the inside. It is obvious that they use high quality chocolate. 5. Monkey Queen 8/10: this was good, I loved the texture. The inside was moist and the crunchy edges were the best part. It was just a tad sweet, but that's my preference as I don't like overly sweet pastries, but still good.6. Iced pistachio latte 7/10: there was a little too much milk in the latte, so the espresso to milk ratio was off, but a decent latte. I believe the pistachio syrup is house made and I really appreciate that. Everything was eaten so quickly and I didn't get the chance to take photos of everything, but this bakery is absolutely worth checking out."
"I have been to their Newport/Costa Mesa location a few times and I find myself coming back to this location more often. Both locations make my favorite Hometown Latte well, but I prefer the open space at this Santa Ana location better. The parking sucks here, even though you can park inside the parking structure at the apartments here, I often find that the doors at the parking structure to get into the building is locked. Perhaps I come too early in the morning... but it is an annoyance to deal with. Other than that, if you can find the few street parking off to the side, then I think this location is better compared to Newport/Costa Mesa.People working here are friendly. I love how I can sit in the way back away from everyone and enjoy the bright an open space with my hubby. Keep it up, Huskins!"
"Amazing! Lattes are always on point. Staff is always very friendly. Their seasonal menus are super fun. Lovers latte was delish last season, I still try to order it off season. Coffee quality is just so good here that I go out of my way to get coffee from this place. Plus - Everytime me and the hubby fight , he tries to get me bodhis as part of his apology. It's that good!"
"Good service, good coffee. We are glad Chase is open again. We like its tables, chairs, and outlets for being able to bring in our paperwork/planning and do it away from our feline friends. It's neither noisy nor crowded, and most of the tables have access to power outlets. If there is music playing it usually is not annoying."
"I grabbed some Colombian coffee and coffee from Nicaragua for my fiancé. He loves coffee so much. Especially Colombian coffee.I wanted some treats and a refreshment. It was hot outside and I was parched. I got an iced tea for the liquids, and a churro croissant. It's called a churrosant technically. But it is two pieces of bread, twisted together, baked and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. The bread itself was very dry and or stale. So, that killed it for me. But the cinnamon and sugar flavor on the outside was nice. I just wish the bread was fresh and not so dry. It was so dry; pieces were flaking off when you tried to get a piece. Nice idea, poor execution. Still a good stop for coffee and iced tea!"
"Cute place I absolutely loved the vibe here, great spot to come chill and have a great breakfast sandwich with coffee or you can work on your laptop. Plenty of seating very spacious and clean.Everyone here was very nice and friendly and had great recommendations, I tried the cortado which was perfect for me and their bacon breakfast sandwich omg so good! My sister had the avocado toast and a pistachio latte she was very impressed. My niece had the chorizo breakfast sandwich also very good.We ended up buying some pistachio milk to take home and I bought myself a cool souvenir shirt!"
"Overall, the food was decent but a little pricey. I can tell they serve quality ingredients so I don't mind the price. I just wish the food was served hot. It felt like it was room temperature by the time I started eating. I ordered the 2 eggs breakfast and got it with poached eggs and chicken sausage. The bread was very hard so I had to be careful to not scratch my mouth. I got the banana bread latte with half sweetness. It was the perfect amount of foam but the espresso was a little sour. I also got the pumpkin sour bread cinnamon roll. I thought it was okay. I wished I got the regular but they were sold out already. The ambiance was very aesthetic and open. I love how you can see inside the kitchen when ordering."
"coffee crawl part ii..destination: brea had to stop by as enchanted coffee has been on my list for awhile! located in dt brea, a super cute yet small coffee shopfriendly staff who all work efficiently to push out drinks yet keep the energy livelyi got in line at the right time bc the line was out the door in two secs.. ordered the new london off the signature menu and the berry me nutella off the vday menuthere is no seating inside, but there is seating outside and also a parklet! but drinks were so delish! the berry me nutella had a hint of strawberry but for me, i did not taste any nutella. the new london was smooth and love their in house cold cream!parking: free parking lot or garage"
"Five stars thanks to Fivestars! Or sort of? lolSo I just had lunch elsewhere in Cerritos, and I was starting to feel that mid-afternoon crash that I normally get at work. But right after lunch?! Need coffee, stat!I would have gone to Paris Baguette on the opposite corner of the intersection, but they didn't have a reward for a drink, and that's when I turned to Fivestars, which Seven Syllables Coffee is a participating business. On my Fivestars app, there was an offer for a BOGO, but for whatever reason, it kept spitting out a stupid error message when I tried to save the offer on my phone. I was already there when I frantically tried to claim the offer, so I simply went inside to ask if they could somehow honor it on their end.As soon as I stepped inside, there were a handful of customers sitting on the tables by the left wall, and the lone barista, Chris, was chatting with one of them. When he saw me, he went behind the counter to take my order.I asked him if I could still get that BOGO offer in spite of the technical difficulties I was having with the Fivestars app. Like if I were to check in, could he make it work?He decided to call his supervisor and ask about it while also asking me to show him my Fivestars app on my phone. While that was going on, I looked at the menu on the glass pane by the register. I had my eyes set on the pourovers even though I didn't really know what they meant, but I was curious to find out! After he got off the phone, Chris said he'd be happy to honor the BOGO, and that's when I asked him about the pourovers. He described it well enough that I was willing to give them a try. However, when I asked him the difference between washed and natural processes, he had to go around the counter to find out what I meant. I didn't really understand his response, but I suppose it would have been hard to come up with a good one, even for an experienced barista. They have three choices for pourovers: Mexico Chiapas, Ethiopia Guji Shakiso, and Bolivia Illimani. I would have loved to try all three, but that would have been excessive for one visit. Two is more than enough; I chose the two countries located in the Americas. After paying, Chris mentioned that pourovers usually take a long time and that it'd take about 10 minutes to prepare. I honestly didn't even know that, so I appreciate that he let me know in advance before I could ask. After paying, I asked if they had WiFi for paying customers, and he said the info was on the bottom of the receipt.I sat at a two-person table in the far corner of the shop and connected to their WiFi while Chris was busy assisting a couple who came in right after me.Chris remained friendly and gregarious to all the customers, including yours truly. I thought he would have called my name and asked me to come over to the pickup counter, which is closer to the front door, but no, he went directly to me when my first pourover coffee, the Mexico, was ready. I appreciate he did it this way so that I could enjoy one while I wait for the other. They have some sweeteners and lids by the pickup counter, but since I was on the opposite end of the shop, I chose to go without either for the Mexico pourover. It was pretty bold in taste and definitely gave me the energy needed to continue my afternoon adventure that day.I tried some of the Bolivia pourover before finishing the Mexico one, and there were definitely nuances in taste between the two. It's hard to describe the two since I'm nowhere close to being a coffee connoisseur, but I felt the Bolivia one was a little sweeter and less bitter, though that's probably because I added a small bag of sweetener to that one lol. Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with either, and I'm sure you can't go wrong with Ethiopia either. In addition to the pourovers, they also have some matcha, loose leaf teas, and seasonals/specialties.Chris remained friendly to all the customers in the shop, especially the super talkative male customer from that aforementioned couple. He also asked how I liked my pourover when I went up to toss the empty Mexico cups away and get sweetener for the Bolivia cups. Notice the 's' after both instances of the word "cup" in the previous sentence? Chris made sure to add an extra cup for each pourover so they wouldn't get too hot, although I think coffee sleeves, which were right next to the sweeteners, would have been a better choice.Chris was the only employee I saw on my visit, and he held down the fort really well, taking a few orders after me and making all the drinks on top of nice and friendly conversations with the clientele.Seven Syllables Coffee, which also has seven syllables, is located on the northwest corner of Artesia and Carmenita. I'm not in that part of town often, but next time I'm craving coffee and have a Fivestars offer, I'm more than willing to return in spite of the numerous other coffee shops closer to me.Fivestars! I mean, five stars! lol"
"Banana Cream Matcha - a MUST TRY! they use real banana, so there's no artificial taste--just natural, smooth banana flavor that actually comes through. It's not too sweet, and the cream adds a perfect balance. matcha is subtle but still present, complementing the banana without being overpowered. the BEST banana matcha latte I've had so far. Service quick and friendly. Great study spot but tables are limited and it does get quite loud and busy around noon. Parking lot does get packed too but does empty out past 2ish."
"Stopped by here the other day since I was going into work late. I have passed it numerous times and knew I had to stop. The coffee shop is new to the neighborhood so it doesn't get too busy. There is a 30 minute parking area in front for those quick pit stops for some joe and a delicious hot pastry or breakfast item. As soon as I walked in, I was mesmerized on how big it was. There is so much room with plenty of seating. For those who telecommute, they have private meeting rooms to reserve for some alone/quiet time. You can talk to the cashier to book but I heard it is first come first serve. I ended up speaking with the cashier and barista since it was my first time visiting. They recommended a hot La Paz with oat milk. OMG it was delicious. The latte has brown sugar so I was a bit hesitant but it was surprisingly not too sweet. I also ended up buying a heart shaped rice Krispie treat which was also yummy and not to sweet. Overall, greta coffee shop and close to work. Looks like I will be making more stops here before I go into work."
"Stereoscope Coffee, a bustling minimalist coffee shop in Buena Park, offers a range of creative options to enjoy concentrated or sweetened matcha. Following the barista's recommendation, I opted for their Ceremonial Matcha with an extra vanilla sweetener. The total was about $15.00 for two drinks ($7.50 each). The customer service was exceptional--friendly and attentive! I liked the recommendation of matcha the barista provided, basic and simplistic, yet intricate. The matcha itself had a distinct flavor profile, with the earthy richness of the matcha perfectly balanced by the subtle sweetness of the vanilla. While the texture was slightly grainy, it lent a unique consistency that rippled throughout each sip. I appreciated how the drink showcased the matcha's natural taste, complemented beautifully by the sweetness, creating a delightful and harmonious experience. I'd argue that this is undoubtedly one of the best matcha I've tasted. It is able to compete with the big matcha dogs of SGV: Stagger and Omomo. If you want different levels of matcha consistency, along with a great aesthetic spot to study or hang out, come give Stereoscope Coffee a try!"
