Late review but they were kind enough to drive out to the Inland Empire for our baby shower catering of 150 people guests. It was such a hit! They offered so many different types of burgers and had FRESH fries. They also had refreshments which really helped, even though we had our own. This was our deal breaker when we learned In-N-Out only does chips instead of fries. I'm 100% going to use them again! My neighbors definitely got their card. Thank you to the Burning Buns team for having an upstanding food truck. We are eternally grateful for how easy setting up this catering was with your company and the quality of your food.

I got the single cheeseburger with the burning bun sauce. The meat is very tender and freshly grilled. And the burning bun sauce was the right amount of spicy (I have a high spice tolerance) so if you're sensitive, do not get the burning bun sauce. I love the soft and fluffy brioche bun and how it soaks up all the delicious sauces and juices from the patty. The fries were one of the crispiest and crunchiest fries I've had. That have that amazing thin glass skin texture that just crunches delicately followed by the softness of the interior of the potato. It takes skill to achieve a glass-like crust while still maintaining the softness of the interior of the fries. They were a little bit too salty though. It was $18.50 for a cheeseburger + fries. So it's kinda pricey and the portions were not that big

This truck cooked me the best burger I have had in ages. I got the jalapeño burger with the burning sauce and it was amazing!!! Perfectly cooked! Great amount of spice!!! I crave it!

Awesome burgers and fries! Got to try these guys out at bottle logic and the food was amazing. Nothing better to have with a nice beer than a big juicy burger and perfectly seasoned fries!! Check them out for sure. Lots of customization options. The Frankenstein burger with ham and bacon was incredible.
