10/10. Recommend!!I came here due the reviews and they were NOT wrong!!! The service was great! The food delicious! They were very nice, the food was prepared very fast! They were pretty helpful in choosing an option since it was my first time there! The portions were very doable! The food wasn't greasy which was a very good plus for me! So if you're looking for a good ramen place, check this place out!

I've moved further away from Big Bowl but whenever I'm in the area I'm always excited to eat here! The food is still so good and it's such a great value for your money. The bowls always come with free miso soup which is a plus! This place is so much better than flame broiler or waba grill- the chicken is juicier and the best part is the vegetables aren't soggy. They actually have some crunch to them!I always get the spicy chicken and I love it because it's actually spicy (but the perfect amount so it's enjoyable). Love supporting a local business that's genuinely very good!

My first time coming over here. It's a Korean fast food restaurant located inside the plaza closed from Dollar Tree in State college. It's a small, clean, and well lit place. Capacity of probably 20 patrons. They have a wide variety of food in their menu, some of which are my fave such as Tofu soup, Japchae with rice bowl, sushi, etc. Today, I ordered quick munch: california roll and dumplings. Food tastes good and they're freshly made. Come and check out this place for quick bite.

Thinking carefully about how much everything here costs and compare fairly to what kind of food you'd receive. If you are fair about what to expect, Big Bowl is a great value.No, you will not get the best curry or Japanese food of your life here, but you will leave satisfied and stuffed.I enjoyed everything we had here with the only minor suggestion that they dial down on the amount of sauce on the fries... it's a little too sweet and I'd actually prefer it if they went lighter on the sauce.

Food is amazing. Definitely our go to place. My kids are very picky eater but it never goes wrong when I get them a chicken bowl they will devour the food because its that good. Definitely recommend 100%Staff are very nice! Even tho they are busy, They still treat you well and a timely matter.

This place is great! My partner and I shared the beef fries, shrimp tempura, and a crunch roll. It was all great tasting and service people in and out of kitchen were very nice. Would go again 10/10.

The food was nice and warm, and the coconut shrimp, onion, and dumpling were nice and crispy.It may not be the most amazing food, but it was a good portion for the price and quality.The owner is a very kind Korean gentleman - I saw him offer free drinks to USPS workers coming in, and every other customer who came in seemed like they knew him and were very friendly with him.Great to support small businesses like this.

I stopped by to get lunch on my way to work and I saw this place before so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl and super beef fries and spent a total of almost $25.00 which is pretty cheap. My food came out quick. The spicy chicken teriyaki bowl was excellent. The jalapeños and spicy sauce that came with the bowl was the perfect spice. There was plenty of chicken and the rice was cooked perfectly. The super beef fries looked good with the crispy thin cut fries, the sauce it was covered it, the cheese and beef spread around the fries, and the fried egg was a good addition. The only negative about the fries was I wish there was more beef on top of the fries as some bites had no beef and all fries but other then that the food was great.

Food 4/5Menu ranges from Sushi to Curry to Rice Bowls to Fries, so I was a little hesitant at first. But everything is pretty fulfilling and well seasoned. I've enjoyed the Spicy Chicken Bowl, Beef Bowl, Chicken Curry Bowl, Philly Crunch Roll and the Shrimpian Roll so far.Service 5/5Great, staff patient, descriptive and welcoming.

Went in last night with my wife and daughter. The food was absolutely horrible. I ordered the beef ramen, daughter ordered spicy beef ramen and my wife ordered a caterpillar roll. The food looked horrible, the ramen tasted worse than top ramen. The caterpillar roll looked to bad it was not even taste. We received our money back for the roll and didn't eat much of the ramen. This place needs to be shut down by the health department.
