Boba Flip

Really sweet team - they're a family owned and run business. The flavors are really unique, like black sesame sugar milk boba latte - a flavor I haven't seen anywhere else in the states, and it's tasty too! You can choose your sugar and ice level, and the boba itself was really chewy and soft at the same time, my preferred texture. I left it in the fridge for the next day and the boba wasn't hard even after sitting in the fridge!!!!! This rarely happens to me. I wish I lived closer so I can frequent it more often, but maybe that's bad for my waistline. If you ever find yourself near Boba Flip, please have one for me!

Me and my family wanted to try a new boba place near us. It was pretty crowded when I got here, plenty of parking in the center. For a small and cozy boba shop this place is more than meets the eye. There was an assortment of fun drinks that I have not seen at other places and basics for my.. well very basic daughter who orders the same thing everywhere. My basic daughter said the boba in her strawberry tea was perfect and fresh and she really liked her drink. My son ordered the pina colada slush with mango Starz. His really liked his drink and rated it as delicious. I am really picky and am always looking for something low calorie and light. I ordered this coconut slushy drink with green jelly but with almond milk and 0% sweet. This is my new favorite drink, I never drink anything completely but drank this one till the cup was empty. The customer service was amazing and they were so kind and helpful. 5 stars!!

Great Boba Place. They have Coco Pandan smoothie that's derived from a Filipino dessert called "Buko Pandan" that's so yummy. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for a boba place in Brea/Placentia/Yorba Linda area, I won't turn you away from Boba Flip. It's convenient and rare: a small, clean to-go only shop in the (probs only) part of OC that doesn't have much Asian food. The employees are also super kind and speak English fluently. They are cash-free but they have both employee-manned and kiosk options for ordering.That said, I personally won't be returning. For one, I go to Buena Park and Irvine almost daily and they have the real deal for boba and teas. Second, I'm the type of person who pursues good food over convenient ones anyway. I got the Assam milk tea with boba and the blueberry swirl smoothie. The swirl smoothies are pretty - very Instagram-worthy if you're into that. Both drinks were average tasting. The boba was small, scarce, and not the best-quality. If you're in the area and need a pick me up, go for it! You can even get 10% discount for checking in on Yelp. If you identify as a boba-connoisseur or live in a more densely Asian-populated area, I'd skip.

The first time I tried this place was last year when they first opened up and the owner was very welcoming. My second visit was just earlier today and the staff member working the front was super welcoming and provided exceptional service.I've had their Thai Tea Swirl, Hokkaido Milk Tea, and Assam Black Milk Tea. All drinks exceeded expectations and the boba had a great texture; not too soft and not too firm either. It's not your typical boba shop with premium teas and signature drinks but still way better than Ding Tea for example. This mom & pop boba shop was well needed in the Fullerton/Brea area. Come get your drinks here and you won't be disappointed!

Such a cute little place! I wanted to try a new boba place in the area and found this so I hurried over. It is small inside, and has no indoor seating other than a handful of stools to sit on while waiting for your drink. The interior is basically just a bit of floor space and the counter, so it's a grab your drink and go setup, which worked for me since I was taking mine out with me anyway!The man who greeted me at the counter was really friendly. I told him it was my first time there and asked which drinks are popular. He recommended an Ube drink, a strawberry swirl smoothie thing, and tiger boba. All sounded great and the smoothie was described as having a vanilla cream or something in it? I need to try that another time! But this visit I just wanted a classic milk tea drink with boba, so I ended up ordering the Hokkaido milk tea. They weren't busy so it only took a few minutes to get my drink. A lady came out from the back and gave it to me; she seemed really nice as well. Great friendly service! My drink was delicious! I ordered it 50% sweet. Normally I like to taste things exactly as they come when trying it for the first time, but I am trying to be good so I had the sugar reduced and I'm glad I did. It tasted perfect! The boba is a little bit smaller than I am used to, but it was soft and chewy. Perfect texture!I am frequently in the area so will be back again soon. The black sesame tiger boba sounds good, and it seems I have a bunch of drinks to try!My *only* issue I ran into (which isn't a real problem but I want to mention anyway) is the Yelp "10% off your first order". It is advertised on the page and when I went to check in it gave me nothing to redeem. No big deal, but if this is supposed to work it didn't or maybe it need to be taken down if they aren't doing it anymore.Great place, great drinks, friendly staff!

Delicious milk tea...got black, green and red bean. It was my brother's first time having boba and he loved the tapioca, the bursting mango and the mango stars.Simple counter for ordering and pick up. We ordered online and received updates and friendly service on arrival. Loved the cute boba cups (plush/stuffed) for sale too.
