"Visited this restaurant for a Christmas party. There were like over 50 of us. It was nice they had accommodated everyone who showed up. Even added extra tables and chairs outside of the restaurant. Mario was our server. He worked extra hard to serve us. Made sure every one was taken care of. He did do an amazing job. The restaurant was all decked out in a Christmas setting. Super cute! Definitely felt the holiday spirit. I had ordered the brisket grilled cheese with a salad on the side. It didn't disappoint me at all. Lots of flavors enjoying every bite. Everything on the menu looked and sounded delicious. Drinks were on point. They offered holiday drinks which came in cute Christmas glasses garnish with fruits and fresh herbs. I loved how they added blankets to keep you warm since we were outside. Overall was a nice place and will definitely revisit in the future."
"Thai bbq never misses! Been going here since I was a child with my family. Their food still taste the same as I can remember. Staff is always friendly and the establishment is always clean. I always order the bbq chicken and the coconut soup! It can get busy on weekends or dinner but it's worth it!"

"for a late night spot in OC, this definitely gets the job done! it can easily get pricey so I'd recommend going in a group + ordering a dan dan noodle to help fill up!recommendations: taiwanese sausage, fish tofu, fish balls, shiitake mushrooms, dan dan noodles, chicken gizzard, beefmeh / do not recommend: lamb (can get gamey), cucumber salad, scallops with vermicelli (overcooked)service is alright - they don't check on you often, each time i'm here the fire for the hot plate runs out. tip - BRING A SWEATER THE AIR CONDITIONING IS SUPER AGGRESSIVE"
"First visit to this Thai restaurant, which is close to both home and work (for me). I had a pleasant lunch experience with a couple coworkers. Service was fast/efficient, but not overly friendly. The food was good. Parking in a private shopping center lot.FOOD: Lunch Specials (11am - 3pm daily) are served with salad and fried or steamed rice. I started with a Thai Iced Tea ($4) which was very good. We tried the Yellow Curry Chicken Lunch Special ($11.95), Pad Thai Chicken Lunch Special ($11.95), and a Pad See Ew ($12.95). Everything was served hot, and was very tasty. Most dishes can be prepared without meat, or with tofu upon request. Add Shrimp to any meal for $3 extra.I would definitely return again, and recommend it, if you're in the area."
"Melt in your mouth, juicy goodness tri-tip. This is our Friday night ritual along with beer and dessert. We order from the cashier, they provide a pager and will page when it's ready. Seating area is self-serve. Family oriented vibe with pinball machines."
"Parking was a bit tough, but they do have an underground parking garage. The restaurant is small but worth waiting to try their food. You scan the QR code on the table to order. We ordered the Honey BBQ, Roasted Duck, Wonton, Ginger Scallion Oil Chicken, Fried Chicken, and Lemon Tea. Everything was delicious! You must try their Honey BBQ and roasted duck! It was very flavorful and tender. The wonton was also good and not spicy. The Ginger Scallion Oil Chicken is cold served, but it's also very good. The fried chicken is like popcorn chicken and served with spicy flakes. Every dish we had was delicious and very filling. The lemon tea was also very good and not too sweet either. I'd definitely come back for more!Recommendation(s):- Honey BBQ- Roasted Duck- Wonton- Ginger Scallion Oil Chicken- Fried Chicken- Lemon TeaService: 5/5Tip(s):- Parking can get tough, but they do have underground parking- Restroom available- Scan QR on table to order"
"Heard about several new restaurant locations opening up in the Covina area. Today we wanted to try Sun's. This is like almost all Mongolian BBQ's, same concept one round flat grill and the cook takes your meal and cooks it up nice and hot. This location is in another strip mall with a few major eating locations in the same mall. Parking can get congested at times (Saturdays and Sundays because of Chunky Cheese in the area) Handicapped parking stalls are two maybe three. They share parking with other businesses. Not yet rated so no letter grade in the window at the time we were there. Walking in seen a few people making and having food. Several tables and chairs enough for approximately 25-30 and seemed clean. We were greeted by a worker behind the counter and he was very nice and we asked how this all works. Yes they weight your food which isn't that expensive. A lot of options to choose from the hot grill or take out. We made our way to a self serve take out and proceeded to make our choices. Everything looked clean and food seemed fresh. Three plates to go and it was way under $35.00 !!! Hard to get this much food for a family of three for under $35.00. They also have catering available at very affordable prices. A few things I hope they take care of. HOT !!! The temperature inside the restaurant was very HOT. This is obvious because of the open flat top grill they cook some meals on. I had BBQ Pork, Orange Chicken and noodles. The BBQ Pork had some good taste to them but over salted for my taste. Noodles just didn't taste right, very dry. I'm sure some people like salt on their food and that's fine but I don't use salt at all on my food. I would say check this place out, it might be your new location for Mongolia BBQ !!!!! So here's how Sun's Mongolia BBQ in Covina, in my opinion, stacks up. Appearance: 6 of 10 (Hot inside) Food: 8 of 10Staff: 10 of 10 Returning: 8 of 10 Until next time,Stanley.."
"This place is well known amongst our parents generation but because of social media, more foreigners are dining here and ordering the bulgogi casserole. I am not a fan of that dish so I come here for the bbq and cold noodles. They have good Eundaegu fish jorim and other Korean comfort foods. If you are looking authentic Korean restaurant, this is the place to be!"
"We got food to go and I am very happy to report that the food is just as good eaten at home as it is ordered in the restaurant. These guys are experts at what they do.The seafood boil is sooo good. They pack it so carefully with aluminum and plastic to prevent spillage in transit. These are some thoughtful, proactive people here. This place is worth slogging through traffic for. That's saying a lot!"
"Another KBBQ spot, third time's a charm they sayK-House, Gogiya, hope this one is here to staySeoul N Spirits is non-AYCE, you order à la cartePlus soups and stews that will warm your heart Located in a plaza that's a bit quiet and off-beat If you know Tanaka Farms, it's across the street It wasn't busy, I found a parking spot out in front Was seated quickly with no long wait, to be blunt Apps include kimchi pancakes, corn cheese-zers Dumplings, glass noodles, other crowd pleasers Meat menu has the typical pork and beef dishes Also bibimbap, stir-fry, grilled and braised fishes Brisket (chadol baegi 차돌박이) was a good startFollowed by the Ribeye (등심), that was smart Steamed Egg (gyeran jjim 계란찜) is soft and fluff Marinated bulgogi (불고기) texture is slightly tough Yangnyeom Galbi (양념갈비) was very sweet Paired with nice and hot kimchi stew, a real treat! Marinated Jumuluk (주물럭) goes well with rice Boneless Short Rib (ggot sal 꽃살) was also nice They will cook the meat for you right at the tableBut sometimes they are busy and unable Watch the grill to ensure the food doesn't burnOtherwise that'll be a lesson you'll learn!"
"I strolled into Bourbon St. on Sunday. A few gents were watching a playoff game on TV. Jacob, the bartender, kept the bar clean, took orders promptly, and engaged occasionally in congenial conversation with what appeared to be the regulars for a Sunday afternoon.Jacob took my order shortly after I sat down. His demeanor and self presentation were well suited for this bar & the line of work. I don't drink much, so I simply asked for a pineapple juice. Jacob poured the glass, served the glass, and took my money more expediently than most bartenders--even during a slower time of night. The juice kept me loose too.5 stars. A solid & sufficiently staffed bar."
"Best BBQ in the park IMO. All the food is cooked to a soft perfection, so nothing chewy or rubbery. The cornbread texture is slightly moist inside with a slight crispy outside, not dry! The tri-tip and pulled pork can be easily cut. Many great tastes as well. More details below. It's hard to decide between Boardwalk BBQ and Prop Shop Pizzaria. Menu items are different yet serving portions are large and keeps one filled up. I usually come here for BBQ. (No turkey leg or corn-on-the-cob here, only at Fireman's.)You can select either a platter, a bowl, or a Brioche bread (IN a bowl) where YOU build it the way you want on it:- Platter includes one entree, one side, section of cornbread.- Bowl includes one entree, one side.- Brioche Bun with Mac-N-Cheese includes one entree placed on top of the Mac-N-Cheese between brioche bread. - Entrees: Roasted 1/2 chicken, BBQ chicken winglets, Pulled Pork, or Tri-Tip (others may be available based on season or event).- Sides: Mac-N-3Cheese, Roasted Vegetables, Corn, Potato Wedges, Coleslaw, Baked Beans (others may be available based on season or event).FAVorites:Entree - Pulled Pork with Tri-Tip a very close 2ndSide - Mac-N-3Cheese with Roasted Veggies as the backup.Highly recommend for yourself, as a couple, or as a large group.Happy BBQ eating!"

The holiday decorations created a festive ambiance that greeted us even from the parking lot! It was pretty busy for a Sunday night, but our server, David, got us a fantastic booth. Service was impeccable, the other patrons were lively, and everyone seemed to be having a great time.We did the build-your-own Mac & Cheese, with short rib and Roma tomatoes. It was absolutely divine! We also had the veggie salad, and I must say, I'm air-frying my Brussels sprouts and artichoke hearts at home from now on!Overall, 10/10, would visit again!

My son and I are Thai food snobs! He's never been here so I decided to take a drive and show him what he's been missing. We were seated immediately and ordered our usual Thai tea. We love a great Chicken Sate and that is exactly what we ordered. The portions are very generous and if you're not greedy like me you may have some leftovers. My son devoured his plate per usual and I couldn't be more satisfied. The chicken is grilled to perfection and plated over that beautiful bed of rice. We always order extra peanut sauce because we generously slather it over our rice. If you are in the mood for authentic Thai Food, you MUST visit this restaurant. The restaurant is usually busy but, the service and efficiency can't be beat.

My partner was in the mood for yakitori so we decided to try this place out. Upon walking in, it was relatively busy for a weekday. I liked the blend of both modern and traditional styles in this restaurant. The service was decent; the workers were very kind and friendly, but not as attentive as I had hoped. It took 10+ minutes for us to order our food and our trash was left on our table for the duration of our meal. We got an assortment of food. We got corn cheese, noodles, chicken skin, chicken heart, duck tongue, beef tongue, pork jowl, and Chinese sausage. The corn cheese, chicken skin, and pork jowl were the stars of the show. The corn cheese was delicious. My partner tried it for the first time and adored it. The chicken skin was amazingly crunchy like a chip. Finally the pork jowl was perfectly fatty and blended so well with the spice mixture they gave us. The others, however, were not as high quality. The noodles of hot and sour soup were good, but the sourness of the broth was overpowering. The other meats were just okay--I've had better quality chicken heart and beef tongue at Honda-ya. Overall a good experience. Pricier than expected, but nothing egregious. It's a good option if you're nearby

I love ordering here from Ubereats. They have some of the best fried rice I've ever had. I usually get the Seafood Fried Rice which just hits the spot each time. It's well portioned and the seafood tastes really good. The rice isn't too salty and doesn't have peas or carrots inside. Love this place!

The BBQ was good and tasty. Service was quick and efficient. The brisket was good and flavorful, not quite "melt in the mouth", but good all the same. The pork ribs fell off the bone and were more tender than the brisket. A good solid BBQ if you're looking for one, especially with lots of other food options so you can enjoy with friends.

It was cold and rainy and needed something warm and hearty.. We stopped by here for Korean Bbq of a different kind. This one is cooked on an iron dome with broth (tastes like diluted Korean BBQ marinade). The broth is pored over the meat/veggies as it cooks and the noodles are added at the end your meal. It has been one of our favorites but our last visit was prior to Covid. It's good to know it still here. The minimum order is two orders for this dish and it probably can feed a party of four. We also ordered a cold noodle on the side but unfortunately forgot to take a pic. Too busy stuffing out faces..lol.Forgot to mention. The best part of this meal was our wonderful waitress was doing all the cooking for us so all we had to do was just enjoy our food.

"All You Can Eat Korean BBQ in Alhambra, Los Angeles, California...We were going to go to a different AYCE K-BBQ place, but the price was double that of Road To Seoul! We all chose the standard menu for $29.99 plus tax and tip. It's good to go with guys who like to cook... I just sat back and enjoyed... thank you, Jack and Tim!I parked in the free parking structure around the corner... thanks to the City of Alhambra! We didn't have a reservation, but got seated right away on a week night. We ordered 3 meats and went to the hot and cold entrées bars. We taught Jack to wrap his cooked meats in the thinly sliced, marinated radish... yes! By the time we returned to the table, our meats were delivered by robot. Our server placed the meats on the table and showed us that the robot can change expression when you wave your hand over his face! Cool!We had a great experience in this clean, spacious restaurant with convenient restroom! I can't remember how many rounds of meats we ordered... but I was stuffed! The ventilation was so good that our clothes weren't that smokey-smelling! I'd return again!"
"If you want a spot for Chinese skewers that'll hit the spot without all the bells and whistles, this is the place to go. You order via their QR code and the only time you need to talk to a waiter is when you ask for your check.Food comes out very fast and the waiters were quick to refill our water jug. The skewers are well seasoned so watch out if you can't handle spice. I haven't asked for any adjustments but the options seem to be either spicy or no spice at all. This is a great spot to hang out with large groups because it's spacious and drinks are well priced."
"This place is a nice scenery away from ayce kbbq. You could tell this place focus on service and quality meat since it's not ayce. We were seated in the middle tables without the table grill but they cooked the meat elsewhere before putting it on our portable grill to keep warm. They were great in keeping our banchans refilled once they're empty, it's nice of them without having us to ask!We had a large party so we ordered 3 combos, as well as some other side meats and raw crab which was plenty of food. The crab was very flavorful and fresh compared to other Korean restaurants. They also provided us all with gloves to keep our hands clean. Come here if you want good quality Korean bbq meat!"
"When I walked in, the restaurant had the ambiance of a fancy, traditional Korean restaurant. It was 3pm on a Saturday, and most tables were already reserved for dinner. The banchan and the grilled freshwater eel was just okay. However, the beef tartare wasn't fresh or tender. I also tried the Korean-style marinated BBQ, but it was dry and tasted old."
"FOOD [5/5]Honestly everything I've tried here is really good and flavorful. Their garlic shrimp is always very crispy and full of flavor. It's recommended to eat the shrimp with the skin on. If you like beef, the beef rib plate was delicious! The beef falls off the bone and was super tender. Each plate come with a salad, rice and mac salad which was plenty of food!EXPERIENCE [5/5]They are a small shop, with limited seating. I usually do Togo for my family and eat it at home! You can order online through their website. SERVICE [5/5]Quick service!Overall, one of my favorite fusion Hawaiian/korean places in the area. I've taken my family and friends here several times for dinner and they love it!"
"Had the Jalapeño smash burger & brisket sandwich. Both were amazing! The smash burger bun had a great crispy texture, but soft inside bun, the meat was perfectly cooked. The brisket was juicy & tender, just how brisket should be, with great flavor! It had just the right amount of sauce & toasted sliced bread halves to deliver that delicious brisket."
"TIP: $11.95 Lunch Specials served Mon - Fri from 11am - 3pm.First visit to this restaurant. We were immediately seated, but it took a little bit of time for someone to come back and take our lunch order. The décor is casual, and it was clean. Parking can be tough, as this shopping center is very busy.FOOD & DRINKS: My wife and I both ordered a Thai Iced Tea ($4) and I thought this was one of the better ones I've had recently. Not too sweet, and the price was lower than many. Off the Starter section of the menu, we ordered the Crunchy Vegetable Rolls ($11.95) and of course they came out about 30 seconds before the rest of our lunch was brought to the table. This seems to be a common issue in many Asian restaurants, appetizers and starters are brought out along with the rest of the meal, sometimes after many of the entrées are brought to the table, and this is very frustrating to me. For entrées, we ordered the BBQ Chicken & Fried Rice ($11.95) and the BBQ Ribs & Fried Rice ($11.95). Both meals were okay, not bad but nothing special either.NOTE: The menu cover states, "Automatic 18% gratuity will be added to all parties of seven (7) or more"Overall, we thought it was okay, but I will say that some of the regular menu items, especially the noodle dishes looked very good, so I would give this place another try."
"I tried this place for lunch and ordered the bbq platter and katsu musubi. They gave really large portions and seems family owned! The lady working there was really friendly and provided extra sauces! Which is tough when you order anything katsu at any other place! Prices were pretty reasonable and the food was fresh! I highly recommend!"
"Hibiki Bbq...when I first saw it, I really wanted to go. Then for some reasons, I hesitated. Was stuck in between until my mom noticed the place and wanted to try it. We went with one of my aunts and chose the premium option. The ordering process was easy. Just order thru the tablet and they will bring out the foods shortly.Everyone there seemed nice. It was just kind of awkward when they stayed in one place staring at us lol it wasn't that busy when we went so all attention was on us, I guess. The chef gave us a plate of A5 Wagyu on the house. That was really nice. I love Wagyu lol like gimmeee more pls! lolEverything we ordered was fresh. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed the curry wagyu rice. That was one of my favs here. I devoured all by myself since the other didn't want curry lol None of the meats were marinated. That was one things that my mom disliked. However, I was fine with it. They provided sauces and salt & pepper. That was good enough for me lol I like my meat super fresh and they offered that =] so all good. They have lots of appetizers to choose from. I ordered a 2nd corn cheese, but they didn't bring it out. They did however, brought out karaage chicken that we didn't order lol Service was great. The staff came by often to help us change the grill. It was a nice experience. Love the restaurant's designs and concept. I would go again =]"
"2 AND A HALF HOUR WAIT. The meats are high quality here. It's not some subpar AYCE meat. The best part was definitely the two sauces they give. It pairs so well with all the meats!! My review is 5 stars for just the food itself, not taking into account of the wait time. I wouldn't wait 2 hours again. Maybe 1 hour max."
"WOW! Hands down the best Chinese restaurant in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Would even rate it 15 out of 10.I've ordered the Beef & Pork Belly Skewers, Egg Fried Rice, Pork Short Rib Noodle Soup, and Small Glutinous Rice Balls from here and EVERY single dish here far exceeded every expectation I've had. I've been struggling to find good authentic Chinese food in the area that meet my standards, but this restaurant completely hit the nail on the head. Everything tastes exactly like all the amazing Chinese dishes I had growing up and reminds me so much of home! Not to mention the portion sizes and prices are very good.My heart and stomach are always full after eating from here. Will be supporting this restaurant over and over again!"
"Review:This Korean BBQ spot is amazing! The meat is incredibly fresh, and you can taste the quality in every bite. The selection is fantastic, with plenty of options to satisfy everyone at the table. The grilling experience is fun and interactive, making it a great place to enjoy with friends or family. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring you always have what you need. If you're looking for delicious food and a memorable dining experience, this is the place to go!"
"Really enjoyed my meal here! Super spacious and clean. My group did the premium option ($55 pp) which in hindsight is sliightly steep, but no regrets. Def not a casual meal due to pricier cost pp but would love to come back for a special occasion. I think the restaurant's main selling point is their tomahawk, but that was probably our least favorite option (too dry). Luckily, there are many other greater choices to pick from. Favorites:-Joomooluk (seasoned short ribs): I was shocked at how tender each piece was. VERY tender, sooo good [5/5]-Black Angus Marinated Galbi: High quality, on the bone, tender, subtle marinade [4.5/5]-Beef Tongue: The trick is to not let it overcook, not even a little--or it'll get tough and chewy. A slight sear on both sides is all it really needs [5/5]-Woodae Galbi: Served on the bone, tender, delicious! [5/5]-Cowboy Butter: I personally loved the flavor on this, but others said it was too heavy. More for me lol [4/5]-Chimichurri: Definitely uses dried parsley instead of fresh, but that didn't stop me from enjoying it with each piece of gogi. Chimichurri is my fav part of Brazilian bbq and it translated well to kbbq. [4/5]-Banchan: All delicious. Tasted homemade [5/5]Skip the scallops and tomahawk. Scott was our server and he did a great job noticing when we were low on meat or sides, and he cooked/cut up our meat perfectly. The runners and bussers were on point with grill changes and refills. Looking forward to having a reason to dine here again! lol"
"Absolutely love this place. The servers are sweet and kind. The prices are reasonable (in my opinion) for what you get. I usually order the spicy tofu soup that comes with the panchan. The little crispy fried fish are also a favorite. Recently, I shared the steamed egg dish and it's so fluffy and delicious. I can't wait to try the ginseng chicken."
"This place was a surprise and a half!! We went there after originally trying to go somewhere else and it was close. So we walked in here not expecting anything, bit that many ppl and only one server. Looks like owners are the servers and cook. So spring roll, fire, pad Thai, fire, everything fire. Seriously need to try!"
"Honestly I love this place so much come to celebrate a lot of special events and last night has to be the WORST service I have ever received in a LONG TIME!! We were forgotten and had to multiple ask for things and remind our waiter. There marinated short ribs are the best over all I will come back another day to see if they can maybe hire more people or improve in there service"
"My family has been craving chicken inasal for a while, so we finally decided to stop by Tony's Barbecue after passing it so many times in the 99 Ranch Plaza. What a nice treat! We ordered the chicken inasal and also the boneless chicken bbq. The chicken for both meals were incredibly tender, and the peanut sauce was the perfect complement. We also enjoyed the Java rice, it was a big hit with the group! We tried the Taho as well, which was pretty good, though I'd recommend getting it elsewhere if you're looking for a larger portion and better value. The employees were so friendly and kind, making the experience even better. While we were there, they were busy preparing party trays of bibingka, and honestly, we were so tempted to grab some. We'll definitely be back to try more!"
"I got to say I loved this place. It's hard to find a three meat bbq combo for 23 dollars specially one that is freaking delicious. My son and I were hungry and had time to kill before the movie at krikorian so we stepped into this bbq place. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was and you GoPro love the price. The people working there were very nice to us which I appreciated very much. I have to bring the rest of the family here before our next movie."
"Finally a good Mongolian BBQ place in Orange County and it's located at the Block of Orange! If you've never had Mongolian BBQ this is the best place to try. It's a fun process where you get to pick everything you want in your bowl. Pick a small or large and stuff it with as much meat or veggies that fit into the bowl. Once you're done, you tell them what sauce you want in the bowl or you can ask them for their recommendation. Watch them add noodles, and cook all the items in your bowl on their big grill. It's so fun to watch it all get cooked in front of you. The sauces that they have here is what makes it so good and unique. I highly recommend adding their house teriyaki at the end of the process!! I love this place and will definitely be back!"
"This little restaurant, located a block away from the Seal Beach pier, has a simple interior with some eclectic wall hangings. I stopped in for an early dinner (or maybe late lunch) when they weren't busy. Hanna was my server and she was very cordial and attentive.I ordered the pulled pork sandwich which came with a side - I chose coleslaw. I also ordered a biscuit, based on the recommendation of other reviews, which tickled my curiosity. For a drink I got a lemonade which was tart and refreshing. The pulled pork sandwich was monstrous. Rather than a bun it's served on a long, crunchy roll. The tender pork was covered with slaw, pickles and a deliciously tangy Carolina bbq sauce and had a nice smokey flavor. As I never smelled that smokey smell of barbecue floating in the air I am guessing they smoke their meat off-site or have an amazing ventilation system. The side slaw was okay, a "healthy" version which was a bit too plain for my taste. It was a bad decision as a side since the sandwich already had plenty of coleslaw; I ended up eating little of it. The homemade biscuit was amazing. They provide berry jam and a house-made fennel butter which was incredible. If I wasn't already stuffed from the ginormous sandwich I might have ordered a second biscuit just to savor more of that fennel butter. I really enjoyed my dining experience here. Whatever you order, get the biscuit."
"Delicious food. The staff are so friendly. If you are looking for a quite place with excellent wagyu beef, this is a nice optionRecommended"
"SomeOf the best BBQ I have had since I used to cook and grill for the old Robins Restutant in Pasadena. Great pulled pork, the portions are generous and the beans are killer! Also love the soda fountain!"
"Finally a Japanese AYCE BBQ plus sushi and more!! I can't get over how many different varieties of meats (steak, chicken, seafood, and beef tongue) you can choose from! The appetizers, soup, curry, sushi (nigiri and cut rolls) were endless! Dessert only included marshmallows and s'mores but I'm not mad about it. Drinks are not included in the AYCE price (current $49.99/person). Service was quick!! You order from an iPad at your table and the orders are sent directly to the kitchen. Food comes out fast!! The staff were all so nice and polite. They drop off the food and make rounds to clear empty dishes off the table to make room for more food! The grills do get replaced after good use!Love the (disco) vibe tonight with ABBA playing in the background along with other upbeat tracks! I'm so happy to have tried this new place!! Will definitely be back! Beware of the weekends: you can't just walk in! Reserve your table ahead of time. There's a line out the door at 445pm with people who made reservations! Madness but worth it!"
