Lady marina got upset because I ordered the coupon but 1 chicken sandwich and get the other for free dude it's my moneyShe does t understand English I speak Spanish so I don't understand the trouble she was in a BIG hurry

I don't know why this place gets low reviews. My first time here and the place is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food was decent. There's even a kid's playground. However, I am not a foodie nor a connoisseur of food. I just eat to sustain my busy lifestyle. Good job BK! The King would approve. I'm interested in what he would say.

Today I got the classic melt and fries. I'm glad they toasted half of the top bun today and it tasted good but I just rather it was fully toasted than half way. I love the fries.

This is another fast food place I come by pretty often to. I only ever do drive-thru though but I haven't once been disappointed by their customer service. I feel like I come by around the same time as these sweet Hispanic ladies work cuz I always run into them. They always make sure I have what I need before pulling out.Also you guys gotta keep in mind, it's fast food. Not all of it is gonna taste gourmet.

So I know for a FACT that you 5-Star raters were asked to provide a good review. There is NO WAY we are talking about the same Burger King location. I politely returned a completely RAW chicken sandwish and asked for a replacement; what a got was a whole lot of "up yours" attitude and feeling of inconvenience. One week in at the new minimum wage rate and a out the window with customer service. LITERALLY!! This is another location that needs to close...

There are so many homeless out front coming in and out and unfortunately you can plainly see they are on drugs I also notice them going in and out to the bathrooms and when I took my granddaughters to use the bathroom only one stall was available because they were in one and since I have been here while my granddaughters play in the play area that person is still in the stall that is not safe for the kids and there is a lot of kids here because of the play area. When I brought it to the managers attention she did not seem to care and did nothing about it that is very sad because I see children going in to the bathrooms with out an adultUnfortunately this picture does not show all the other ones on the side against the wall making there home

It amazing how franchise owner pay the dues the di and still run these shirts ass places !!!!! The fast find industry has kist all respect for customers service and quality... The appreciation of the value of a product, because evidently its not your ti own....Which affects you business

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE went through the drive thru and ordered $29.24 worth of food the gentleman at the window made us go to the front and wait for 10 minutes for our food then when we got it and got home part of my food was missing and no receipt in the bag ugh my husband went back and the management India descent was rude and treated him as though we were lying the guy who helped us went home management said I can't find your order for $29.24? Are you kidding me this was so maddening and frustrating like WHY would someone not believe you? we can't help you and we are running a business and pay rent here. The restaurant was dirty inside and management was very unprofessional and HORRIBLE. NEVER NEVER will I go back to this Burger King EVER. I am still mad about spending and not receiving one of my expensive sandwiches.
