Service was excellent, my water never once ran out throughout the whole meal and as soon as we finished the complementary bread and olive oil, our waiter asked if we would like another serving, and it came out perfectly warm and soft. The mussels came in a delicious broth that we literally ate by itself after the mussels were gone. The Chinese sausage added a wonderful saltiness to it.The Norcia pasta was deliciously creamy and my girlfriend's squid ink pasta came with huge portions of lobster and uni.We wrapped up the meal with tiramisu, which was incredibly smooth and flavorful.A wonderful meal, and we are looking forward to coming back!

Don't come here. Lack of good food, service, or ambiance. Food: 3/5Honestly disappointed. I excepted good things since the restaurant was on the Michelin Guide. However, the pizza tasted burnt and while the burrata was good, it's difficult to mess up such dish. I did enjoy one thing, my pasta- ragu di gamberi, it had a great seafood flavor and included lots of shrimp. I enjoy my pasta al dente and it definitely matched that texture. The only redeeming quality of this restaurant seems to be the pasta. My friend also enjoyed the flavor of her norcina. Service: 1/5Honestly some of the slowest service I've ever experienced. The waiters were twiddling their thumbs and the bussers were the ones doing the actual work. No need for waiters, I could've picked up the food myself since they couldn't even take my menu or check from me. Ambiance: 3/5Restaurant has harsh lighting but lots of seating inside and there's outdoor seating. Not a romantic ambiance but not bad. Overall, if you want to try the pasta, just Togo but there's better places that satisfy all three. Good free bread though (that I had to ask for)

Service is friendly and fast. The Bello cocktail was refreshing and tasty. My husband said his beer was good as well.Foods: unfortunately the only dish we had that was great was the Ragu Di Gamberi. The duck confit with black truffle was way too salty and overpriced. The panna cotta was overwhelmed with too much berry sauce. Ambience: music is way too loud with heavy bass. It literally hurt my ears and made it hard to relax. I had high hope for this restaurant but I sadly won't be back

Went to Bello for the first time. I heard great things, but was not impressed. Service was okay. Our pizza came out cold and had to be sent back. They had to make a new one. I would have thought for the inconvenience we would not be charged, but we were. We sat on the patio. The inside seating & area is very nice, but the outside patio area has these small plastic blue chairs and not the same vibe at all as the inside. We did have the La Nostra pasta and it was good.

Una cena che bello! New year, another visit to bello. Last date here was 7 months ago, and probably 3 months ago when we brought the kids. It again managed to meet expectations and serve authentic quality and delicious food. This is the food you would hope your Italian nonna would make with heart and flavor but elevated for a restaurant atmosphere.Again we enjoyed the limon bello spritz which is served in an incredible large glass. Balanced and lemony. We of course had to have the pizza margarita which is perfect. The crust is chewy and airy and the tomato sauce is imported San marzano that taste so fresh. The lasagna Bianca with the spinach pasta is rich and creamy and decadent while maintaining that comfort you would expect. I admit after trying it last time I booked this reservation knowing I had to order it again. We ordered the special which Sandro should consider adding permanently to his menu: scallops wrapped in prosciutto over a saffron risotto with asparagus and made with fish broth instead of the usual beef or veggie for Milanese style. It was delicious! Only note would be for $54, I would have hoped for at least 4-5 scallops not the three it came with. Had to finish with the lovely hazelnut chocolate tart which is both smooth and creamy yet chewy with the crispy cereal crust.

My wife and I have been planning to come here for some time now and it did not disappoint. We made reservations for Saturday night at 7. The restaurant was busy and lively inside but we sat in the terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful, our waiter Guido was very knowledgeable and insightful of the menu. Everything we tried was amazing. The shrimp, the pizza, the pasta...everything was great. The owner and chef, Sandro, came out and greeted his guest. It was great talking to him and getting to know him. Will definitely be coming back. 10 out of 10!

Omg the food is amazing! Can't wait to go back and try more menu items. We started with the Salami pizza with added pork sausage. The taste was really amazing, my boyfriend couldn't stop eating it so that filled him up. I also had the Amatriciana pasta, I ate every bite. Cooked just like I like, a hard al dente with small tomatoes and cured pork jowl. Will be dreaming about that meal for awhile. The service started out a little bumpy but slowly got better as the evening progressed. Definitely recommend for a beautiful meal. PS: the inside is very beautiful I would recommend that over the patio, that definitely needs some work to catch up. Thanks for a great meal

I made late lunch reservations with ample time (2weeks) to celebrate a girlfriend's bday. Our reservation time was for 1:30 PM. We arrived thankfully 15 mins prior. As soon as we were greeted and sat down we were told that the kitchen closes at 2PM. I was disappointed to get there and feel the stress of ordering quickly. I wish the restaurant would've reached out and pointed this out I would've changed my reservation time or yet why do they allow for open table to make reservations at 1:30 PM knowing they close at 2 PM Food was good but like others have mentioned it was not worth our hour drive unfortunately. Hope this helps others.

We heard good things about this restaurant. "Michelin Recognized ". I reserved dinner for 2, 6-7 weeks in advance. Received 4 texts/phone calls to confirm my reservation. Mind you, this was for 6:30 pm, Friday night, Valentine's Day. It was a surprise for my wife who had recently cared for me through a life threatening illness. We arrived at 6:15 and they seated us immediately. However, it was on the patio, under a tent, facing the parking lot. It was cold and the staff couldn't get the heat lamps to work. I asked to be seated inside and was told they were booked. Again, I booked my reservations 6-7 weeks prior. We sat there for about 10-12 minutes before I asked one of the bus boys if we had a waiter/waitress. He was quick to respond and within a few minutes, we had a very attentive waitress. After that the service was good. The food on the other hand has mediocre at best. My wife, an East Coast Italian, who had some stomach issues prior to going, opted out of the usual offerings and went with the pizza. She was looking forward to the light, airy burnt crust advertised. Instead she got a heavy, doughy crust and average flavor pizza. Me, I ordered the recommended "Norce" rigatoni . It's a Rigatoni, sausage & mushrooms. It was as good. All 12 pieces of rigatoni I got. The Caesar salad I got with extra anchovies ($4) was ok. But, I've made better at home. Michelin Restaurant? Try Crivello in HB. You'll be much happier. Our server, once she knew we were there was the only saving grace.
