"I was so pleasantly surprised to come across this place! A real hidden gem! I was looking for a good banana pudding and came across this place, and I was not disappointed. My bacon Michelada was SO TASTY! Inside it's not super fancy but it has a unique set up and gives off almost a beachy chill vibe in a way. Once you find it, you will find that this place is a true gem! This restaurant's interior is nothing fancy, has about 10-15 tables or so. However, it is the service and delicious food that had us coming back! The items I recommend getting are the enchiladas, tropical salad, tostada salad, and the Mexican pizzas! They also have food specials throughout the week! They also have a full bar with draft beers. Come check out this place if you're in the mood for Mexican food and drinks, you won't be disappointed!"

The restrooms are fairly clean with the occasional sticky floors.We got the 2 meat combo. The brisket and pulled pork. And our side was the mac and cheese, which was just okay. I'm likely going to try a different side next time. The bread roll was a bit dry. The meat was good though. This combo was great for sharing with another. Although pay extra for a third meat might be better to truly fill up with two people."

Just not as convenient as Wall Writers, for example."

"My two friends and I came here on a late Sunday morning around 11AM. We were the only customers at the time so we were seated immediately. If you check in (which I did), you get a free serving of either French Fries or Shaken Fries. We got the Shaken fries. I was pleasantly surprised by the serving size of the fries! I was expecting it to be a small portion, given that it was free, but it looked like we had been given a full serving. My friends and I ordered crispy garlic (half chicken) and crispy signature (half chicken). Signature sauce was my favorite! The garlic sauce was also good but I felt like the garlic flavor was a little too strong. We were stuffed by the end. Our meal cost a total of $45 (including tip). That divided among the three of us meant my meal amounted $15, which I thought was very reasonable considering this economy.I also ordered takeout for my family. I didn't ask for the sauce on the side, thinking that the chicken wouldn't get soggy in thirty minutes (the time it took for me to get home), but unfortunately it did. Because of this, I would recommend asking for the sauce on the side (only certain sauces are available on the side). Getting crispy instead of original also helps to prevent the chicken from getting too soggy. Of note, our waiter accidentally charged us for the fries. We caught that and she apologized and reversed the charge for us, so it was all good. But I would just recommend that you double check your bill, especially if you checked in. My friends and I also thought the music in the restaurant was too loud and we had a hard time hearing each other talk. If others agree, maybe it would help to lower the volume of the music a few notches.EDITED FOR TYPOS"

Very clean interior with lots of tables, classic mexican restaurant decor. It was a Sunday morning so there were many football games on the TVs spread throughout the restaurant. The restaurant was full, and based on the energy seemed to be a very good local joint. Service was very quick, and as other reviewers noted, first thing to notice is how good the chips and salsa were. The menu had all your classic menu items, and i decided to go with a crispy taco, enchilad, chile relleno combo. All were prepared to perfection, temperature was spot on, flavors were what what was expected, and portion size wiull make sure you are full when you leave.Service was attentive, and they made sure my water, chips & salas were always tended to.Overall another solid Mexican restaurant and worth a visit if you are in the area."

I thought they just opened but I was told that they have been in business for over 2 years. There are wires hanging everywhere and the chairs look warn and some chairs were ripped. The portions were very small for the price. Everything was very very salty. I drank a lot of water to kill the saltiness. I was told that they have dancing after 8:30 pm. They didn't have enough servers and people were waiting for their food. I heard a lot of I'm sorry for the wait and some people who wanted to pay had no one to give money to. Please clean the bathrooms, hire more people to cook and serve. Service wasn't horrible but if it's like this for much longer they will have a difficult time keeping customers."

The pizza dough was a little dense - would have preferred it to be more airy, but it might be tough to hold up all the topping they put on.We also tried the tandoori wings which were nicely marinated and a little crunchy on the outside."

I've been inside this sweet little deli/liquor before but never tried the sandwiches so I was excited to be there. I ordered the De Rossi, it's a cold cut sandwich made to order. They have plenty of seating if you feel like dining in or outside facing Pine Ave. The sandwich was exactly what I day dreamed about and met all of my expectations. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. I forgot about the heat for a few minutes and just enjoyed the moment with my dog (they have dog treats here and are dog friendly!)
