I've been waiting for an authentic Pakistani BBQ spot in socal for ages. BK is exactly that. It started in Karachi, Pakistan (and they have awesome straight outta Karachi shirts i recommend buying) and they have a few locations in the US. The kabobs are incredible and cooked fresh in front of you. The lamb chops and Bihari kabob are the highlights for me but you truly can't go wrong. Yummy.

This is a tough rating. I would have rated much higher based on the food alone, but unfortunately, the service issues were considerable. My family members recently pre-ordered and stopped by to pick up food for a lunch party and get together. When they ordered, the call center seemed to pick up the order. They kept saying the cards were declined and ended up taking four credit card numbers. This made us worry about potential credit card fraud - not that I am accusing the restaurant of this. But these are cards that work at other places with no issues.They arrived for pickup and the order was completely wrong. Items they ordered were not ready. The place was busy so they had to wait a full hour to get the correct order. They were not provided apologies, a discount or perhaps a comped dish, which would have been an appropriate gesture given the debacle with the order.Having said that, the kababs were very tender and tasty, especially with the sides of onions, chutney and other items. The 'paratha' was essentially a deep fried puri, not a paratha. I don't know if this was an error or that is how it is served always. It was unexpected, although still somewhat tasty. It could be due to regional differences.I do like the food but sadly, I am hesitant to go back or recommend it due to the considerable customer service issues that were poorly handled.

Really unfortunate and disappointing with my TO GO order today. Completely different from when I came here a few months ago. Tonight there wasn't much people here on a Friday night. Area for the most part was clean. Now for the food today... Bihari chicken tikka leg and thigh for $10.40 but if you look at the photo, it's mostly just a thigh and some of the chicken leg was missing. But what was much more terrible was that I paid for $20 for what looks like beef Bihari Boti. Instead it looks like scraps practically. See photo below. When I ate at the restaurant it definitely did not look like this. Even their raita is now watered down and has lost its taste compared to before. What a disappointment. I also got basmati rice $2.60, garlic nan $3.90, and 2 chicken malai Boti roll $17.90 each (which was the only things that were delicious) with a total of $77.80. Just sad that I drove here from work to bring it home to my family in Pasadena to open up the TO GO boxes to see this. Quality should be the same as when I eat it there at their establishment and if I'm ordering TO GO.

Some of the best kababs ive eaten in the US. Made it a point to visit this place when I'm in the area since it's a 2 hours drive for me otherwise. But friends from the bay area always raved about it. And deservedly so. Signature chicken tikka - closest something has come to a good tandoori chicken that I absolutely love in India. Malai boti kebab - I had this is a roll and later got another order of just the kebab to go. OMG I have no idea what magic they do to make this so flavorful and tender! I had to take a look into the roll to confirm in eating boti and not minced meat because it was so melt in the mouth. Beef gola kebab - As succulent as a seekh style kabab can be! And delicious. They were as succulent when i reheated and had them the next day! Also got their chai which was perfect.Just a personal preference note - While their signature Paratha was great for the roll, I didn't really like it by itself - would probably prefer the naan. Just too oily and crispy for my liking.
