Brickhouse Pizza

Customer service is amazing. Very rare you find a restaurant that is so willingly helpful. I live about 2 miles outside of delivery. The first person that answered had a solution. Ordering online through their website. The delivery is done by a third party company. 5 starts for the solution. 10min later. They called me for a request I left on the notes. To make sure my order is done properly and as expected. Wow. 5 stars again.

I got pizza at an event in uptown whittier, only 5$ for a slice and I only tried the pepperoni and cheese and they were tasty. For something quicker and better quality it's the place to go as far as I can tell. The downside was the staff were a bit rude, but i give them the benefit of the doubt since it was a street event.The tent was kind of small, I'm assuming it was because it was close to the main location.

I loved this place, ordered for years here. Unfortunately, I give this place one star due to really bad customer service. She wouldn't even give her name over the phone. It was a woman with a heavy accent. Me and my family don't eat pork and we always order pineapple and mushroom EVERY-TIME. Basically her EXACT words, " I never get an order wrong. I've been taking orders for years". In an aggressive tone, I was appalled. She said that they always repeat the order back to the customer. My husband is the one that ordered it and picked it up, which we have never out of the years ordering here get pepperoni and mushroom. She did have a heavy accent, so maybe he didn't hear her correctly but the fact that she said she never is wrong with the orders and was aggressive about it made me feel like it's time to find a new pizza spot we were on the phone for about five minutes going back-and-forth about who's right and who's wrong. I just said you know what the customer should be right but you can go ahead and be right because you're so adamant that you never get an order wrong, which is fine you can tell me what I eat and what I don't. at the end, I said I'm going to leave this review because I couldn't believe as a worker, which has probably been working there for years was talking to a customer the way she was. She then offered to make the pizza but at this point, I felt really uncomfortable. SMH with all the other pictures I have posted of pizzas. I've ordered with them on here. I am now going to post the pizza that was given to me.

One of the most charming, quaint spots in Uptown Whitter. Many of the spots around there can get crowded but this one is off the path a bit. Eddie was super cool and gave great recommendations. Went with the Lasagna Pizza and the Combo. Both were great. And just as good the next day. Don't disrespect this pizza with a microwave, use a toaster oven.

Been coming to Brickhouse for years. Definitely a regular here.This place is so cozy and always makes me feel comfortable. Staff is always so kind to me, the food is delicious guys! Best pasta around and so reasonably priced. Get extra sauce on the pizza and yummy! I crave this place all the time! Never leave us Brickhouse!

Only been to this place twicd, but each time, they do not disappoint! If you are going for pick up, they have 20 minute parking in the front so you can quickly go in and pick up your food. This is definitely well known and there can be a line at times. Recommend calling ahead instead of just walking in. They always have sports games on and whether you eat there or dine at home, their food is delicious!!

Brickhouse Pizza is amazing! We placed a large catering order for a Saturday pick-up at 11 AM, right when they opened, and were blown away by their service. They clearly went the extra mile to have everything ready on time, likely starting early to ensure it was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious! The Alfredo pasta was rich and creamy, but the baked ziti stole the show--it was a hit with everyone. The group we catered for couldn't get enough, coming back for seconds and thirds. Another thing I really appreciated was their professionalism--they called the day before to confirm the order, which showed me they are organized and detail-oriented. I will 100% be ordering catering from Brickhouse Pizza again. They made the whole process easy and delivered incredible food. 10/10 highly recommend!

Ok this is a mainstay in Whittier. Gem of gems. Pizza is good. The works in the works. I heard 17 ingredients. Let's just say it's a lot. The dough is tasty. Not greasy pie But 1000 % stand behind the statement get the wings. They are phonom.

Food is always very tasty at brickhouse, whether it's pizza or pasta. Local delivery is always done in the pinch. Check them out!

Quick summary: 1) the pizza was amazing - even though it was the size of the entire kitchen island I have, it was cooked through and amazing! 2) the man I spoke with was so kind and so proactive 3) I had zero issues with pickup time/card payment/atmosphere. 4) I will be coming back and recommend everyone as well! Big summary: I went to my dad's to help pack up his apartment and he had bought this HUGE box of pizza and I was astonished! It was practically gone and cold and yet it tasted amazing. I hate Hawaiian pizza because of the ham/Canadian bacon & yet brick house made me do a 180, WHILE COLD. And so I took a picture of the pizza box and within one week I called to place an order for "the big one" and the man on the phone was super kind to walk me through the online ordering since they don't take the "big one" orders over the phone. I took the pizza to my mother's family and everyone loved it! Taste was there!
