Don't get me wrong, I love Beni's and have been loyally visiting various ones for over 20 years now and will continue to do so BUT this one is notttttt it!!!!!!! I've been to this location twice (fool me once) and have been let down each time. For some reason the quality of food (and service) is not up to par here. The steak doesn't get cooked how we order, the chef doesn't add pizzazz, and it's just overall lackluster. It's such a bummer! Go to a different location if you're gonna treat yourself to Benihana.

Food was good but overly salty. My meal was cooked perfectly and cook was great. Service was great as well. Just too salty. Ambience was crowded and loud. Fun place if you want a good time and loud. Celebrations are a thing here. So really enjoy if you're going for a celebration. Price was very good value.

Back, but regretting it!The shrimp was rubbery crap. And it didn't have enough butter. The fried rice was gritty. Where was the entertainment? I guess when you go on a Tuesday night, you get the chefs in training.... Food was not great. Performance was almost nonexistent. What a waste of money. The last chef we had (chef KP) was amazing! This one was bad. You could tell he was new and nervous. This time I got the Hibachi Salmon with Avocado Tartar Sauce add shrimp. Salmon was okay, but the shrimps tasted like rubber. Not enough butter on the shrimps.

Benihana is a Japanese restaurant where chefs cook your order in front of you. The food is good. You're also here more for the experience, so it does get pretty expensive. You can sign up for the Chef's Table on their website to get a $30 coupon on your birthday month. Valid during Monday-Thursday dinner only with a $30 purchase. Your meal will cost more than $30, so expect to pay a lot more. Our chef was very nice and friendly. He was making jokes throughout the dinner, so that added to the experience. The only negative was that he didn't pick out the egg shells that got mixed in when he cracked the eggs, so I ended up eating some of them in my fried rice. I noticed another chef meticulously picking them out when he cooked. It would be good for best practices to be shared with all chefs to improve the customer experience. The standard 5 course meals were good. They included onion soup, salad, grilled shrimp appetizer, vegetables (pea, carrot, onions), steamed rice, and a protein of your choice. Tip: Get the fried rice instead of steamed rice when they ask! Fried rice is cooked with delicious garlic butter, chicken, veggies, and eggs. It does cost $7 extra per person, though. Aside from the standard menu, they also have a kids menu and a separate menu with more food choices that you can ask for.

Went to Benihana for Christmas, and yes, it was packed, but honestly, that's part of the holiday dining adventure, right? We waited about an hour in the bar section despite having a reservation, but with a few drinks to pass the time, it wasn't too bad. In my experience, waiting on Christmas dinner out is pretty standard, so no hard feelings there.Once we got to our table, we were ready to roll. Both of us went for the Hibachi Supremes--beef and lobster, because what screams "holiday feast" more than surf and turf on a sizzling grill? The lobster was tender, the beef was perfectly cooked, and it just felt like the right kind of indulgence for the occasion. For drinks, we shared the Ocean Punch Bowl. We couldn't quite conquer it all--still, it was a fun and fruity addition to the meal. Our chef was the real highlight. He brought the entertainment in spades--funny, engaging, and kind, with plenty of flair on the grill. It's always a joy when the chef turns dinner into a show, and this one delivered! If you're thinking of heading here on a major holiday, just bring a little patience and a festive spirit. The food, drinks, and experience make it well worth the wait.
