We ordered this from DoorDash and everything came EXTREMELY WELL PACKAGED. very clean and tidy and thoughtful- mindful if you willEverything seems very very fresh and clean. We are very impressed. Meat was good. Nothing is overly done, meaning they don't over do anything. The cheese wasn't overly cheesy(which my husband appreciates) just seems like everything has a place

Honestly surprised.Drove by during lunch, saw the place advertising 2$ tacos.Not bad, was expecting less.Would definitely try again.

Fast service, friendly people. The birria tacos are good but the birria quesadilla is beyond delicious! The tortillas are handmade and the flavor is excellent. Definitely give this place a try

3 tacos dorados with consomé is my pick to try the flavorful Birria. The restaurants offers 3 types of salsa start and stay with the mild if you don't like too much spice. The consomé has a hint of spiciness so don't overdo it. My pick is the red salsa which is pretty hot. Very friendly and fast service. They made sure we had all our toppings for our tacos. Chill ambiance with great music vibes.

The place is small but the food is great and people are friendly! More importantly their attention to the customer. Unlike most places in Orange they actually cater to the hispanic community and treat people with dignity. A little pricey. But price trumps the respectable treatment. 10/10 go here and enjoy some quesabirria!

Wanted to try some of the other menu items at Birrieria Guadalajara and was a little disappointed. Although they give you a lot of meat, seems very fresh, and is perfectly cooked, I felt that it was lacking in flavor. I like the tacos de birria best, but I wish they would make the taco size smaller so that they are easier to eat and you can eat more tacos at one time. The tacos sauve were a little too greasy for my liking. I wish the meat and consume were more flavorful, but overall a satisfying meal and reasonably priced. We also didn't have to wait too long for the food to come out. Next time, I would want to try another place for birria as I feel it could be done better.

Absolutely love the food here. Especially the Trios Tacos "combo". My favorite thing to get there.

I liked this place but tonight I am for sure never coming here again. Thanks for giving me old stale tacos. Consome looked like just water with seasoning. Now my stomach is hurting. Regret for even tipping.

Food was great and definitely will be back. However the service was a bit disappointing Maria was a bit rude over the phone and upon arrival she was still not as welcoming. A simply acknowledgment of costumers presence would have made a big difference. I hope this feedback helps the team enhance their customer service.

No $2 Birria tacos lol but also ordered a large consome and no meat in it. Usually it has small pieces of meat but this was just watered down consome a regular drink is a kids small size. Tortillas were thick and not great. I would rather travel to a real spot that has better food
