"Why eat fast food that cost the same as a sitdown restaurant?! Couwami has a lunch special that includes salad and has a plentiful selection. We ordered the Pepper steak and Orange chicken (best one i've had!) lunch special. Around $12 each with tax. This new location has a smaller parking lot and dining area but we always managed to get a spot. Service has always been good. They gave us a pitcher of water with our meals and to go containers without having to ask for it."
"Some of the best burgers in HB!! Been coming here since I was a small child and they still don't disappoint. 5 out of 5"

"My buddy took me here for happy hour and it was the best. No wait, quick service and amazing prices for what they offer. We started with a beer and soju and ordered a bunch of things off their happy hour menu (which had a variety of options).I'm definitely a fan of their seasonings and sauces as it added a nice flavor to everything. I recommend the skewers and chashu Rice. The takoyaki is definitely a must. They have TV's for sports, and plenty of dessert options (which I need to go back to check out). Music is lively and upbeat, but not too loud. This place is great for groups. I was told it gets busy on the weekends, but during the week, it's a breeze to get things going."
"Had an awesome first experience at Dawa Kitchen! Parking lot is small, but thankfully there were plenty of spots (kind of small I'd recommend taking a smaller car if you have one). We had a reservation for 12:00PM today (Sunday), but it wasn't too busy. We were seated quickly and Ryan served us both quickly and with plenty of kindness (thanks Ryan!) The ambiance is really nice, even the light covers have art and language on it. Food was fresh and yummy (see ratings in the photos). No photo of the shrimp Korean pancake but that is definitely a must get! Loved the rice cakes, but not a fan of the way the fish cakes are cut all thin and put on top. Would definitely come back and price for the amount of food eating was INCREDIBLE!"
"Saw the sign in front of An Noodles and Pho before it was open, and waited in anticipation for the grand opening. It was finally time to visit this new La Mirada restaurant and explore its interesting fusion cuisine. We were warmly greeted by Jay who took our order, and a few minutes later had the pleasure of meeting Antoine the owner, who is not only super friendly, but also amazingly passionate about the food they prepare. We ordered the grilled pork vermicelli, the house special pho and the bulgogi ribeye sandwich (banmi). The pho broth was incredibly tasty and it was served with generous amounts of beef, basil, bean sprouts and not to mentions loads of noodles... it was a very big bowl! The grilled pork vermicelli was a complete surprise, as it did not have the standard thinly sliced grilled pork, but rather thick pieces of multilayer grilled pork with a crispy top and deeply marinated in some kind of lemon grass sauce. Not only was it juicy, but exploding with fantastic flavor unlike anything we've tasted before... an incredible find and a taste buds treasure to be sure. Almost forgot... the egg roll was out of this world too, a very unique taste experience. The humble bulgogi ribeye sandwich did not disappoint. The bread was perfectly flaky outside and soft inside while loaded with lots of veggies a super scrumptious and tender marinated ribeye. We are happy that An Noodles and Pho decided to open this location in La Mirada, and is now going to be one of our go to Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Can't wait to try all of their other dishes, it is going to be an incredible culinary adventure each and every time! Great food, great folks, great ambiance... what else do you need?"
"Located in Huntington Beach, this place has a little bit of everything and the entire menu had up to 50% price cuts which we all need to catch a break in prices when it comes to surviving! But hurry this offer is only until September and time has been going fast for sure! This isn't on the Main Street where everything is hectic and crazy, it's a nice quiet area with plenty of metered parking in the front. I ordered the Sesame chicken, egg rolls, popcorn chicken and Peach green tea. Everything was yummy and very affordable for sure. Service was fast and portions were just right. My friends all ordered the pho and they finished it, even ordered to-go."
"I stopped here one night after an appointment in Orange. It was late and close to closing, so I was the only seated guest, but I noticed they get a lot of to-go orders. It was an older couple, I'm guessing it was the owners. They were friendly.Everything I had was fresh. I also ordered the hot tea, and the woman told me it was her own special blend. It was delicious and I drank the whole pot before leaving! Thank you for a great dinner!"
"Been a minute since I'd have been in and I love the expanded menu. I'll be back again and againFood is excellent service is quick and it's a good place to chill and eat."
"for a late night spot in OC, this definitely gets the job done! it can easily get pricey so I'd recommend going in a group + ordering a dan dan noodle to help fill up!recommendations: taiwanese sausage, fish tofu, fish balls, shiitake mushrooms, dan dan noodles, chicken gizzard, beefmeh / do not recommend: lamb (can get gamey), cucumber salad, scallops with vermicelli (overcooked)service is alright - they don't check on you often, each time i'm here the fire for the hot plate runs out. tip - BRING A SWEATER THE AIR CONDITIONING IS SUPER AGGRESSIVE"
"I visited many times Burd Chicken Rice. The customer service is Top Notch. The staff are always very friendly and genuinely warm. The place is always spotless.I ordered some of my favorite dishes as;- Mixed Burd; 5/5It's combination of dark and white meat. The chicken is very juicy and tasty. It comes with a very delicious and fragrant yellow rice, shredded cabbage, ginger scallion sauce and soup. - Cracking skins; 5/5Deep fried chicken skin served. It is very crispy and yummy. It comes with its sauce.- Burd Egg Rolls, 5/5Three crispy and fried egg rolls filled with chicken, carrots, cabbage, and Vermicelli. They came with sweet chili sauce. The food is outstanding. It was very sweet and thoughtful of the staff to leave a thank you note. It's a great place to go to and have a hearty meal."
"I'm not one to throw around 5-star ratings lightly, but this place deserves it. Here's why:First off, Korean food--specifically tofu soups--always hits the spot. But let's be honest: I'm usually driving out of my way to get it, and during the workday, the commute eats into my lunch time. BCD Tofu House is always packed, and places like Yigah can be a bit too pricey for an everyday lunch. Enter this spot. For $17 before tip, I asked for mild, and they nailed it--the soup wasn't watered down, just a slight kick, with the seafood adding a nice savory depth to the broth. Now, about the banchan--wow. Normally I'm all about kimchi, radish kimchi, and a bit of fishcake, maybe a bite of the potato salad if I'm feeling adventurous. But here? I ate all five banchan clean! The seaweed salad was thinly sliced and crunchy, the broccoli imitation crab salad was a fun new addition, and the kimchi was perfectly tart and crunchy. There was also a tofu kimchi with some dry pickled fish that was salty and savory, pairing perfectly with my rice and soup. But the real highlight was an apple/radish cream salad--seriously, it reminded me of those Mexican fruit salads with walnuts. It was refreshing and sweet, the perfect end to a meal, especially during this freak heatwave!Price point - Portion - Flavor - Ambiance. As soon as you walk in, it wasn't packed so I found a seat immediately which was nice. The space has a beautiful mural of a Korean village behind the counter, and the open seating made for a relaxed vibe. The hostess was super kind and helpful, and I couldn't help but smile when I realized The Cranberries were playing in the background. Throughout my meal, I was serenaded by 90's nostalgia--Cher, Sixpence None the Richer, and even some Latin tunes. It felt like a musical time machine! Plus, the place was impeccably clean, which always scores major points in my book.Ambiance - Customer Service:I didn't catch the name of the hostess/server, but she was a gem--friendly, checked in regularly, and overall made the experience so pleasant. There's a button on the table for when you need something, but seriously, people: use it responsibly. Treat your servers well, tip generously, and act like you're in a civilized society.Customer Service - Overall, I had a pleasant experience. This place was acquired or under new management as of a year ago and they changed the name, They no longer serve sushi and have leaned into offering more Korean dishes, which I think is a smart move. It's tucked behind a bank next to Starbucks, so it's easy to miss, but trust me, it's worth seeking out. Plenty of parking and easy access make it a convenient spot for anyone craving authentic Korean food.Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back!"
"My favorite Banana Bay is the one in Rowland Heights and this place is close to that level. Overall a solid lunch experience.I had their crispy hainam chicken and it was delicious, solid quality crispy chicken and perfectly cooked rice. Their pad see eew chicken was a solid selection for the lunch hour.I'd definitely come back here again to try their other menu items. The location has a lot of seating options and parking spots."

Food is yummy. Good prices. Nice staff. The new location is smaller. The parking lot is also on the small side. We come here for many birthdays since there's something for everybody.

I have been coming to Fuji's for years! This place has always and will always be my to go if I'm in the area. My top foods I would recommend is the teriyaki beef fries, chicken salad sandwich, or the teriyaki beef with fried rice burrito. Service is always on point and can help you with any questions if you're not sure of what to get. The place is small and always busy so I would keep in mind to get there early or be ready for takeout!

Decided to stop here for a late lunch/early dinner with my family on the way home from Big Bear. It was pretty empty and they had Happy Hour despite being New Year's Day.You scan a QR code for the menu and you fill out a giant sheet with a pencil to place your order. The waitress was super quick with bringing waters, utensils, and with taking our order. We ordered a lot of food, but it all came at different times, which was nice since we barely had space on the table. All the food was nice and fresh, but my only complaint is almost everything had some kind of sweet sauce on it: grilled rice cakes, grilled quail eggs, grilled chicken skin (that we don't remember ordering but the waitress insisted we did; we never got to see our order forms again), tornado potatoes, peeled and whole shrimp on a stick, pork belly on a stick, chicken thigh on a stick, etc. It didn't taste bad, but it was a flavor you could get tired of. The only thing that wasn't really sweet was probably the wings and my nieces tonkatsu hot pot. When the waitress said she brought everything out, we were still missing three items that we had to ask for. No big deal. We'd definitely be back, especially for the happy hour menu. Can't beat $1 pork belly sticks and cheap wings and cucumber salad.

Dawa Kitchen is the place to go to with a large group, the portion sizes are HUGE! They also take reservations now which is a plus. Our group split the beef belly (basically giant pepper lunch), curry katsu, and pork belly simmered in pork broth (like jinsolqgukbap style). This was more than enough for our group of 6 to share, and we even had leftovers from the curry katsu. Service was attentive, and polite.

Must stop by and visit now! They're currently offering up to 50% off almost their entire menu! Limited time only!Parking: This is Huntington Beach .. parking can be difficult. We got lucky with a spot right in front of the restaurant. It was metered parking with the first 2 hours being free. I noticed there was also other street metered parking across the way.Ambiance/Environment: Very warm and welcoming. It's very spacious with plenty of indoor seating and limited outdoor seating. Great for large groups.Service: Shout out to our server Abril! She was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the menu, refilled our waters when needed, and checked on us while eating.Food & Drinks:1) Burning Titan - This was recommended to us since this was their "must try" entrees. I had the choice of substituting the meat and noodles, but I decided to leave everything as is. This only came in one size, and I'd consider it a large bowl. They were very generous with the brisket beef and amount of ramen. The soup was definitely spicy and flavorful.2) Kung Pao Chicken - My partner wanted a rice dish. I tried his dish, and this is definitely better than Panda Express! It wasn't too spicy though, nor was it salty. There wasn't as many peanuts as we thought. There was a good amount of chicken to rice ratio.3) Crispy Wonton - I like their twist on the wontons because not only did it have cream cheese, but it also had avocado! The wonton was crispppyyy with a beautiful brown color. Though, I wish it had more filling of cream cheese and avocado. Don't forget to dip it in the sweet sauce!4) Thai Tea with boba - This wasn't too sweet. The boba was decently chewy. The tea had a weird aftertaste, so I think they could work on this item.5) Vietnamese Ice Coffee - I'm a crackhead for caffeine, so of course I ordered a Viet coffee in the evening. You know it's concentrated when they don't fill the cup up all the way. This is what I call a Viet coffee!Pricing: I'd say it's definitely worth its price. We visited while they were still offering their deals. Can't deny a bowl of pho starting at $9.99. Especially in this inflation, that's a steal.

"This place is so good! I actually fell in love with the 4th Street Market. Really cool area to grab food, drinks, and watch Sunday Night Football. The Katsu plate was really good. Very filling meal for one person. Definitely check out the 4th Street Market in Santa Ana."
"Oh my goodness, the orange beef here is to die for. If you love food, order this now. Why are you still reading!Okay, fine, so - first of all, this place is called Henry's because two dudes named Henry started it. I love that! They have such a huge menu that it was so hard to pick just a couple of items to try while having lunch with my friend over the weekend. However, we somehow dwindled it down to the orange beef and Viet style filet mignon. And don't get me wrong, the beef in the mignon was succulent and had great flavor to the dish. I'd get it again for sure. But, that orange beef was perfectly deep fried to a crisp crunch when I bit into it that snapped wonderfully between my lips. Plus soundly sweet savor sensations to the sauce with a tinge of spice, perfectly perfect over rice.I would describe the overall style as modern homestyle Cantonese cooking. But it deviates even from that in the best ways possible with so many options. Every dish at Henry's sounds so scrumptious. I'm going to be working my way thru all of them the rest of my days~!"
"Clean and good service is the first impression of this place. We order a take out , Jay is great to help us to place the order. Food is tasty, if you're hurry to get delicious food , must try here!!"
"Pretty good brunch food for a hidden cafe in side a hotel. The inside layout are spacious unlike other in the area. The servers here work with care and polite, handsome...Now we start to talk about the food. It been a long time since I have eat a full flavor, well seasoning canh bún ( not with the whole MSG bag in it), the broth was cook with love & savory, that normally with others restaurant I always asking for extra fermented shrimp sauce bc it was tasteless. In my pictures below you can see the topping inside that bowl are generous, specially the Vietnamese ongchoy that i usually paid extra for it, the riêu was soft well blended, not overly strong fishy taste and no hard lump shell in it. And did i mention about how big of the piece is.."
"This just became my favorite at California Adventure. I ordered the birria ramen, it was very good. It was just a bit too salty for me, however the soup flavor was very good. I never ever thought I would have a boba drink inside the park, I ordered the three milk ube tea with boba and yes it was good. The boba was very soft and chewy, it's the way I liked it. All seating was outdoors, it is the common area for the eatery at San Fransokyo. As usual, the workers at the counter delivered great Disney customer service."
"Food was good and competitive prices. However they charge for everything. I mean, everything -- teriyaki sauce, hot sauce/sriracha, to go boxes if you have leftovers. They also poach for positive Yelp reviews, you text a screenshot to some phone number, and you get two free gyozas. Do what you will with that information."
"Great food and service. Quick and friendly people. Nice place. I like the chashu bun appetizer a lot!"
"First off, there is plenty of parking where they are located. When you first come in the restaurant is very dark with dim lighting. We came on a Saturday at 6pm and they had just started setting up for a live band. We ordered a few appetizers. The calamari was definitely the best one, if you had to choose one appetizer that's the one you need to choose. If you are looking to have a conversation this is not the place to go. The music and noise all around was a bit unbearable at some points. The singer at one point just started to almost yell. Was very confused about what was going on there. I got the ribeye sandwich and my husband got the burger. We both shared and I definitely preferred his burger though the sandwich was delicious. The burger was super juicy and flavorful. The serving size of the skinny fries was crazy! There were so many! The service was great and our server was super helpful and fun. Loved the place, I think I'll just come without the live music and maybe in the morning for some light."
"super chill and hole in the wall spot in Buena Park usually when I drink I like to eat fried food, soup and tofu kimchi and I've tried all three from there and it was delicious. highly recommend mini odeng bar if you are into fishcake soup. its more than enough to be shared with 3-4 people and it reminds me of bar in korea. I also love that they bring out the butane gas stove and I prefer my soup to be continuously hot. good selection of korean food to pick from. last time I went I tried their rip tip pancake and that was pretty good and they didn't have enough so they gave us mixture of roundy. its mixture of young and older crowd and if you go early the parking isnt bad but it does get crowded at night time so you may have to park on the street couple more menu items I am actually looking to try next time I goonly downfall is distance from me but worth the drive and the vibe"
"Great little teriyaki shop in Anaheim! Great portions and prices, bowls are generous with portions and you can always swap out rice for veggies if you're watching carbs. I like the chicken more than the beef here. Staff is very nice and helpful, always love stopping by after the gym!"
"Wow! This place exceeded my expectations! The food was fresh and delicious! Since everything is made to order, be prepared to wait a little but I promise it's worth the wait! I got the larb noodle salad and got my kids the chicken bites. We ended with the choco roti with ice cream. The roti was crispy and delicious! Kind of like a crepe. Will definitely be back to try other dishes!"
"This place is great despite all the recent bad reviews. My husband and I decided to try this place out since it was in our minds for a long time. We loved the food that we ordered here! Everything was amazing! Great quality. Here is what we ordered:1. Bánh khọt shrimp 2. Bánh hỏi heo quay yoyo 3. Mì xào cá salmon The first two dishes are the best sellers at the restaurant"
"8/16/24 PERFECT way to end the work week, the best choice for Friday dinner!Again, I am surprised I have not dropped a review for Kabuki. Hubby & I have dined here before. It was a loooonnnggg work week & we both decided to dine out. We threw some options in the air& ended at Kabuki. It was close to 10 pm on a Friday & so many places were closed already. We appreciate that this location closes at 11 pm, and to our surprise, Happy Hour starts late today, it's either 8:30 or 9 pm til closing. Please see photo). For a Friday night, there used to be time when this restaurant was packed with a waitlist. Sign of the times. We were greeted by the hostess & accommodated the request to lower the volume of the background music. My ears were ringing from today's chaos. Our server, Andrea, lovely & friendly server arrived shortly thereafter. I was ordering with my eyes so I opted for the the chicken teriyaki and tempura +2 sushi rolls: avocado roll and yellowtail roll.. Hubby ordered Philadelphia, tina. Hh"
"Coming from a Vietnamese, this place is THE BEST com tam in Orange County... hands down. I like to try com tam at different places but always come back to this place. I've been eating here since their OG location which was literally a few restaurants down from where it is now. Used to come here after every Sunday mass with my family. Their rice, meat selection, fish sauce, spring rolls, everything is sooo delicious! Not to mention took the huge portions they give you! Honestly their com tam incomparable imo. Try this place out and I know you'll also love the food. This place needs more love! I'm sad to see this place not as crowded as it used to be at its original location. I hope they stay in business because they're the best in town."
"It was a cold night, and I wanted some kind of soup for dinner. My boyfriend and I initially went to Boiling Point but they had a long wait so we came here instead. I was able to get on their waitlist from the Yelp app as we drove over, and we were seated almost immediately when we arrived. The front was hidden and the parking lot was cramped. You probably wouldn't find it if you weren't looking for it. If you haven't been here before, you pick your protein, soup base, and a sauce. My boyfriend ordered the Angus Beef T-Rex ($25.45) which comes with more meat, with the Japanese Miso broth and Japanese Sesame sauce, with Vermicelli (additional $1) instead of the rice. I had a Premium Pork Regular ($24.45) which comes with more veggies, with the Tomato broth and Japanese Sesame sauce with the rice it came with, and gave my boyfriend some of my rice. Sharing is caring. We also shared a side of the Golden Fish Balls ($10.50).The broth wasn't as flavorful as tomato from other shabu places I've been to, and my premium pork didn't look too premium. At least the portion was huge and we both had enough food to togo for a subsequent meal each. Service was really neglective. We asked 2 different servers for napkins and didn't get it the whole time we were there. We also had to waive someone down for the check. Not my first choice, just like how it wasn't our first choice to begin with, but it's not bad if I want quick and easy shabu where I don't have to wait."
"I am glad I finally tried this place. The food was good and a big portion. I love the bentos. The food had a lot of flavor and the bento has a little of everything. The staff were really nice and I will be returning!!"
"I'm a Tikiyaki fan for sure and so is the rest of my family! We share the teriyaki chicken quite often. I wish the sides of sauce were bigger because we often fight over them! Definitely a great hole in the wall type place to check out if you're in Orange looking for teriyaki. They are also pretty quick!l"
"Lunch special under $11. Always get the pad Thai, High quality, super tasty. It's the best pad Thai and keep consistance. Highly recommend!!!"
"Food is good and packaged well. The prices have gone up a lot since the last time I've been here and they charge extra if you get anything subbed for the white rice. There is the "individual" price and the "family style" price which is about $5 more, depending on what the item is. Online Ordering system makes it somewhat easy."
"Hidden rooftop gem in HB! The food is always delicious and we love how dog friendly the restaurant and hotel are! Our favorite brunch dishes were the Chilaquiles (decent spice level) and the Breakfast Burrito (looks boring in pics but was filled with deliciousness)! They also validate parking for two hours."
"Shanghainese spot good for big groups. Came here for lunch in a group of 6. We were there at 11am (the opening) and were able to get a table immediately. The food is authentic and my boyfriend, who had never tried Shanghainese food prior to this, really enjoyed it. The best dishes in my opinion were the Shanghainese shu mai (which comes with rice inside) as well as the xiao long bao. Free easy parking. Credit cards accepted. They do serve alcohol."
"I was down visiting friends who turned me on to this amazing oasis of of all things good sushi. So sublime and delicately delicious. With combinations of flavors that just dazzle your senses. I mean salmon and...pesto?! Ah...yes! And a wagyu beef sashimi with truffle....taste buds will be blown away. It's not traditional although there are familiar offerings. There is no sushi bar or raucous greeting upon entry. Little more than a half dozen tables inside as well as some patio ones. It's tucked away in the back. It's always the shy ones that surprise us, right? Relatively small menu but those flavor bombs are bringing it! Can't wait to call myself a repeat offender. Should be on everyone's to do list while In Newport Beach."
"Took my wife here for a date night. Great decision. Atmosphere was great. Service was good. Food was excellent. The lobster dumplings and filet mignon potstickers are a must try! Highly recommend."
